近年来,中小学教师心理健康状况令人担忧,心理问题层出不穷。其中一个突出问题就是教师职业倦怠。因而,关注教师职业倦怠问题,探究引发教师职业倦怠的原因并寻找解决对策,成为当前教育界不容忽视的问题。为此,笔者从社会、职业、学校及教师个人的角度分析了中小学教师职业倦怠的原因,提出了避免职业倦怠的措施,以引起社会对教师职业倦怠的关注。教师职业倦怠的定义及成因"职业倦怠"是美国临床心理学家费鲁顿伯格在1974年首次提出的,专门用来说明工作者工作状态的概念。职业倦怠是一种职

特殊教育教师职业倦怠的现状及影响——以贵州省为例

研究使用职业倦怠调查问卷,以贵州省特殊教育教师为对象,研究发现贵州省特殊教育教师职业倦怠感总体呈中度倦怠,轻度和中度倦怠人数最多,均超过35%;其中教龄、学校类别、心理健康水平和生活质量等是影响教师职业倦怠的主要因素。在此基础上,文章提出缓解教师职业倦怠的对策与建议。

浅谈中职教师职业倦怠因素与缓解对策

中职教师职业倦怠现象日益加重,受到不少外界的关注。职业倦怠不仅影响中职教师的心理健康,还使其失去对教学的热情,导致教学质量降低,最终影响学生的发展,因此研究缓解对策尤为重要。文章探讨影响职业教师职业倦怠的主要因素,并提出缓解中职教师职业倦怠的对策。     

高等职业学校教师职业倦怠研究——以重庆市两所高职院校为例

通过对重庆市重庆电子工程职业学院和重庆航天职业技术学院两所高职学校358名教师进行职业倦怠及心理健康等相关问题的调查研究,得到如下结论:1.职业院校教师职业倦怠在整体上不严重.2.在总体职业倦怠上不存在性别差异,但在情绪耗竭维度上女教师显著高于男教师.在年龄段、婚姻状况、学历等变量上,教师职业倦怠存在显著差异.3.在心理症状阳性比例排在前三位的分别为精神病性、恐怖、敌对.4.职业倦怠、应对方式与心理健康各维度都存在显著相关.5.通过多元回归分析,发现教师职业倦怠、消极应对、婚姻等六个变量能联合预测心理健康的46.8%的变异量.最后,还提出了预防和缓解教师职业倦怠的对策.     

民办园教师的职业倦怠与其心理健康的关系

本研究随机抽取重庆市主城区各类民办幼儿园教师217名为被试,采用MBI-ES教师职业倦怠量表和SCL-90症状自评量表对其进行测评,以探讨民办园教师职业倦怠现状与其心理健康的关系,结果表明:民办园教师的情绪衰竭程度相对较高,其次是低个人成就感,非人性化现象最轻微;民办园教师的职业倦怠状况与心理健康水平呈显著正相关关系,职业倦怠越严重,心理健康水平越低,反之,心理健康水平越低,职业倦怠也越严重;改善民办园教师的生存状态是提高其心理健康水平、防治职业倦怠的必由之路。     

教师参与学校治理对职业倦怠的影响：教师组织承诺和满意度的中介作用

利用教师参与量表、教师组织承诺量表、教师满意度量表和教师职业倦怠量表对教师进行调查分析,从而探讨教师参与学校治理对教师职业倦怠的影响。调查结果显示,教师参与学校治理显著正向预测教师组织承诺、教师满意度,负向预测教师职业倦怠;教师组织承诺在教师参与学校治理和教师职业倦怠之间起中介作用;教师组织承诺、教师满意度在教师参与学校治理和教师职业倦怠间起链式中介作用。教师参与学校治理通过激励机制和认知机制对教师职业倦怠产生影响,学校应重视对中小学教师的授权赋能。     

少数民族地区英语教师职业倦怠成因及对策研究——以海南省黎苗族地区为例

海南省黎苗族地区英语教师职业倦怠受到社会因素、组织因素和教师职业特点影响，是缘自生理和心理的极度疲乏。关注少数民族地区英语教师心理健康已经成为一个无法回避的话题。只有心理健康的教师，才能培养出心理健康的学生。     

高职英语教师职业倦怠的成因与改善对策

高职英语教师职业倦怠普遍存在,不仅影响高职院校英语教学水平和教学质量的提高,而且影响教师身体健康、心理健康和专业发展。文章分析了高职英语教师职业倦怠产生的原因,包括社会对高职教育的认可程度不高、高职生源质量较差、课程改革及教科研能力提升要求带来的负面影响、对英语教师的评价标准不完善、英语教师本身的综合素质有待提高,并基于此提出了高职英语教师职业倦怠的改善策略:提高社会对高职教育的关注度,提高高职英语教师的经济地位和社会地位;强化高职英语课程改革;健全教师业绩评价体系;提高高职英语教师的综合素质。
