The Establishment of the Qatar National Olympic Committee: Building the National Sport Identity

This paper examines the process of the establishment of the Qatar National Olympic Committee (QOC) in the late 1970s as part of a nation-building process. Qatar was one of the British protectorates in the Gulf region having its international relations controlled by Britain. On September 3, 1971, the country's Heir Apparent appeared on local TV and announced Qatar's independence. In the following years, the new Amir started a campaign of nation-building. Sport played an important part in this campaign, facilitating the formation of a national identity. Meanwhile, sports federations in Qatar began to apply for membership of their respective International Federations (IFs). In order to send athletes to the Olympics, the QOC was established in 1979 and it was recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) in 1980. The primary written sources used in this paper are official documents from the IOC, the IFs and the Official Gazette of the State of Qatar. The establishment of the QOC can be seen as part of the process of nation-building experienced by Qatar after its independence. International sports events were used to win international recognition, and investments in infrastructure, sports facilities and elite sport were seen by the Qatar government as an important approach to boost the country's international representation. However, in order to join the Olympic movement and raise Qatar's national flag at international sporting events, the QOC had to revise its Constitution to meet all the requirements of the IOC.

以新闻传播学为主要研究视角，采用恩辨研究和实证研究相结合的方法，从宏观层面综合地探讨媒介体育和国家认同之间的关系，并从微观层面重点考察1984年第23届奥运会至2004年第28届奥运会期间《中国体育报》在6届夏季奥运会期间报道中国家认同的再现和建构；提出了体育对国家认同的形成和强化具有重要作用，媒介体育则在国家认同的再现和建构中扮演重要角色，并阐述了媒介体育中国家认同再现和建构的传播特征，探讨了全球化力量对媒介体育和国家认同的影响。对《中国体育报》6届夏季奥运会报道的框架分析表明，《中国体育报》对“国家认同”议题的报道较为重视。该报通过精选在奥运会中的体育事件，加以强调，完成新闻框架，建构了国家认同感，成为体育与国家认同之间的接点。     

青少年学生阳光体育活动中引入毽球运动的可行性分析

毽球运动是一项优秀的民族传统体育项目,在增进青少年身心健康方面应该发挥应有的作用。文章运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法,论证了青少年阳光体育活动中开展毽球运动的可行性和必要性。研究结果显示,毽球运动是十分适合于青少年运动的体育项目,在青少年阳光体育活动中应大力推广。     

跆拳道横踢技术中躯干运动的生物力学分析

在跆拳道比赛中横踢技术最为常见,也是最主要的得分手段。跆拳道横踢技术的动作特点是快速有力且较易使用。而躯干的运动在跆拳道的横踢中主要是转动,这种转动对横踢动作起到协调和配合作用,有利提高横踢的打击效果。应用不需人工识别关节点的红外光点高速测试方法获取横踢动作中躯干运动的运动学数据,通过运动学的分析揭示跆拳道横踢动作中躯干的空间运动规律和特征,并通过分析这些运动学特征,探讨躯干的运动对跆拳道横踢动作质量的影响。以期对跆拳道教练员和运动员的教学与训练有所帮助。     

Kicking Around International Sport: West Germany's Return to the International Community Through Football

In 1948, the American Military Government worked with Swiss soccer officials to organise Germany's first post-war international matches, three simultaneous German–Swiss intercity games. The American occupation authorities viewed these games as part of their broader efforts to help teach Germans about democracy, as a way for the international community to begin the process of reaccepting Germany and as a way to raise funds for charitable purposes tied to the reconstruction efforts. These games received tremendous popular support in Germany and Switzerland from football officials, the general public and the press. These German–Swiss games also facilitated Germany's return to the international community by forcing one of the most powerful international sport federations to address Germany's exclusion. Through a combination of materials from military governments, football federations and the press, this article examines how states used the internationalism of sport to obtain diplomatic aims. With these three intercity matches, football provided a venue for Germans to participate in relations with other countries while Germany itself remained excluded from the traditional international relations of diplomats.     

