浅谈安徽省篮球裁判队伍发展制约因素及对策

本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法,对目前安徽省篮球裁判员队伍存在问题进行分析,探讨其可能的制约因素,提出其发展和改革的对策,以期为提高安徽省篮球裁判员队伍的整体业务水平,促进篮球运动事业的发展提供参考。     

创新思维对现代篮球运动发展影响的思考

现代篮球运动理论思维落后于运动实践的发展,缺乏创新性,技战术层面表现为缺乏时空对抗技术概念,尚未把准战术发展的脉搏。篮球运动最关键的是创新层面上人格精神上的理论思维,这就要求我们展开深入的研究和探索,如何面对新的形式下篮球事业的发展,思维创新则是关键。本文就篮球运动必须从理论到实践,从训练到比赛,提出创新能力在篮球运动中的重要性,以及创新能力的培养手段和方法,从而实现篮球运动员人格精神的转化和再造,构造现代篮球运动理论思维创新的体系。     

尤纳斯执教中国男篮述评

在北京奥运周期中,外籍主教练尤纳斯为中国男篮带来了先进的篮球理念与执教方法,帮助中国男篮提升了竞技能力,在北京奥运会男篮比赛中突破重围完成既定任务。奥运会后,将其在中国男篮的执教过程作一个客观的述评,是对外教带给中国篮球宝贵财富的总结,并能为今后中国篮球的发展与水平提高提供有益的借鉴。     

浅谈体校篮球运动员训练的模式

在体校篮球教学中,篮球训练模式是否科学、完善,不仅对体校教学水平和运动员竞技水平的提高有直接作用,还可以有力促进我国篮球运动的发展与进步。近年来,我国的篮球运动水平有了明显的进步,但与国外一些篮球运动强国相比,我国篮球运动发展仍处于落后趋势。究其原因,篮球运动员的训练模式不够科学合理是引发这一现象的关键因素之一。文章分析了当前体校篮球运动员训练模式中存在的问题,在此基础上提出完善体校篮球运动员训练模式的途径,以期能对提高体校篮球教学水平提供参考。     

Sports Fiction of the Sixties

Just as the 1960s was a transitional decade of far-reaching significance in American culture, the 1960s was also a time of major changes in the history of sports fiction. Several of the sports novels of the sixties reflected changes in and were perhaps motivated by socid change in America. During this decade, the dominance of baseball in fiction was broken. Updike's Rabbit, Run (1960), for example, initiated a minor interlude of basketball fiction. More importantly, the year 1968 marked a major turning point in sports fiction through novels by Frederick Exley, Robert Coover, and Gary Cartwright. After 1968, writers turned primarily to football in their novels, but baseball stories enjoyed some popularity as a result of the seventies' interest in nostalgia.

从发展心理学讲,青年期是人生发展的一个关键时期,面对激烈的社会竞争和巨大的就业压力,为了提升高职学生的就业竞争力,本文从青年期发展心理学的角度,分析了高职学生职业生涯规划的必要性,论证了青年期的发展心理与高职学生的职业生涯规划之间的关系,有针对性地提出了高职学生职业生涯规划的基本依据和侧重点。

根据现代篮球发展的趋势和项目特点,从篮球运动的场地、规则和技术特征等方面进行对比研究,得出篮球运动是一项以无氧供能为主的混合供能运动。并根据这一供能特点概括、分析了体能在篮球运动中的关键作用,得出“技术是基础,体能是关键”这一新结论。期望通过对篮球运动供能特点和本质规律的探讨,以完善国内现今对篮球运动项目本质特点和制胜规律的认识,为今后篮球运动的改革发展和训练手段、方法的创新提供一些参考。

本文首先对三人篮球运动的起源和三人篮球运动在我国的开展状况作了介绍,然后通过对三人篮球的特点、作用进行分析,探讨了三人篮球运动对健身的作用,并提出了加快发展三人篮球运动的建议.     

Impacts of Learning Interventions on Organizational Human Capital and Performance

The current research examined the structural relationship between organizational investments in employee development and career development interventions, organizational human capital, and organizational long‐term performance in the Korean business context. Four research questions were examined using the survey data with 469 sample corporations from the Human Capital Corporate Panel (HCCP) 2009 data set (the data set collected and shared for research purposes in Korea). The statistical strategies included measurement testing and examination of the predictive and mediating relationships between the variables, followed by the effect size comparison. The results of the statistical analyses indicated that the positive impacts of employee and career development interventions on organizational process and customer competencies are fully mediated by improved organizational human capital. That is, no statistically significant relationship between the learning interventions and organizational long‐term performance was established without the critical mediating role of human capital. Based on the empirical findings, this research suggested implications for practice and recommendations for future research.     

