大强度运动引起大鼠运动性尿蛋白升高机制的研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
测定大鼠力竭运动后即刻及恢复期100min时尿中总蛋白(TP)、尿白蛋白(Alb)、尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)排泄率,肾脏组织及肾线粒体膜自由基代谢变化及相关性分析.研究表明,力竭运动诱发肾脏组织自由基作用的加强和自由基清除能力的相对不足,导致肾小球滤过膜、肾小管超微结构的改变和功能下降以及肾线粒体膜结构和功能受损、能量代谢障碍,使蛋白质滤过率增加,而肾小管重吸收减少,从而使大鼠力竭运动后尿蛋白排泄率增加.  相似文献

Thirty male mice randomly devided into four groups: rest control group (C), rest and rIL- 2 injection group(CI),endurance training group (T) and endurance training and rIL- 2 injection group(TI). The T and TI ndce had swam 60 min/day, 6 days/week for five weeks before sacrifice. The results show that after the training the reactions of splenic lymphocytes to con A and LPS and the reaction of PFC test all decreased sighficantly(P<0.05>). The training witL rIL-2 injection could attenuate the adverse effects of the training on the immune function and increase the reaction of the splenic lymphocytes to Con Aand LPS significantly(P<0.05). And the results of PFC test was also increased significantly(p<0.05). Otherwise it could make the ratio of the T4/T8 in spleen increase significantly (P<0. 05). These results suggest that the rIL- 2 can attenuate the adverse effects of prolonged exercise training on immune function and enhance the host defense against diseases.  相似文献

耗散结构理论作为一种新的科学理论和科学思想,已开始应用于自然科学和社会科学。用耗散结构理论分析运动中使用兴奋剂对人体机能的影响,认为人体的生命活动是高度有序的,兴奋剂在一定程度上可以提高局部组织的有序性,但对人体整体的综合影响则是促进有序向无序转化的熵增作用。  相似文献

To study the high-fat-diet induced rat obesity and the of fect of endurance training on the body fat content of obese rats, we randomly divided 66 male weanling SD rats into control(16 rats) and high fat diet group(50 rats). After 10 weeks, we chose diet-induced obese rats(DIO, 26 rats) and divided them into endurance training group(DIO-T, 8 rats) and DIO groups(DIO, 18 rats) randomly. Aner 8 weeks, endurance training, all rats were killed. The results showed that nosignificant difference was found between groups in body weight, the feed efficiency of DIO groups was higher than control groups, tke carass fat con tent of DIO-T group was significantlylower than DIO group, and plasma insulin concentration of DIO group was higher than control and DIO-T groups. It was suggested that rats' obesity was induced obesity by high fat diet, dietary obesity had relation to higher eding efficiency and hyperinsulinemia. Endurance training can effectively reduce the body fat content of high-fat-diet induced obese rats by improving its hyper-insulinemia. Plasma TCH and TG of all rats had no significant difference.  相似文献

Forty-two (male 28, female 14) athletes with quadriceps / hamstring strain, or knee injury were the subjects. The strength of knee extensor and nexor were measured on Bodex system before,during, and after rehabilitation. Peak Torque of 60°/sec concentric, 240°/sec concentric, and 60°/sec eccentric contrsction were taken and evaluated using the"Evaluation Scales", and Torque Curves were analysed. The results indicated: except Hamstring /Quadriceps Torque Ratio of 60°/sec concentric contraction of involved side much higher, and Involved/ Uninvolved Torque Ratio lower, the abnormal Torque Curve of quadriceps (60°/sec concentric) may be a good indicator of quadriceps strain, knee sprain, and chronic knee injury. Abnormal Torque Curve might also be used in selecting athletes. When the subjects took part in the rehabilitation program according to the Biodex reports, the results were satisfying.  相似文献
