通过对福建省中学生的问卷调查及分析 ,了解当前中学生环境教育的现状和存在的问题 ,确立地理学科在中学环境教育中的地位和作用 ,为中学阶段环境教育的整体实施提供了现状资料和分析依据。

Environmental Education in the United States: A Survey of Preservice Teacher Education Programs

Abstract

The status of the environmental education component of preservice teacher education programs is unknown nationally. This study surveyed 715 institutions of teacher education using a mail questionnaire. The response rate was approximately 63%. The results indicate that most schools have few requirements related to environmental education, and in the majority of schools environmental education is not institutionalized.     

Developing Digital Literacy in the Middle School Classroom

Students are growing up in a digital world where technology is constantly changing and evolving. However, their use of these technologies is often more social rather than academically as a way to advance their understanding of key concepts or skills as it relates to instructional content. Teachers know how to teach, and our students are definitely not afraid of digital tools, so our job as teachers is to merge good, sound teaching practices with media that helps students tap into the digital world in which they live. This article shares the process that was followed as 36 Grade 7 and Grade 8 students participated in a 9-week digital media course. The framework of the course used a highly scaffolded format that incorporated various technology tools while also exposing students to aspects of language arts and process writing. Throughout the 9-week course, the role of teacher and students constantly shifted as new roles were taken on by “experts” (the students) who emerged as part of the process.

环境教育的最终目标之一是改变人们的环境行为,而环境教育研究表明,单一的“知识-态度-行为”转化模式是难以取得预期效果的,环境行为的核心涉及到人们的环境态度和伦理责任,环境教育的重心也需放在环境伦理教育上。美国高校自20世纪70年代初就开展了环境伦理教育,在30多年的发展过程中积累了很多值得我们学习的经验和教训。     

Role of Significant Life Experiences in Building Environmental Knowledge and Behavior Among Middle School Students

Significant life experience research suggests that the presence of role models, time outdoors, and nature-related media foster pro-environmental behavior, but most research is qualitative. Based on a random sample of middle school students in North Carolina, USA, we found limited positive associations between presence of a role model and time outdoors with behavior and a negative association between watching nature television and environmental knowledge. The strongest predictors of environmental knowledge and behavior were student/teacher ratio and county income levels, respectively. We also found that Native Americans engaged in environmental behaviors more than Caucasians, and that African American and Hispanic students had lower levels of environmental knowledge. Accordingly, life experiences appear less important than promoting small class sizes and addressing challenges associated with lower incomes in schools.

中等职业学校学生问题行为现状调查与分析

为了解中等职业学校学生问题行为的现状,应用自编问题行为问卷,采用分层随机抽样的方法,调查了668名中职学生,结果发现中职学生问题行为检出率较高。并存在综合性并发性的特点,课堂问题行为是最普遍的问题行为,中职学生问题行为存在显著的性别差异、年级差异、地域差异,与家庭状况存在关联。     

“新课改”背景下中学生体育成绩评价探析

中学体育成绩的评价,是中学体育课程教学和管理的重要环节,其评价质量的高低影响到我国中学体育教学指导思想的落实和体育课程目标的达成与实现。运用文献资料、逻辑分析法,在分析现状的基础上,就目前中学体育成绩评价中可能存在的问题进行探讨,指出当前我国中学体育成绩评价在评价内容、评价方法及评价方式等方面存在的不足,根据＂新课改＂的要求,论述中学体育成绩评价的新模式,以期为进一步提高学生体质以及建立科学有效的教学评价体系提供理论参考。

对于德育工作,教师要避免灌输式教学,要在日常的学习生活中对学生进行潜移默化的教育,为学生树立榜样,让学生养成良好的行为习惯。文章分析初中德育工作的现状,指出提高初中德育工作实效性要从家庭教育方面改变,从学校教育方面改变,从社会教育方面改变。     

农村中学生环境知识教育的现状及解决对策

文章通过对湖南永兴第一中学、衡东欧阳遇中学的环境知识调查问卷统计结果的分析，初步了解当前农村中学生环境知识教育的现状：农村中学生环境知识欠缺；环境意识不强；社会、家庭、学校教育没到位；尤其是环境教育师资数量不足、结构不佳、质量不高是其中比较突出的问题。只有结合实际，本着“环境保护，教育为本”的理念，才能探索切实有效的解决对策。而增加教育资金．营造良好的环境知识教育体系、加强师资培养培训、开展多种形式的环境教育活动等，是其重要措施和途径。

National Curriculum for Physical Education in the United States

Since the publication of A Nation at Risk, some scholars have argued that a national curriculum and national testing are necessary to hold school personnel accountable for student achievement and, ultimately, to raise educational standards. The idea of developing a nationwide curriculum has been widely debated in the United States, where the traditions of local control and state responsibility are dominant. Thus, this article examines the relevance and feasibility of a uniform curriculum in physical education. A core curriculum for physical education has the potential to provide clear goals, coherent instructional guidelines, and relevant assessments aligned with designated program outcomes. A more advanced curricula framework with clear guidance for P-12 curricula and pedagogical practices could promote system-wide changes in school-based physical education. In contrast, the adoption of an overly rigid national curriculum would create a stifling educational context where cultural differences and local flexibility are not allowed.

青海省三江源地区在我国乃至国际上极其特殊而又重要的生态位置凸现了环境教育在这一地区的深远意义.本文以可持续发展与西部民族地区环境教育研究为背景,通过对青海省三江源地区环境教育的调查研究,发现三江源地区由于地域、历史等原因所导致的经济落后已成为该地区发展环境教育的最大制约因素.具体表现为:没有专门环境教育的负责机构;环境教育经费极度缺乏;环境教育专业人员缺乏;环境教育缺乏资料.对此提出如下对策:建立专门的环境教育领导管理机构;开展主动积极的环境宣传工作,营造环境教育氛围;建立健全三江源地区中小学环境教育体系.
