评语文新课程

语文课程改革在全国范围的持续推进,显著地刷新了语文教师的教学观念和方式、教研观念和方式及培训方式,更刷新了学生的语文学习方式和评价方式。但是,新课程背景下的语文课堂教学也暴露出新形式主义倾向,暴露出教学过程空泛化和教师角色两难化等问题。展望语文新课程实施的前景,应当坚定地改革刻板化的统考制度和学校行政管理,优化语文教师自身的素养,从而使语文新课程在课堂上生根开花。     

Curriculum development through Delphi

This article reports on the use of the Delphi method for curriculum design in higher education. The basic Delphi methodology is outlined along with possible goals and objectives in a Delphi study. The results of an actual case study in the use of the Delphi method for curriculum development are reported. Attention is given to the problem of selecting participants for a Delphi exercise, followed by recommendations for future research.

课程评价对课程的实施起着重要的导向和质量监控作用,因此如何理解评价的目的功能和方法,将直接影响着课程培养目标的实现.本文通过对课程评价历史的、现实的及理论上的考察,希望对帮助人们正确理解新课程评价标准,转变评价观念,实施新的评价方法起一点作用.     

Curriculum development and teacher education in New Zealand

When the National English Syllabus Committee (New Zealand) was established in 1970 to revise the existing English syllabus for the first three years of secondary school, it sought to evolve a model of curriculum development which was process oriented.

This article describes the bases of the teaching guidelines and the extensive and complex teacher‐education programme which accompanied the evolution of the project. It describes an attempt to alter teachers' ideas about what to teach in English, as mother tongue, how to teach it and within what administrative structures it could best be taught.

课程评价对课程的实施起着重要的导向和质量监控的作用。课程评价作为新课程改革的一项重要内容,是新课改得以顺利实施的关键环节,在很大程度上决定着课程整体改革的成败。新一轮课程改革倡导“立足过程,促进发展”的课程评价标准,这必然就要求课程评价从各个方面都发生转变,以适应改革的趋势。一直以来我国的课程评价存在着诸多的问题与缺陷,在此简要分析与评判以往的课程评价,并在新课改的视野下重新认识和厘清课程评价,以促进新课程改革的顺利实施以及课程本身的发展,最终促进学生的全面发展。     

浅谈新课改下的课程评价方式变革

课程评价方式是教育核心问题之一。新课改背景下,教育的发展需要传统课程评价方式的变革。研究从课程评价的目标价值、内容和主体三方面阐述了课程评价方式的变革,指出课程评价由量化评价过渡到质性评价的变革方向。     

课程改革与发展呼唤新型的课程评价

课程改革活动促进了人们对课程评价问题的关注和研究,但从课程评价的现状看,课程评价却被过于泛化,而泛化的结果使课程评价被淹没在其他一般性的课程评价之中,从而削弱了对课程评价的研究。因此,还原课程评价的本来面目,并在我国课程改革的大背景下,形成具有自己特色的课程评价研究领域,这对于建构课程理论与教育评价以及我国的课程改革都将具有重要意义。     

Curriculum analysis and education for sustainable development in Iceland

The article explores how the Icelandic public school curriculum for early childhood, compulsory and upper secondary school deals with education for sustainable development. As the curriculum does not often mention the term sustainability, a key with which to investigate signs of education for sustainable development in the three curricula was created. The key encourages a holistic view of sustainable development, where economic, environmental and social factors are not treated as separate entities. It was designed to reflect the goals of the United Nations Decade of Education for Sustainable Development (2005–2014) with research on environmental education and education for sustainable development in mind. The key has seven characteristics: values, opinions and emotions about nature and environment; knowledge contributing to a sensible use of nature; welfare and public health; democracy, participation, and action competence; equality and multicultural issues; global awareness; and finally, economic development and future prospects. Using the key, a variety of signs and indicators that provide a space for teachers and schools to deal with issues of sustainable development were identified.     

Exopedagogy: On pirates,shorelines, and the educational commonwealth

In this paper, Tyson E. Lewis challenges the dominant theoretical and practical educational responses to globalization. On the level of public policy, Lewis demonstrates the limitations of both neoliberal privatization and liberal calls for rehabilitating public schooling. On the level of pedagogy, Lewis breaks with the dominant liberal democratic tradition which focuses on the cultivation of democratic dispositions for cosmopolitan citizenship. Shifting focus, Lewis posits a new location for education out of bounds of the common sense of public versus private, nationalism versus cosmopolitanism, inclusion versus exclusion, human versus civil rights. This is the space of the commonwealth whose actors cannot be identified as ‘citizens’ but are rather the anonymous multitude. In conclusion, Lewis finds a model for organizing this commonwealth in the work of Ivan Illich, whose learning networks speak to the urgent political and pedagogical need for exodus from the conceptual vocabulary that defines much of the contemporary field of educational theory.
