欧美体育强国竞技体育人才培养模式及启示

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对欧美体育强国的人才培养模式进行梳理与探析。结果表明:无论具体进行管理的主体是政府、俱乐部、体育协会或其他,培养模式均依托学校教育的优势与提供的资源,为加快我国体育强国的建设,需要进一步深化体教结合模式,加强群众体育与竞技体育的联系;为提高运动员的训练质量,提高文化考核的地位势在必行;俱乐部体制虽然与现阶段的我国国情不相适应,但是促进家庭与俱乐部的沟通联系,能为运动员学生营造更佳的体育活动环境;根据地区差异,应因地制宜、多元投资,为竞技体育的发展提供依据。     

Working-class Sports Clubs as Agents of Political Socialisation in Finland, 1903–1923

This article focuses on political socialisation in Finnish working class sports clubs during the years 1903–1923. These sports clubs, which often were subdivisions of workers’ associations, were expected to teach their members about socialism and its implications for local and national politics. This article examines individual cases in which a member of a working class sports club could acquire information about socialism and, in more general terms, about the traditions of the working class. Concurrently, this paper provides a survey of socialist, and in some cases communist, ideology, which the sports clubs embodied and disseminated to their members. Research revealed that working-class sports clubs differed widely in the means and levels of political socialisation.

西方影响下的香港体育

研究集中于西方影响下之香港社区体育会(体育俱乐部)体制。一般认为会所制度是香港体制中一个较弱范围,在英国及世界上许多国家,社区体育会是体育制度的基石,也孕育出竞争性及团体精神,发掘体育潜能,加以锻炼,力求进步。故此,香港康体发展局设计出一个与西方类似的体育会制度,成功地协助13个不同体育项目成立了60多个社区体育会,会员人数达3000人以上。基于“自己参与自己付帐”的概念,这些社区体育会以自助形式运作,不需要政府额外财政负担。香港康体发展局采纳西方会所制度以推展香港中层体育发展。此计划不但提供机会给体育爱好者及青少年,同时亦有助提高香港整体体育水平。     

陕西省普通高等院校课外体育俱乐部现状及发展对策研究

课外体育俱乐部是当今高校中比较常见的一种新的尝试,它的发展将有利于我国大学生对于体育的学习和身体的发展。陕西省是西部教育大省,高校较多,在课外体育俱乐部的发展方面现状如何?本文对陕西省普通高等院校课外体育俱乐部的现状进行研究,并针对存在问题提出相应的发展措施和办法。     

Mixing Business with Leisure? The Football Club Doctor,Sports Medicine and the Voluntary Tradition

The football club doctor has traditionally been a role fulfilled by a local general practitioner on a casual basis over a long period. Since the 1990s, due to football's accelerated commercialization, a number of clubs have appointed full-time doctors with specialist sports medicine knowledge. This article explores the origins and development of this role in its wider social context since the late nineteenth century and argues that initially club doctors were part of a voluntary tradition. In addition, the development of the role has reflected the nature of sports medicine in Britain and more particularly football, as well as highlighting the changing demands and pressures of the job in light of growing commercial demands.     

Who will volunteer? Analysing individual and structural factors of volunteering in Swiss sports clubs

Abstract

This article analyses the conditions influencing volunteering in sports clubs. It focuses not only on individual characteristics of volunteers but also on the corresponding structural conditions of sports clubs. It proposes a model of voluntary work in sports clubs based on economic behaviour theory. The influences of both the individual and context levels on the decision to engage in voluntary work are estimated in different multilevel models. Results of these multilevel analyses indicate that volunteering is not just an outcome of individual characteristics such as lower workloads, higher income, children belonging to the sports club, longer club memberships, or a strong commitment to the club. It is also influenced by club-specific structural conditions; volunteering is more probable in rural sports clubs whereas growth-oriented goals in clubs have a destabilising effect.

