基于电子学档的在线学习行为监控

在线学习是一种师生分离的自主学习,对学习者的学习行为进行监控,能提高在线学习效率。利用电子学档对学习者的在线学习行为进行监控,不仅有助于促进学习者的学习反思、激发学习动机、开展更为有效的学习,而且有助于实现对学习者学习行为的全面监控。基于电子学档的在线学习行为监控模型一般包括行为信息的提取模块,整理和分析模块,成果及评价模块,反思模块,行为标准制定模块等五部分。采用这个模型,可以实现对在线学习行为的全面监控。     

基于智慧学习平台的在线教学模式探索与思考

随着互联网技术的发展,“互联网+教育”越来越普及,高校教学逐步改革为线上线下混合教学模式。但一场突如其来的疫情促使全社会直接进入纯在线教学模式,全体教师立刻化身知识主播,开启纯在线教学历程。以数据库系统课程教学为例,对纯在线教学模式进行探索与实践,给出基于“在线直播+智慧学习平台”的纯在线教学模式设计、具体实践过程及应用效果,并对比了课堂教学与纯线上教学的优缺点,为充分利用信息化技术进行教学改革,进一步提高教学质量提供参考。     

网络课程平台中学习者激励机制的设计与应用研究

众多调查研究表明,网络课程平台中学习者访问率有限,全部学完课件比例较低,师生网上交互不够热烈,研究者指出可能有以下原因导致：网络课程资源的单调性、学习者学习积极性不足、学习者激励措施不到位等。综述所言：网络课程平台对学习者学习驱动性不足,笔者将网络课程平台中驱动学习者完成学习的因素分为强制性因素与人本化因素两种,强制性因素是指平台中具有相对学习者而言的不可替代性元素,如网上作业、学籍服务、师生交互等;人本化因素是指平台中“以学习者为本”元素吸引着学习者自觉自愿选择网络课程平台完成学习。因为平台能满足学习者内在知识需求,提供给学习者愉悦的学习体验。笔者通过将网络课程平台与网络游戏系统的对比,设计了基于平台中人本化因素的学习者激励机制,并根据笔者描述的网络课程平台学习者学习流程,提出了流程中每个环节激励措施及实现策略。     

A Study of Detecting Student Engagement Modes in an Online Learning Platform

In this paper, we used the platform log data to extract three features (proportion of passive video time, proportion of active video time, and proportion of assignment time) aligning with different learning activities in the Interactive- Constructive-Active-Passive (ICAP) framework, and applied hierarchical clustering to detect student engagement modes. A total of 840 learning rounds were clustered into four categories of engagement: passive (n = 80), active (n = 366),constructive (n = 75) and resting (n = 319). The results showed that there were differences in the performance of the four engagement modes, and three types of learning status were identified based on the sequences of student engagement modes: difficult, balanced and easy. This study indicated that based on the ICAP framework, the online learning platform log data could be used to automatically detect different engagement modes of students, which could provide useful references for online learning analysis and personalized learning.     

Perceptions of What Helps Learn and Develop in Education

This article describes the findings of a series of structured group sessions, which elicited student views on their learning outcomes, and what helped or hindered their development. It provides an insight into student perceptions of the factors that they considered influenced their learning. These factors are considered in relation to the Quality Assurance Agency's criteria for Subject Review.

优质教育资源分布不均衡、中西部农村地区教育相对落后是制约我国实现教育现代化和教育公平的主要瓶颈.作为促进优质教育资源均衡化分布的重要载体,大型公益在线学习平台提供丰富的优质教育资源,具备学生自主学习、教育教学质量监控与保障、优秀教师公开课示范和在线答疑等功能.当前,良好的软硬件设施、迅猛发展的开放式网络课程及在线教育平台,为大型公益在线学习平台建设提供了现实条件.而大型公益在线学习平台的准公共物品属性,决定了其建设、运营和维护等需要政府大力支持.因此,从助推教育公平视角,政府应大力支持和资助大型公益在线学习平台建设.     

