论图书馆学情报学方法论创新研究

本文基于对图书馆学情报学及其方法论研究现状的简要分析,提出了开展图书馆学情报学方法论创新研究的现实课题,并且对图书馆学情报学方法论创新研究的目的和意义、总体研究思路和主要内容进行了初步的讨论。     

社区信息学的主要方法

社区信息学具有实践性强、基于案例的特点,研究方法与工作方法密不可分。常用的方法有社区分析、参与式方法、社区记忆记录等。这些方法的综合运用,有利于揭示本地情境,调动社区资源,鼓励社区发展。     

数据挖掘:情报学的发展

从数据挖掘的概念出发,分析情报学发展面临的问题和数据挖掘技术给情报学领域带来的影响,说明数据挖掘技术不仅提升了情报学的研究深度和关联度,而且给情报学的发展带来了机遇与挑战。     

Health informatics publication trends in Saudi Arabia: a bibliometric analysis over the last twenty-four years

Objective:Understanding health informatics (HI) publication trends in Saudi Arabia may serve as a framework for future research efforts and contribute toward meeting national “e-Health” goals. The authors’ intention was to understand the state of the HI field in Saudi Arabia by exploring publication trends and their alignment with national goals.Methods:A scoping review was performed to identify HI publications from Saudi Arabia in PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science. We analyzed publication trends based on topics, keywords, and how they align with the Ministry of Health''s (MOH''s) “digital health journey” framework.Results:The total number of publications included was 242. We found 1 (0.4%) publication in 1995–1999, 11 (4.5%) publications in 2000–2009, and 230 (95.0%) publications in 2010–2019. We categorized publications into 3 main HI fields and 4 subfields: 73.1% (n=177) of publications were in clinical informatics (85.1%, n=151 medical informatics; 5.6%, n=10 pharmacy informatics; 6.8%, n=12 nursing informatics; 2.3%, n=4 dental informatics); 22.3% (n=54) were in consumer health informatics; and 4.5% (n=11) were in public health informatics. The most common keyword was “medical informatics” (21.5%, n=52). MOH framework–based analysis showed that most publications were categorized as “digitally enabled care” and “digital health foundations.”Conclusions:The years of 2000–2009 may be seen as an infancy stage of the HI field in Saudi Arabia. Exploring how the Saudi Arabian MOH''s e-Health initiatives may influence research is valuable for advancing the field. Data exchange and interoperability, artificial intelligence, and intelligent health enterprises might be future research directions in Saudi Arabia.

认为我国现时的情报学研究在介入社会组织的信息实践方面较为被动,而情报学教育的知识传授结构又与信息人才市场的要求严重背离。对此,情报学及其教育的发展应当突破原有的思维框架,从企业信息活动所体现的诸多属性和规律中获得启迪与动力。可见,以企业信息活动作为维系自身可持续发展的生命线,必将有助于提升诸项情报事业价值与地位的社会认同。     

美国医学信息学教育的发展及其启示

目的：梳理美国生物医学信息学教育博、硕士培养的学科体系、课程设置、培养方案和培养方向的变化,为我国医学信息学教育提供参考.方法：通过网络调查,纵向比较斯坦福大学、哥伦比亚大学的课程体系设置,同时与华盛顿大学、新泽西医科和牙科大学的培养方案进行横向比较.结果：4所高校的培养目标基本一致,培养层次以硕士研究生、博士研究生为主.本科阶段的学习使学生具有较全面的医学专业知识因而了解医学领域信息需求.课程设置方面信息学与医学结合非常紧密.结论：我国应重新设计医学信息专业基础医学课程,使学生能够深入理解医学领域的本质和特点及其信息需求,从而找到信息与医学的结合点.     

新时期我国图书馆学情报学教育改革走向

通过对中国图书情报教育现状的分析和世界图情教育潮流的预测。提出了我国图情教育改革的意见和办法，并讨论了与之相适应的课程设置问题。     

医学信息学课程群的构建

结合我国医疗卫生信息化发展对专业人才的需求,以济宁医学院为例,构建了由〈医学信息学〉、〈医院管理学〉、〈数据库原理〉、〈软件工程〉、〈病案信息学〉以及〈医院信息系统〉组成的医学信息学课程群,并对其内容整合优化、教学模式改革、师资培养、教材建设等方面进行了分析与探讨.     

Technology and informatics in Australian health libraries

Australia is no different to any other country in that information technology (IT) and the speed of its advancement has a huge impact on health care and therefore on health libraries. Australian health librarians are valuable members of health care teams and strive to integrate services and resources across hospitals. This article looks at the role Australian health libraries play in the broader health information landscape and the importance of information governance and health informatics as a tenet of the work undertaken by libraries. Of particular focus in this is the Health Libraries Australia/Telstra Health Digital Health Innovation Award, offered annually, to help focus on particular technological challenges. Three cases studies are explored demonstrating impact on the systematic review process, inter-library loan system automation and a room booking service. Also discussed are the ongoing professional development opportunities, which help upskill the Australian health library workforce. Australian health libraries also face many challenges with piecemeal IT systems across the nation, resulting in lost opportunities. Also, many Australian health services do not have a qualified librarian on staff, which undermines information governance. However, resiliency shines through with strong professional health library networks working to challenge the status quo in an effort to improve the application of health informatics.

整合课程内容、加强能力培养是目前教育模式改革的趋势,在分析医学信息学专业主要培养卫生相关信息系统开发和维护能力、医学信息处理能力、医学信息服务能力等的基础上,根据能力培养的要求和学科知识结构的特点,提出了对应每项能力进行无重复、无缝隙课程内容整合及综合性、连续性实践教学改革的建议。