浅谈大学生毽球运动在全民健身中的重要性

毽球作为一种民族传统体育项目,是一项对性别、年龄、场地、器材条件要求较低,技术难度较小,运动强度不大,并且具有健身性、观赏性、趣味性和广泛适应性的大众健身体育项目,深受大学生的喜爱,在高等院校体育教育中大力普及推广毽球运动,会受到广大同学们的重视。毽球运动的发展促进社会的稳定、促进人的身心健康,更有效的促进学校的发展,对更好地推进全民健身计划的实施起到举足轻重的意义。文章通过对大学生毽球运动开展情况进行研究分析,并且对其在全民健身活动开展中存在的问题和发展对策提出自己的建议。     

Bodyline,the British World and the Evolution of an Australian National Identity

This article contributes to the historiographical debate concerning the nature and evolution of an Australian national identity. It does so through the case study of cricket and, in particular, cricketing relations with Britain. It argues that the movement of cultural traffic – that is the two-way transmission of people, ideas and sports – between metropole and colony was central to the formation, definition and evolution of an Australian cricketing identity. Furthermore, it suggests that this sporting national identity acted as a rehearsal for a broader Australian identity.

论民族传统体育的挖掘与整理

随着全民健身运动的普遍开展,我国民族传统体育迎来了前所未有的机遇,这也使我们的挖掘整理工作更具有现实意义和时代价值.新中国成立以来,我国的民族传统体育的挖掘整理大致经过了四个阶段.由于受社会、历史因素的影响,我们取得了一定的成绩,同时也还存在着一些问题.尤其是伴随着近代体育发展,对民族体育的挖掘和整理工作也提出了更高的要求,这些都是值得我们去努力思考的问题.     

民族传统体育运动在高校校园体育文化构建中的作用

校园体育文化是校园文化的重要组成部分．是一种特殊的文化现象。民族传统体育是中华民族文化的重要组成部分,是民族智慧、民族精神、民族性格的具体体现。本文从现阶段高校校园体育文化的内涵及其社会化功能的基础上,分析了民族传统体育的功能对高校校园体育文化构建的影响及推动作用。     

我国单项运动协会依托项目管理中心发挥实体作用的研究

我国的运动项目管理体制改革已进入新阶段,成立的２０个运动项目管理中心,对开展的８５个运动项目实施管理。笔者认为,根据我国的公有制为主体,多种经济成分并存的国情,我国的单项运动协会应当走“半社团半政府”性质的发展之路,管理中心应成为联结体育政府部门与单项协会的纽带;单项协会则要依托项目管理中心来发挥实体作用。     

达瓦孜研究

运用田野调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法.主要结论建议:全面深入开展普查,进一步理清达瓦孜与中原文化及中亚文化的关系.对达瓦孜资料归档、整理、存档,对达瓦孜的教师资格、演员以及演出资格、安全设施制定规章制度,在学习、演出达瓦孜较多的村、乡,由自治区、地区、县命名为"达瓦孜乡",条件成熟的经文化部门审核批准,可组织民间班社进行达瓦孜表演.在新疆地区体育院系开设达瓦孜专业,培养有文化、懂理论、重安全的达瓦孜演员,加强后备人才培养等.     

民族传统体育的休闲性与休闲体育——我国休闲体育发展的新视角

认为:民族传统体育的休闲理念主要体现在儒家的"共在中体悟独在"和道家的"实在中虚建虚在"上。同时通过对两种休闲理念引导下的民族传统体育的休闲性进行解析,指出我国休闲体育的发展应在吸收和借鉴西方休闲体育文化精华的同时,更需要回归我们的民族传统体育文化,吸取其精华弃其糟粕,走具有中国特色的休闲体育发展之路。     

城市民间体育文化的认同与表达

城市民间体育文化发展应适应多元化和多层次性的文化需求.文化认同和文化参与是推动城市民间体育发展的主要影响因素,人们的文化认同与文化需求有关,价值观起主要的导向作用.通过节日民俗、健身娱乐、表演竞赛等表达类型的多样化,促使人们形成丰富立体的城市民间体育文化认同观念,构建体察、体验、体悟等多层次的文化表达途径.     

试论体育举国体制改革

研究体育举国体制改革的相关问题,认为适应市场环境、革除弊端、提供驱动是体育举国体制改革的三个主要原因;体育举国体制改革的根本目的在于满足人们的公共体育需求;体育举国体制具有制度公正的自明性、目标达成的高效果性,然而由于制度设计的内在缺陷难以实现制度效率的最大化;体育举国体制改革主要在于提高制度的运行效率,通过建立应对预案、启用评估体系、信息反馈系统等可以有效提高体育举国体制的运行效率。     

浅谈职工体育在企业形象识别设计中的作用

阐述了职工体育在CI策划中的作用,主要表现在:体育理念可以丰富MI;BI策划的内容离不开职工体育,构建职工健康体系是BI策划的主要内容之一,并从经济的角度分析指出了CI导入后我国职工体育管理模式呈多样化趋势。
