关于会计信息质量问题的探讨

会计信息作为一种产品，有着与商品相同的特征，其提供者、需求者的利益不一致以及所采用的不同方法、不同的社会环境使会计信息质量参差不齐，会计信息提供者、会计信息产生环境、会计信息需求者从不同方面对信息质量构成了影响。要提高会计信息质量必须针对不同的产生环境，不同需求者的需要来输出对决策有用的信息。     

‘There was never really any question of anything else': young people's agency,institutional habitus and the transition to higher education

International research into educational decision-making has been extensive, focusing on the way in which young people and their families assess the different options open to them. However, to what extent can we assume that different groups of young people have equal access to the information needed to make such an assessment? And what role, if any, do schools play in this process? Using in-depth qualitative interviews from two schools with very different student intakes, this paper examines the key influences that shape young people's choices. Decisions about whether to go on to higher education are found to reflect three sets of processes: individual habitus; the institutional habitus of the school, as reflected in the amount and type of guidance provided; and young people's own agency – namely, the conscious process whereby students seek out information on different options and evaluate these alternatives.

Computers and other technology offer an increasing variety of presentation methods, each having different impacts on individual clients. Counselors need to be knowledgeable about what information sources and resources are available. They also should be skillful in the use of information with clients who are operating along a continuum of developmental levels. Decisions Hispanic families make after the identification of deafness

This study examines the decision-making process for Hispanic families living in the United States who have a child with a hearing loss. Twenty-nine families in four geographical areas shared their experiences in searching for appropriate interventions and making choices regarding communication and education. We explored the impact of language, culture, minority status, and access to information and services on the decision-making process. The results indicate that the deliberations of Hispanic parents are often complicated by language and cultural barriers and by limited access to information, resources, and a full range of options. The communication method chosen tended to be the one recommended by professionals, usually a combination of spoken English and sign language. Parents frequently expressed the hope that their child would learn Spanish as well. These subjects displayed a higher degree of assertiveness in obtaining services for their children than other studies have suggested.

网络论坛中信息资源再生的统计分析与归因

随着互联网技术及应用的快速发展,网络论坛中信息资源的再生问题成为研究者关注的重点问题。信息资源再生是Web2.0环境下信息资源建设模式的一种变革,是指网络用户在利用信息的同时对现有信息资源进行修复和补充的过程。网络论坛可以视为信息资源再生的一个典型代表,可以从再生资源数量、再生资源质量和用户行为等角度对其进行分析。以网易、新浪和猫扑三大网站的四个版块（财经、教育、数码和旅游）中的550个帖子为分析对象,对其信息资源再生情况的分析表明：不同论坛、不同版块的帖子在浏览次数、回帖次数、每百次浏览回帖数、回帖内容构成等方面存在显著性差异;不同用户在参与帖子数、发帖数、发帖者自顶帖比例等方面存在差异;高价值组和低价值组用户在参与帖子的个数上也存在差异。造成这些差异的因素可以归结为网站和版块规则差异、用户行为差异、论坛主题差异等。总体而言,网络论坛中用户的交互程度较低,对论坛中的内容缺乏深入思考。     

高校信息化建设进程中信息安全问题成因及对策探析

随着高校信息化建设的不断推进和信息技术的飞速发展,高等院校对信息资源的依赖日益凸显,信息安全逐渐成为高校信息化建设进程中一个不容忽视的问题.主要从外部威胁和内部隐患两方面对当前高校信息化建设中存在的信息安全问题进行梳理,并分析其产生的原因.并在此基础上,从管理和技术两方面提出有效对策,为今后高校信息化建设中信息安全方面提供参考.     

会计信息失真及对策研究

会计信息是经过加工、处理的会计数据，决策有用性是其最主要的特征，真实可靠是其有用性的保证。但是，由于法律制度、审计监督及财务人员等因素导致会计信息严重失真，致使经济决策失误增多，扰乱了正常的经济秩序。有鉴于此，本从人为因素和制度因素两个角度剖析了会计信息失真的原因并提出切实可行的预防措施，以期促进会计信息质量的提高。     

Information processing by intellectually gifted pupils solving mathematical problems

What differences may be found in the way gifted pupils, as compared with average pupils from the second form of lower secondary education, process information while solving mathematical problems? Gifted pupils apparently solved the problems better, faster and needed less assistance than average pupils. A global distinction of the subprocesses orientation, execution and evaluation also allows for the conclusion that in most cases the gifted pupils processed information in a different fashion. The yield of this line of research should be the improvement of education in two respects. For one, the results may induce teachers to adapt their teaching to gifted pupils. Secondly they may try to teach average pupils to process information like gifted pupils typically would.     

Activating Students’ Argumentative Resources on Socioscientific Issues by Indirectly Instructed Reasoning and Negotiation Processes

The present study analyses the impact of negotiation processes on activating argumentative resources for decision-making in a socioscientific issue (SSI) in biology classes. The research focuses on the potential of group-based negotiation processes to activate the use of relevant argumentative resources without any prescribed or explicit instructions on these resources and arguments. In the corresponding intervention with a pre-post-design, students are encouraged to reason and weight their own arguments, which are based on protecting local biodiversity. The students have to reason and weight individually (pre-phase) immediately before they discuss their own reasoning and weighting with others in groups (treatment). The students have to then, once again, reason and weight their arguments individually (post-phase). The students are instructed, during these three steps (pre-phase, treatment, post-phase), using an educational tool, target-mat, which structures the reasoning and weighting visually, but does not prescribe the way of argumentation. By analysing the students’ argumentative resources, normative and fact-based elements can be measured immediately before and after the negotiation process. In terms of the pre-phase, the use of differing and appropriate argumentative resources can be analysed in relation to different arguments. The pre- and post-comparison reveals relevant changes leading to a substantial increase of the quality of reasoning. Therefore, in a student-centred decision-making process with minimal guidance, students are encouraged to become aware of the appropriateness of different argumentative resources.

     

高校外语信息资源建设及利用研究

在信息技术与外语课程全面整合的教学环境下,外语信息资源的重要性日趋明显。研究者以常州三所本科院校为研究对象,采用定性分析与定量研究相结合的方法,通过实地调查、问卷与访谈的形式,对信息资源多元化建设过程中的问题进行调查研究,并对外语信息资源利用率低下的现状做出归因分析,提出推动外语信息资源进一步合理建设和有效利用的对策与建议。     

基于IRP的质量管理信息模型

简述了企业质量管理的现状，提出质量管理应在企业信息化平台下进行，并在IRP(信息资源规划)理论的指导下建立企业质量管理信息系统；在此基础上以产品的制造过程为主线，将TQM、6δ的思想物化到质量系统本身，构造了一般制造企业中质量管理信息系统的功能模型和信息模型，建立了部分质量数据的关系模型。
