目的:研究叶面喷施亚硒酸钠对辣椒的产量、品质、硒及相关微量元素含量的影响,解析辣椒对亚硒酸钠的积累及耐受特性,并筛选出有利于辣椒生长的最佳叶面喷施的亚硒酸钠浓度。方法:采用基质栽培法,以“汴椒1号”辣椒品种为研究对象,设置5个亚硒酸钠质量浓度(0、50、100、150、200 mg/L),各处理辣椒喷施亚硒酸钠量均为50 mL,每个处理设置3个重复。培育60 d后,对辣椒的产量、品质、硒及相关微量元素含量进行测定分析。结果:亚硒酸钠的施用对辣椒产量表现出“低浓度促进、高浓度抑制”的剂量效应。亚硒酸钠质量浓度为100 mg/L时,较对照处理(CK)产量增幅最大,达29%;当亚硒酸钠质量浓度为150 mg/L时,辣椒出现减产现象,较CK减产幅度达22.05%。当施用亚硒酸钠质量浓度为0~200 mg/L时,辣椒硒含量呈逐渐上升趋势,差异显著;辣椒果实中有机硒占总硒的百分比随着喷施亚硒酸钠浓度的增加呈现出先升后降的趋势。对于各试验处理,当亚硒酸钠浓度逐渐增加时,辣椒果实中钙、铁、铜含量均上升,但镁、锌含量无显著差异,粗蛋白、维生素C、总糖等品质指标含量均呈上升趋势。结论:叶面喷施适宜浓度的亚...  相似文献

考察了壳聚糖叶面喷施、丁香提取液叶面喷施以及不同复配浓度的丁香壳聚糖复合剂叶面喷施方式对樱桃番茄苗期生理的影响。结果表明,丁香与壳聚糖复合剂处理可显著提高樱桃番茄苗期叶片的叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、过氧化氢酶活性,过氧化物酶活性以及脯氨酸含量。确定了壳聚糖、丁香叶面喷施处理的最佳浓度配比。  相似文献

本文以大豆(Glycine max)品种"日本青"和"韩国三青豆"为研究材料,通过盆栽实验进行土壤锌、铬复合污染模拟,探讨不同浓度矮壮素浸种和喷施处理(0、0.50、0.75、1.00、1.50、2.00g/L)对大豆土壤有效态重金属含量的影响.结果表明,在鼓粒期,矮壮素喷施和浸种降低了"日本青"和"韩国三青豆"根际土有效态锌含量,但与对照相比降低程度未达到显著水平;与对照组相比,浸种浓度0.50g/L处理使"日本青"和"韩国三青豆"根际土有效态铬含量极显著降低(P<0.01),喷施浓度为2.00g/L时韩国豆根际有效铬含量也极显著降低(P<0.05).  相似文献

以商麦1619和兰黑粒小麦为材料,用不同浓度矮壮素0(CK)、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%)进行喷施,研究矮壮素对不同类型小麦幼苗生长和光合生理特性的影响。结果表明:喷施矮壮素后,小麦株高和气孔导度(G_s)较对照有不同程度下降。根长、鲜重、叶长、叶宽、叶面积、净光合速率(P_n)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔导度(G_s)和叶绿素含量高于对照,且随着矮壮素浓度的增加表现出先增后减的变化趋势。综合所测指标,2%矮壮素浓度处理效果较好。  相似文献

以东方百合2个切花品种‘西伯利亚’(Siberia)、‘索蚌’(Sorbonne)和1个盆花品种‘八点后’(After eight)为试材,采用蕾期喷施GA3的方法,探索不同质量浓度GA3对东方百合株高、茎粗、花蕾大小、采收期和瓶插寿命的影响.结果表明:蕾期喷施质量浓度为0.40 g/L的GA3能显著增加‘西伯利亚’和‘八点后’的株高;喷施质量浓度为0.20 g/L的GA3对‘索蚌’的株高具有显著增加作用;喷施质量浓度为0.20 g/L的GA3对增加‘西伯利亚’的花苞长度、花苞直径和茎粗效果明显;喷施质量浓度为0.40 g/L的GA3能促进‘西伯利亚’提早上市,并延长其切花瓶插期;喷施各种质量浓度的GA3对‘索蚌’和‘八点后’的花苞长度、花苞直径、茎粗、采收期及瓶插期均没有明显影响.说明GA3对植物花期等的调节作用因基因型而不同.  相似文献

Research has shown that adequate support from the school environment is necessary to help beginning teachers in applying differentiated instruction (DI), but how schools can aid in this process remains unclear. This qualitative study explores how professional learning communities (PLCs), an indicator of a supportive school environment, can enhance beginning teachers’ professional learning in DI. Furthermore, it examines how structural and cultural school conditions foster the development of PLCs in the schools’ organization. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with school leaders, special needs coordinators, and beginning teachers in primary schools. A comparative analysis was carried out in three schools with high (case A), medium (case B), and low (case C) levels of beginning teachers’ professional learning in DI, as assessed by changes in practice (i.e. teachers’ flexibility in adapting their classroom behaviour). The comparative analysis indicated that the three cases could be situated at different stages of PLC development. Case A had reached the mature stage, whereas case B was in the evolving stage and case C was still in the beginning stage of PLC development. Also, the analysis indicated that structural and cultural school conditions in the three cases were related to the different stages of PLC development. Finally, the results revealed that in the three cases, leadership of both the principal and special needs coordinator played a key role in the development of the structural and cultural school conditions.  相似文献

This study provides insight in the variety of urban-related challenges that beginning teachers experience in urban schools. Literature on urban teaching focuses on teaching children from low socio-economic status (SES) and/or culturally diverse backgrounds. In many European cities, however, schools are populated by both children from relatively high and from low-SES backgrounds. This study examined the problems and challenges of beginning teachers in Dutch urban primary schools. Teachers were interviewed at schools with different student populations. Results showed that, although many of the challenges that beginning teachers experienced concern the same themes, their actual manifestation differed related to schools’ student populations. For instance, the problem of ‘parental contact’ referred to both the extreme involvement and demands of highly educated wealthy parents at some schools and the diverse backgrounds of parents at other schools. Results of the study can be used to develop adequate preparation and support for beginning urban teachers.  相似文献

新近出版的《许宝蘅日记》堪称反映清末民初北京政治和社会风俗的资料宝库。许宝蘅清末任职军机处、承宣厅,民国初年又任总统府、国务院秘书,长期活动于政治中枢,对袁世凯在光绪帝、慈禧太后去世、辛亥清室让位、民初获取大总统职位的活动均有记载。在新旧政权交替的过渡时期,许氏身为幕职人员,敬业为公,谨慎忍耐,顾全大局,因而很受袁世凯的信任。民初官场黑暗,许宝蘅始终能有一个狭小的生存空间,多少与"项城旧人"的特殊身份有关。日记中对袁氏活动的零星记载,除了披露内幕和细节,也可对今人了解鼎革之际政治演化过程有新的启示。  相似文献

The relationship among students' reading performance, their behavior (task-focused behavior, emotional stability, and compliant behavior) in the classroom, and the teacher's skills was investigated in 66 third-grade classrooms. Results from this study showed the students' reading performance and their behavior in the classroom are all significantly interrelated. Better reading performance at the beginning of the school year goes with better behavior at the end of the school year. In turn, better behavior at the beginning of the school year goes with better reading performance at the end of the school year. The teacher can improve the behavior of the students by providing high-quality reading instruction. Some teacher skills have differential effects, however, on the various behavioral aspects. The implications for the educational practice as well as for future research are discussed.  相似文献