Career Identity Among Community College Students

Career identity development is salient in adolescence and young adulthood, but little research has assessed career identity in populations other than four-year college students. Context should be considered when examining career identity, and to address this gap in the literature, the current study examined the extent to which parental support for career, work experience, and career decision self-efficacy (CDSE) influenced career identity evaluation (i.e., engaging in in-depth career exploration and identification with one's career) in a sample of community college students. Results showed that parental support for career was predictive of CDSE, and CDSE was predictive of career identity evaluation, which suggests parental support for career indirectly affects career identity evaluation through CDSE. In contrast to expectations, work experience was not associated with CDSE or career identity evaluation. Findings suggest differences in career identity development for two-year community college and four-year university students.

受"奥运争光计划"影响,我国很多省份放弃了一些水平落后的奥运项目以及非奥运项目。2020年东京奥运会,棒球再次无缘奥运会舞台,作为非奥运项目更是无法得到足够重视。通过对我国棒球运动开展的状况进行调查研究,为我国其他非奥运项目可持续发展提供一定理论参考。     

Coming of Age? Overview of Career Guidance Policy and Practice in Australia

In recent years significant international focus has highlighted the critical importance of managing life, learning and work in a constantly changing labour market. This changing world and the corresponding need for individuals to engage in repeated decision-making about learning and work has raised the importance of and necessity for the provision of career development services across the lifespan. This challenge is being addressed by many countries across the globe. Within this context, this paper discusses the initiatives enhancing the status of career service provision in Australia.     

Saved at Home: Christian Branding and Faith Nights in the “Church of Baseball”

Baseball has enjoyed its status as the “national pastime” in part because it has been associated with democracy. To the extent that baseball, as an institution of civil religion, fosters pluralism and inclusion, it can indeed be viewed in democratic terms. In recent years, the advent of conservative Christian events called “Faith Nights” threatens the democratic health of the “church of baseball.” In particular, Faith Nights depend on a logic of branding that masks the political commitments that support the events. Thus, although many baseball fans and followers may not be aware of all aspects of Faith Nights, they are constituted in a hegemonic relationship with Christianity in ways that demand critical attention.     

对影响篮球裁判员临场判罚的主要因素分析

随着国际间体育交流的日益频繁,现代篮球运动的高速发展,中国篮球运动水平得到迅猛的发展,则对篮球裁判工作提出了更新、更高的要求,因此篮球裁判工作面临着巨大的挑战。本文主要采用阅卷调查法及专家指导法对影响篮球裁判员判罚准确性的主要因素进行调查分析和探讨,包括对裁判规则的熟悉程度、对裁判法的掌握及运用、临场实践经验的缺乏、心理能力的调节、裁判员的目标等,旨在找出影响篮球裁判员临场判罚的主要因素,为培养高水平篮球裁判员奠定基础。     

Uncovering important 21st-century skills for sustainable career development of social sciences graduates: A systematic review

BackgroundTeaching 21st-century skills is widely recognized as an important task of higher education. However, an overview of which skills students need to obtain a sustainable career is missing. Using the Framework for 21st Century Learning (P21, 2019a) and the model of sustainable careers (de Vos et al., 2020), we aimed to take stock of current knowledge on which 21st-century skills are considered important for social sciences students’ sustainable career development and how these skills contribute to their career sustainability.MethodsFor this systematic review, we searched EconLit, ERIC, International Bibliography of the Social Sciences (IBSS), PsycINFO, Scopus, Sociological Abstracts, and Web of Science on May 28, 2021. We selected peer-reviewed empirical articles that were published between 2003 and 2019 and addressed graduates' and employers' perspectives on the skills needed for social sciences graduates’ career sustainability. Twelve articles met all our selection criteria and were included for a thematic analysis after quality appraisal.ResultsThe included articles operationalized the career sustainability of social sciences graduates mostly in terms of finding a job and maintaining employment, to a lesser extent as high job performance, job satisfaction, and work engagement. Communication and problem solving skills were most frequently reported by both social sciences graduates and employers as crucial for a sustainable career. In addition, critical thinking, initiative and self-direction, and social and cross-cultural skills were also reported as important skills. None of the studies investigated mechanisms that would explain how these skills would exactly contribute to social science graduates’ career sustainability.DiscussionThe results of this review showed that studies to date have addressed only a limited number of career sustainability indicators. Moreover, explanatory mechanisms have largely been ignored. This is an important gap in the literature that future studies would need to address by building on the existing sustainable career development models.
