大学生心理健康是高校思政工作的重要内容,也是高校安全管理的主要目标。学生的心理问题得不到合理解决,心理压力没有得到良好的抒发,很容易演变成学生心理障碍,严重的会进一步演变成校园安全事故。当前,关注心理健康已成为社会共识。高校要重视对大学生的心理健康教育,落实安全管理目标,有针对性地约束和保护个体。基于此,从高校安全管理目标入手,分析了高校安全管理目标下进行大学生心理健康教育的意义,阐述了学生出现心理问题的环境因素、个体因素,分析了大学生心理健康教育存在的问题,进一步提出了大学生心理健康教育的策略,在高校树起安全管理的警戒线,解决大学生的心理健康问题。 相似文献

After World War II, Chinese residents of Singapore demanded the establishment of local Chinese universities. The ruling regime, however, which was under the shadow of the neighboring Malay‐dominated Malay Peninsula, was forced to suppress the development of such schools. In Hong Kong, the British needed to install a Chinese university to counter Beijing’s and Taiwan’s campaigns for recruiting students from the colony. As Hong Kong was a monoracial Chinese society, the government, not having to worry about the reaction of other indigenous groups, met this challenge by founding a fully recognized Chinese university. This research demonstrates that under diverse backgrounds of racial politics, state authorities have unequal latitudes to accommodate the educational institutions of subordinated racial groups. It also reveals that state education policies in small and dependent settings, unlike those in big and sovereign nations, are more susceptible to pressures from external powers and influences from the metropolis. These findings urge scholars to pay more attention to the factor of race and use comparative methods when employing the theories of state and hegemony to investigate education and power. 相似文献

The paper presents a strategy for the systematic evaluation of course websites built under the project e3Learning that operates across three universities in Hong Kong. Tailor‐made evaluation plans were produced for each website; the evaluation was conducted by an evaluation officer, and a report was provided to each teacher, thus supporting continuous development. To date, 58 cases of evaluation data have been collected. In this paper, a meta‐analysis across these cases is presented in order to see which are the most useful web‐assisted functions currently in use in Hong Kong universities. This study indicates the following four functions as being most useful: learning tools such as glossaries, notes and PowerPoints, assessment tasks associated with grades, and creation and exhibition of multimedia projects. 以2010-2014年旅行社责任险统保示范产品的案例为样本,选用其中561起内地游客赴香港旅游安全事件案例作为数据基础,运用SPSS19.0的交叉列联表方法,对内地游客赴香港旅游安全事件的影响因素进行探索.结果表明,在季度因素方面,内地游客赴香港旅游安全事件表现为显著的淡旺季差别;在旅游6要素方面,单一要素集中诱发某一类型的旅游安全事件;在环境因素方面,大气环境因素、游览环境因素和道路环境因素表现为显著差异性的影响作用;在个人因素方面,个人无法驾驭意外、缺乏专业技能和缺乏安全常识占据绝对的统治地位. 相似文献

This analysis, based on open interviews, focuses on the language of instruction, with full time students in Hong Kong universities. A mis-match was apparent between espoused theory or policy and theory in use, or practice, with respect to English as the medium of instruction, English as a second language and improvement of English standard at university. Student comments suggested that the discrepancies between policy and practice led to declining standards due to the lack of opportunities for practice. Bringing policy in line with practice, is recommended either by adopting first language instruction or by creating zones or occasions where it is expected that English will be used. 相似文献

A system of research assessment was developed and implemented inHong Kong during the period from 1991 to 1994 as an input to theassessment of the public recurrent funding allocations of theterritory's higher education institutions and as an extension ofthe University Grants Committee's other quality assuranceactivities.