本文在肯定体育俱乐部制度对于促进群众体育与竞技体育的协调发展,推进体育社会化和产业化方面所起的积极作用的同时,也对我国职业体育俱乐部制度改革中存在的问题提出了自己的看法,指出这种改革必须符合社会主义初级阶段的中国国情,必须与整个竞技体育的发展相互协调,必须与它所赖以生存的社会环境相融合。为此,作者犹如何完善我国职业俱乐部制度提出了几点具体对策与建议。     

体育俱乐部官方微博营销方式及对策研究

自媒体时代,微博成为企业品牌营销的重要手段,各体育俱乐部也不甘人后,纷纷开通官方微博。从粉丝逾300万的恒大足球俱乐部到数十万的阿尔滨足球俱乐部,市场化程度较高的中超各队都成为体育微博的忠实拥趸。然而,在貌似繁荣的俱乐部官方微博市场,发布无规律、管理混乱等问题成为制约微博占领营销先机的重要因素。本文在对上述现象进行案例分析、数据整理的基础上,针对体育俱乐部官方微博营销现状提出了定位品牌、包装话题、培养粉丝、建立微博矩形方阵等建议与意见。     

体育强国视野下健身俱乐部的可持续发展与提高

2008年北京奥运会结束标志着中国体育事业发展迈入崭新的历史时期,在举国体制引领下,中国竞技体育在70年时间里得到了迅猛发展,但群众体育发展不容乐观。目前应以体育强国战略为契机,通过体育强国战略体系建立,促进群众体育与竞技体育共同发展。健身俱乐部作为一大体育产业支柱,是协调竞技体育和群众体育和谐发展的良好中介。文章从健身俱乐部的角度来探索竞技体育与群众体育发展,并试图为体育强国建设贡献力量。     

Changing the game in Nigeria? Appropriating Internet and web 2.0 for sport communication

Historically, sports journalists have been the ones who predominately shape and define dominant narrative discourse of local and global sports. But, with the advent of social media and internet technologies, this is no longer the case. The digital media technologies now allow athletes, fans and sports organizations to impose their own narrative frames on sporting events in the real time. This has changed the tenor and tone of sport communication. With Shooting Stars Sports club of Ibadan, a legendary and pacesetter football club in Nigeria, as its case study, this paper examines why and how football clubs are appropriating social media and web technologies for information dissemination and live match commentaries in the Nigerian context.     

对我国职业体育俱乐部公司治理结构的探讨

在界定职业体育俱乐部和公司治理结构基本范畴的基础上,分析了我国职业体育俱乐部的所有制特征和公司治理结构理论基础和实践依据。在此基础上,从俱乐部内部治理结构和外部治理结构角度出发,分析归纳了俱乐部治理结构及存在的问题,并提出了完善俱乐部的公司治理结构模式。结论:我国职业体育俱乐部公司治理结构是一种政府主导型的治理模式,深受"路径依赖"、产权制度以及法律政策等因素的影响。未来俱乐部治理结构选择的方向应该是动态的,其基本发展逻辑是从单一的国有产权向多元混合产权转变,并通过市场竞争的方式逐渐实现。     

休闲娱乐理论与体育俱乐部的发展

近几年我国尝试发展体育俱乐部,但是在实际运作中,与发达国家还有很大的距离.进入21世纪后,人类面对世界范围内休闲时代的来临,体育活动成为休闲娱乐的重要组成部分.2002年我国已对<国民经济行业分类>进行了修订,体育被列入"文化、体育和娱乐业".体育俱乐部作为基层组织形式,将在休闲娱乐理论的指引下发展.将体育俱乐部视为休闲时代提供竞赛表演、促进健身参与等准公共产品服务的社会组织,对比参考国内外同类体育俱乐部的状况,提出了改进我国体育俱乐部的目标、任务和管理模式等措施.     

