野生红菇茑和种植红菇茑脂肪酸的比较分析

对野生红菇茑和种植红菇茑脂肪酸成分进行分析.采用索氏提取法提取野生红菇茑和种植红菇茑中的脂肪酸并进行甲酯化处理,以气相色谱-质谱法进行分析,对其脂肪酸组成和含量进行了比较.结果表明:野生红菇茑鉴定出6种脂肪酸,种植红菇茑鉴定出8种脂肪酸,两者主要成分均为亚油酸,分别占脂肪酸总量的86.32%和73.83%.用高效液相色谱法对亚油酸进行了定量分析.色谱柱为Kromasil C18;流动相为V异丙醇∶V乙腈=35∶65;柱温为25℃;回归方程为A=28 056C-181.57,变异系数小于0.35%,回收率为93.9%～97.6%.

山茶油对大鼠脂肪肝作用的新观察（英文）

目的:评价山茶油、大豆油和橄榄油对非酒精性脂肪性肝(NAFLD)病的影响。创新点:通过不同食用油的脂肪酸成分及对大鼠血糖、血脂、肝脏组织细胞特性和超微结构影响的比较分析,揭示了山茶油对NAFLD的影响与n-6/n-3比率不完全相关,可能还涉及其它因子。方法:分析了山茶油、大豆油和橄榄油的脂肪酸成分;测定和分析了三种油对大鼠的体重、肝脏系数、血脂的影响;采用细胞学和透射电镜技术对大鼠肝进行细胞学和亚细胞结构的观察。结论:山茶油、橄榄油和大豆油的多不饱和脂肪酸n-6/n-3比率分别为7.69%、12.50%和33.33%,但三种油对大鼠血糖、血脂、NAFLD肝细胞特性和亚细胞结构的影响结果比较表明,山茶油对诱导大鼠NAFLD的风险性高于大豆油,但低于橄榄油。这为油脂饮食对NAFLD的影响提供了新的见解。     

油脂精炼工艺过程及脱色条件对大豆油品质的影响

目的:研究精炼工序对大豆油脂品质的影响,以及脱色过程中脱色条件对p-茴香胺值的影响,为富含多不饱和脂肪酸的油脂精炼工艺过程对油脂品质变化以及脱色条件提供参考。方法:首先分析油脂精炼过程中不同阶段油品的p-茴香胺值、过氧化值(POV)、酸值的变化,其次以p-茴香胺值作为考察指标确定最佳脱色条件。结果:化学精炼过程中大豆油酸价是不断下降直至稳定,POV的变化趋势是先升高再降低,精炼后POV最高,经脱色和脱臭后显著降低。脱色油的p-茴香胺值是最高的,脱臭后有所降低。精炼过程对磷脂有显著影响,而对碘值和皂化值的变化没有显著影响。脱色过程中最佳的条件为脱色温度为80℃,脱色时间为25min,白土用量为2.4%。结论:油脂精炼工艺能够提高大豆油品质,利用p-茴香胺值可确定脱色工序最佳条件,防止油脂的氧化劣变。     

大豆卵磷脂中脂肪酸组成分析

采用气相色谱法测定大豆卵磷脂中脂肪酸的组成和含量,采用面积归一化法确定各脂肪酸含量;结果表明,大豆卵磷脂中含有4种脂肪酸：棕榈酸（16．5％）、硬脂酸（4．2％）、油酸（12．1％）、亚油酸（59．2％）;亚油酸在大豆卵磷脂中的含量最高。     

产油脂酵母菌株的筛选及发酵条件的初步研究

对14份土样和7株实验室保藏菌株经初筛、摇瓶复筛,得到1株油脂产量较高的酵母菌,其油脂含量为7.34%。对影响该菌体产油脂的条件进行了单因素和正交实验,得出摇瓶发酵培养的最佳产油脂条件:发酵周期为4d,酵母膏和硫酸铵混合物为氮源,接种量为12%。在该条件下测得的菌体生物量为12.211g/L,油脂产量为1.524g/L,油脂含量为12.48%。     

庄河市野生槲寄生的质量评定

对庄河市野生槲寄生进行质量评价,为今后进一步研究和开发该资源奠定基础。参照2015版《中华人民共和国药典》规定的相关方法,对其进行水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分测定;以紫丁香苷为对照品,对其进行含量测定。结果显示庄河市野生槲寄生总灰分为7.5%;水分5.7%;紫丁香苷含量为0.019%。庄河市产槲寄生水分含量为5.7%、总灰分含量为4.6%、酸不溶性灰分2.2%,符合《药典》的要求;醇溶性浸出物含量为14.6%,不符合《药典》规定的含量20.0%的要求,紫丁香苷含量0.019%,低于《药典》的要求,故庄河市野生槲寄生不能按照《药典》的要求入药。     

辣椒调味品中黄曲霉毒素B1 ELISA检测方法影响因素的研究

ELISA方法检测辣椒调味品中黄曲霉毒素B1（AFB1）的含量的关键是样品的前处理过程.本研究的目的是探讨pH值、氯化钠含量和油脂含量对ELISA法检测AFB1结果的影响.方法：以市场上具有代表性的辣椒调味品为样本,通过添加不同浓度的酸碱、NaCl和大豆油脂,观察不同提取液水平对黄曲霉毒素B1 ELISA结果的影响.结果：中性的提取液环境和较低的氯化钠含量和油脂含量比较适合ELISA检测的准确度和灵敏度.结论：在AFB1 ELISA检测的过程中,去除油脂和氯化钠的影响,调节检测液的pH趋于中性是保证AFB1 ELISA检测准确性的关键,值得今后对黄曲霉毒素B1 ELISA检测方法进行改进.     

环烷酸中脂肪酸含量测定方法的改进

讨论了尿素络合酸碱“滴定法”测定从煤、柴油碱碴生产的环烷酸中脂肪酸含量的测定条件和干扰因素并与尿素络合“重量法”进行了比较,“滴定法”比“重量法”操作简单且操作耗时少,而精确度比“重量法”有所提高.该分析方法当环烷酸中脂肪酸的含量为1%～2%时,相对误差不大于6%,变异系数不大于5%;当环烷酸中脂肪酸的含量为1%～2%,而加标量为样品中脂肪酸含量的1倍左右时回收率80%左右.     

紫苏籽油提取及其脂肪酸组成分析

为了有效地开发利用紫苏籽资源,本文采用改良索氏抽提法提取紫苏籽油,对所提取的紫苏籽油采用GC-MS分析其脂肪酸组成.结果表明,改良索氏抽提法提取紫苏籽油的得率为48.55%,能较好的提取出紫苏籽中的全部油脂;紫苏籽油中的主要脂肪酸为油酸、亚油酸、α-亚麻酸和棕榈酸,其中α-亚麻酸的含量高达65.37%,是一种极具开发潜力的营养保健油.
