浅谈我国中小学教师专业学习共同体——由英国EPLC项目得到的启示

教师专业学习共同体被认为是有效促进教师专业发展的有效途径之一。当前,我国中小学的教师专业学习共同体的建立还处在一个探索时期,学术界不同的研究领域对教师专业学习共同体的定义也尚未统一。在教师专业学习共同体的实践中,既有成功的经验,同时也存在很多需要解决的问题。英国的EPLC项目归纳性地提出了教师专业学习共同体的四个进程、八大特征、三套结果及其运作方式,对我国中小学教师专业学习共同体的建构有着借鉴意义。     

韩国教师专业学习共同体：演进历程、价值理念与实践路径

教师专业学习共同体是韩国培育优秀教师、提高教师质量、建设高质量教师队伍的重要手段。韩国教师专业学习共同体历经引入、发展与形成三个阶段,其价值理念为以高度的教师自主权为基础,以积极的协同合作为核心,以共同的价值观与教育愿景为旨归。韩国通过开展以课堂教学为主的校内型专业研修、实施以跨校合作为核心的校际型专业实践、提供基于多方合作与共同支持的校外型专业保障等方式促进教师专业学习共同体的发展,对我国中小学教师专业学习共同体的发展具有一定的启示意义。我国应发挥政策引领的积极作用,构建多样化的专业学习模式,营造多方支持的组织环境,以助力教师专业学习共同体的发展。     

试论教师教育实践课程中学习共同体的建构

当前,在教师教育专业实践中,高校教师、中小学教师和未来教师之间缺乏实质性的紧密联系,成为实践课程实效低下的瓶颈.在教师教育实践课程实施中建构学习共同体,不仅是提高教师教育实践课程实效的需要,而且也是促进各类教师专业发展的需要.有效的教师教育实践课程的学习共同体具有自主性、差异性、开放性和合作性等特征,其运作目标是共同体成员的专业发展,活动内容是中小学教育教学情境中的各种问题,活动方式有深度合作和反思.     

我国教师专业学习共同体发展现状的实证研究——以上海市中小学为例

专业学习共同体是近年来国内外探讨的热点话题,它被研究者视为学校改进的关键原因。本研究以上海市中小学为例,通过大规模的问卷调查,对我国教师专业学习共同体的发展现状进行分析。研究发现上海学校教师专业学习共同体在整体上具有较高的发展水平,但不同学段、区域、规模、历史的学校之间的共同体发展水平存在一定的差异。可通过打破制度障碍、强化对中学和农村学校的支持、加强教师团队建设等途径改进专业学习共同体实践,以进一步推动学校教育质量的改进。     

基于教学的中小学教师专业学习共同体构建

义务教育新课标对中小学教师专业发展提出了新要求。文章提出基于中小学教师的教学实践,构建多元合作备课、多元合作课堂观察与多元合作评课的专业学习共同体合作模式及其评价指标,并明确了中小学教师专业学习共同体的运行保障策略,即建立健全管理制度,营造民主的合作环境,坚持教学反思与研究,明确合作的共同愿景以促进中小学的教师专业发展。

我国中小学教师专业学习共同体教研组制度在组织形式、职能定位与文化生态等方面都具有明显的中国特色。目前,中小学教研组制度不仅形成了比较完善的教师集体备课制度,而且有助于新任教师尽快提升教育教学能力,成为职后教师专业发展的有效途径。在新时期,完善具有中国特色的教师专业学习共同体应着力于构建自主、平等、合作型教师文化,突出教师专业学习共同体本土化建设,创建有效的制度和机制。

构建教师专业学习共同体是促进教师交流与合作，实现教师持续专业发展的有效途径。新加坡在政府政策的推动下成为世界上第一个在全国范围内实施教师专业学习共同体模式的国家。在20多年的实践中，其参与主体、实施环境以及实施方法等得到不断加强与改善，并注重专业学习共同体建设的本土化，强调多元主体参与，重视学校内外系统建设。借鉴新加坡PLC的经验，我国教研组可以进行以下探索：发挥专业学习共同体建设的优势，重视本土化建设；加强多元主体共建，细化支持方式；持续完善学校内部建设，构建开放的专业学习共同体体系。

“U-S协作型专业学习共同体”在英美等发达国家悄然兴起并正在成为促进教师专业成长的有效路径.学习为本的愿景体系、互惠性专业学习团队、实践知识的学习与创造、整合式专业学习路径是“U-S协作型专业学习共同体”的基本属性.确立“大教师教育观”,开展互惠型协作学习,实施共享型领导学习是“U-S协作型专业学习共同体”得以长期发挥作用的重要保障.批判地借鉴国外“U-S协作型专业学习共同体”的理念和做法有利于让“能者做事,学者教书”成为未来我国教师的专业形象.