高校体育社团的历史沿革及功能研究

高校体育社团的蓬勃发展是我国政策文件的明确要求,也是高校体育工作开展的内在需求。通过梳理高校体育社团的历史起源与发展过程,了解其存在的合理性和必然性,深入挖掘高校体育社团自身所具备的促进课内外一体化进程,承担高校比赛任务,加强校际交流,强化校园体育文化建设,校园体育文化建设,全面促进个人健康发展等功能,及其所起到的深远影响,对高校体育社团的长远发展具有重要的促进作用。     

中国职业体育俱乐部融资方式初探

在我国,体育产业作为新兴产业,从一开始就表现出了旺盛的生命力,职业体育俱乐部更是体育产业先锋,为体育产业发展开辟了崭新的道路。但是由于存在诸多问题,使得职业体育俱乐部的发展举步维艰。其中,资金问题一直都是困扰其发展的难题,迫切需要开辟顺畅的融资渠道来扶持。笔者分析了几种融资渠道,为我国职业体育俱乐部解决资金问题提供参考。     

我国青少年体育俱乐部现状调查及发展对策

通过调查，了解了我国目前青少年体育俱乐部在组织机构、开展活动、会员及吸纳青少年参加体育活动的人数、财务运营等方面的现状。参照日本、德国等大众体育俱乐部的发展，提出将我国青少年体育俱乐部集中在中、小学，目前俱乐部规模不宜过大，数量不宜增长过快，发展小型俱乐部等建议。     

高校体育教学俱乐部与社区体育的互动

高校体育教学俱乐部是高等学校体育的重要组成部分,也是高校体育改革具有标志性的课题,高校体育教学俱乐部有课外体育俱乐部、课内体育俱乐部、课内外结合的俱乐部,本文通过对高校体育教学俱乐部与社区体育互动作用,高校体育教学俱乐部与社区体育互动的必要性分析,指出高校体育俱乐部从长远的发展思路上对社区体育活动的影响都是巨大。     

Exploring the organizational capacity and organizational problems of disability sport clubs in Germany using matched pairs analysis

Previous research examining people with disabilities has mainly looked at participation barriers and has formulated implications for sport providers; however, the supply side has been largely neglected. The purpose of this study was to explore the organizational capacity and organizational problems of clubs that provide sport for people with disabilities (referred to as ‘disability sport clubs’). The conceptual model of organizational capacity was used as a theoretical framework. Within a German sport club sample (n = 19,345), a sub-sample of disability sport clubs (n = 521) was identified. The idea was to compare disability sport clubs with other sport clubs; however, comparing a small sub-sample with a large rest-sample may inevitably lead to statistical significance. Therefore, a matched pairs analysis was applied. Since disability sport clubs were significantly larger in terms of members and sports and were located in bigger communities, statistical twins were identified in the dataset that were similar in size and location. The results showed that clubs providing sport for people with disabilities are not specific disability sport clubs. Evidently, these are large multi-sports clubs that have greater capacity for catering for older adults and low-income people, for strategic planning, and for establishing relationships with other institutions in the community than their statistical twins. The regression results indicated that strategic planning significantly contributed to the reduction of several organizational problems of disability sport clubs. The findings have implications for policy makers, club management, and sport management scholars.     

西班牙体育俱乐部的历史渊源和发展现状

通过对西班牙体育俱乐部历史渊源的分析我们发现,西班牙在接受体育俱乐部这一新型的组织形式中,也经历了两种针锋相对的大讨论,由于承载着与其它欧洲国家相似的宗教文化传统,所以接受较快,过程较短,并在接受的过程中仍然保留着自己民族的传统项目。西班牙政府主导参与管理大众体育的社会代表制,是一种有别于其它欧洲国家管理体育俱乐部的成功典范。政府由最初的强制的、高压的、集中的管理,发展到现在的合作的、协商的和在法律框架范围内的契约式合作模式的建立,为西班牙体育俱乐部的健康发展和体育组织网络的形成奠定了基础。     

我国高校体育俱乐部的基本定位及未来趋势研究

中国高校体育俱乐部的发展态势良好,但目前过多地局限在体育课教学这一层面,其主要原因是定位模糊、趋势不明.运用文献资料调研法和调查分析法对中国高校体育俱乐部的概念、性质、目标、功能进行基本定位,对未来趋势提出初步构想.
