对水产品中5种磺胺类药物的HPLC检测

应用高效液相色谱法建立了测定水产品肌肉中磺胺甲基嘧啶（Sulfamerazine,SMR）、磺胺二甲基嘧啶（Sulfadimidine,SDD）、磺胺-6-甲氧嘧啶（Sulfamonomethoxine,SMM）、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶（Sulfadimethoxine,SDM）、磺胺喹恶啉（sulfaquinoxaline,SQX）残留量的方法。结果表明,该方法能够达到国家标准及国际标准的要求,适用于检测水产品体内的磺胺甲基嘧啶、磺胺二甲基嘧啶、磺胺-6-甲氧嘧啶、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶、磺胺喹恶啉残留。     

Ti基Hg膜电极微分脉冲伏安法测定磺胺嘧啶和甲氧苄啶

建立了一种微分脉冲伏安法检测磺胺嘧啶和甲氧苄啶的方法．采用光化学沉积Hg膜Ti基电极以及微分脉冲伏安法使得检测灵敏度大幅度提高,磺胺嘧啶的检测限为3．68×10^-11mol／L,回收率范围为96．87％-110．3％;甲氧苄啶的检测限3．25×10^-11mol／L,回收率范围为94．18％-103．3％．     

酸性铬兰 K 催化光度法测定抗坏血酸的研究

在酸性介质中,抗坏血酸对溴酸钾-酸性铬兰K-钒催化体系具有显著的活化作用,据此建立了测定抗坏血酸的新方法,并探讨了动力学条件.方法的测定范围为0.8μg～30μg/mL,检出限为2.09×10-7g/mL.方法用于药品中抗坏血酸的测定,结果满意.     

铜的流动注射光散射法测定

利用自制的流通池,提出了流动注射分析与光散射光谱法联用的测定技术;探讨了铜的流动注射和光散射光谱测定工作条件,铜的线性范围为0～400μg/mL,检出限为3.266μg/mL,测定频率为48次/h;实验结果表明所建立的方法快速、所需的化学试剂少.     

环境水样中NO2-的催化光度法测定

提出了催化褪色光度法测定痕量NO2-的新方法.此法是基于百里香酚蓝在H2SO4介质中被KBrO3氧化的反应受到痕量NO2-的催化.本法的检测限为4.6×10-8g/mL,测定范围为2～12μg/25mL.     

结晶紫催化动力学光度法测定微量草酸

在稀磷酸介质中,微量草酸对KBrO3氧化结晶紫的褪色反应有显著的活化作用,据此建立了测定微量草酸的新方法。方法的线性范围是O.5-5.0μg/mL,检出限为O.2μg/mL.方法简便,快速,灵敏度高,用于茶叶中草酸含量的测定,结果满意。     

增敏火焰原子吸收法测定复方氢氧化铝片中的铝

研究了以铁为底液,用富燃空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法间接测定铝的条件。结果表明,在4.0μg/mL铁的溶液中,铝的线性增敏范围为0-0.5μg/mL,相关系数(r)0.9993。用本方法测定复方氢氧化铝片中的铝,RSD(n=6)2.8%,加标回收率96%-104%,结果令人满意。     

土壤中尿素的高效液相色谱分析

建立了一种土壤中尿素的高效液相色谱分析方法.以纯水为流动相,采用ODS色谱柱,流量1mL/min,测定波长190nm.测定尿素的线性范围为2～20μg/mL,检测限为0.3μg/mL;回收率为96.3～104.5%,相对标准偏差为3.8～5.2%.本法可用于各类土壤中尿素的测定.     

交联壳聚糖分离富集——火焰原子吸收光谱法测定奶制品中的痕量Pb

以环氧氯丙烷作为交联剂,合成了聚乙二醇交联壳聚糖.用红外光谱（FI-IR）对交联壳聚糖进行了结构表征.研究了不同条件下交联壳聚糖对铅离子吸附性能.结果表明,当溶液pH为6、吸附时间为60 min、吸附温度为40℃、吸附剂用量为30 mg时,交联壳聚糖对溶液中Pb2＋的吸附效率较高,吸附在交联壳聚糖上的铅离子可用1 mol/L的稀HCl洗脱.用火焰原子吸收光谱测定,该法对Pb2＋的检出限为0.72μg/mL（3σ,n=8）,相对标准偏差为2.1%（n=5,ρ=5μg/mL）,线性范围为0-20.00μg/mL,加标回收率在97.8%-102.6%之间.该方法用于奶制品中铅的测定结果令人满意.
