武都区自然条件适宜花椒生长,花椒栽培历史悠久,花椒品质优异.本文主要分析论述了陇南武都区花椒产业发展现状;重点阐述了花椒产业中存在"技术推广普及率不高,管理粗放;生产机械化程度低,采收制干困难;花椒产业基础设施建设落后,市场体系不健全;花椒产业链短,加工水平低,附加值不高,产业带动能力弱;懂技术、精管理的农业人员少,科技成果推广难度大;品牌认知度低,缺乏拳头花椒品牌;椒树补植成活率低"等问题,并提出了解决对策.     

农村“空心化”形势下陇南市花椒产业发展路径

由农业弱质性引发的农户经营兼业化、农业生产副业化和农民收入非农化趋势,导致农村"空心化"现象日趋严重,尤其是农业经营主体的"空心化",在给陇南花椒产业带来发展转型升级机遇的同时也使该产业陷入了大而不强的困境。在新的形势下,陇南市发展花椒产业必须把增加椒农收益、保障产业持续稳定发展作为出发点和落脚点,用制度保障、政策扶持、品牌打造等一系列措施来推动陇南花椒产业可持续发展。     

四棵“摇钱树”对陇南农业经济增长贡献的实证研究

为研究油橄榄、核桃、花椒、苹果等特色农业产业对农业经济增长的实际贡献,选取陇南市2010年至2019年第一产业年产值和油橄榄、核桃、花椒、苹果的年度产值统计数据,利用计量软件Eviews 8.0建立多元回归模型,实证分析了四棵"摇钱树"对农业经济增长的影响机理.研究表明,四棵"摇钱树"对陇南经济增长贡献最大的是苹果和油橄榄,其次是核桃和花椒.