网络游戏思想在新型计算机教育中的应用

近年来,网络游戏发展迅猛,在吸引网民参与方面取得了巨大成功。本文针对当代教育中建构主义理论盛行,而在实践中的应用却相对滞后的现状,对网络游戏的特征进行了深入研究,分析了网络游戏能够强烈吸引玩家的主要原因,将网络游戏的成功经验应用于建构主义的教育实践中,为寻求新的更加实用的教学方法以及构建出对学习者具有强大吸引力的新型教育平台提供智力支持。     

虚拟网上报税平台在教学使用中的问题分析

随着实践教学在高职教育中的地位越来越突出,计算机仿真技术被广泛应用于教学实践,会计仿真软件也应运而生。厦门网中网公司开发的会计实训平台是目前主流的会计实训教学软件。结合《税法》课程,对虚拟网上报税平台(以下简称报税平台)在使用中遇到的问题进行分析,并提出意见建议。

双轮驱动网络自主学习平台的研究与实践

基于网络的学习正逐步成为一项常规学习形态,但目前大多网络学习平台缺乏约束和驱动学生主动学习的机制。文章提出一种基于效果反馈驱动和学习任务驱动的网络自主平台,并对该平台的学习流程、学习效果评价算法模型、系统功能结构及核心实现技术进行阐述。应用结果表明,该系统可为高校学生开展网络自主学习提供可靠有效的支撑。     

Adapting a Face-to-Face Role-Playing Simulation for Online Play

The rapid acceleration of online course offerings presents a design challenge for instructors who want to take materials developed for face-to-face settings and adapt them for asynchronous online usage. Broadcast lectures are relatively easy to transfer, but adapting content is harder when classes use small-group discussions, as in role-playing or negotiation games. To be successful, such environments should address three interrelated design challenges: (a) sustaining engagement, (b) promoting content-focused discussion, and (c) promoting reflection-on-action. This article is a case study of how one interactive role-playing game, Island Telecom, was adapted for online play. We describe eight design features, including automated player roles and a structured team decision-making process, and show how they match with design challenges. Feedback from a recent run of this game shows that, although students still prefer to play face-to-face, they now also give favorable ratings to the online version. Feedback on specific adaptations is also presented.     

The Design of Competency-Based Performance Assessment in E-Learning

This article focuses on the design of competency-based performance assessment in e-learning. Though effort has been invested in designing powerful e-learning environments, relatively little attention has been paid to the design of valid and reliable assessments in such environments, leaving many questions to educational developers and teachers. As a solution to this problem, a systematic approach to designing performance assessments in e-learning contexts is presented, partly based on the 4C/ID model. This model enables the construction of realistic whole tasks instead of advocating education that is restricted to more isolated skills. A new assessment procedure also implies an alternative view of instructional design, learning and assessment. The requirements for the learning environment are addressed. Examples from a virtual seminar are presented to illustrate the design approach. The article concludes with the identification of possible pitfalls related to the approach and gives directions for future research.

Quality Control in Online Courses

SUMMARY

There has recently been increased interest in the quality of online courses. Faculty from the School of Education at Marquette University suggest using social constructivist theories in the design and development of online courses and in the training and pedagogy of online instructors to ensure quality in online courses. Quality can be designed into online courses by focusing on complex tasks, using multiple perspectives, establishing a learning community, encouraging the social negotiation of meaning and providing assistance for learners at various levels. While good design can go a long way to ensure quality in online courses, the quality of the instructor is equally critical. Training instructors to establish a supportive climate, provide constructive feedback, and ask critical and probing questions leads to high quality online instruction.     

基于Web的网络安全在线实训平台设计

传统网络安全实训教学基本以封闭环境为主,存在场地受限、规模受限、时间受限等问题。本文基于云计算技术,研究基于Web的远程在线实训教学平台。实训参与者能够随时、随地完成授课、实验设计、实验教学和实验操作,网络实训教学真正实现在线化、云端化、大众化。本文对普及网络安全知识、提升学习者动手能力、促进云计算技术在教学中的应用具有重要的意义。

我国电子商务和网上交易近年来取得了较大的发展,网上支付的安全问题也成为我国电子商务发展的瓶颈之一。主要从多个方面对网上支付系统的技术和安全问题进行研究。首先简单地分析了网上支付系统在安全方面的需求,介绍了相关的核心技术;然后结合我国电子商务的发展现状和需求,以节省交易成本和提高安全性为目标,提出了若干应对网上支付安全问题的方法和策略,相信这些措施能在一定程度上解决网上支付的安全问题。     

英美文学网络课程教学平台有效性研究

英美文学课程是英语专业本科阶段的专业必修课。为达到普通高等学校本科专业类教学质量国家标准的要求,大多数本科院校的外语专业均利用网络教学平台打通了课堂教学、自主学习和网络教学的壁垒,使英美文学教学不再局限于课堂教学的范围内,将手机、电脑等学习终端与课堂教学有机融合,形成英美文学课程课堂讲授与网络教学相结合的教学模式。如何更加充分地发挥网络教学平台的积极作用是提升英美文学课程教学效果的有力手段。
