新时期大学生就业指导教育探析

通过调查问卷了解了在校大学生对就业指导教育的需求及现状,分析了高校大学生就业指导教育存在的问题。为增强就业指导教育的实效,应从学生需求出发,构建完善的大学生就业指导教育内容体系,有针对性地对各年级学生开展就业指导;建立新型校内校外合作就业指导模式及构建“两化”就业指导队伍,即组成多样化、教师专业化。     

新形势下的大学生就业指导工作探析——基于对广西大学本科毕业生的问卷调查

面对我国劳动力供远大于求、整体社会就业压力巨大、大学生就业难的形势,基于大学生的视角,从大学生自身需要出发,了解大学生对大学生就业指导工作的要求,有的放矢地完善原有的工作机制,将有利于推动大学生就业指导工作向前发展。在对广西大学的毕业本科生进行“就业影响之大学生就业指导因素”无记名问卷抽样调查、统计分析基础上,得出结论：高校应该从职业生涯规划方面对大学生进行教育;加强就业指导队伍专业化建设,保证学校为大学生进行高水平高质量的就业指导,抓出实效;同时,将就业指导溶入于日常教育教学过程。     

中美大学生就业指导模式比较研究

大学生就业指导工作，关系到学校的生存和发展，是高校搞好大学生就业工作的“发动机”。美国大学生就业指导工作起步早，成效较为明显，无论在就业指导的理念、内容、方法上，还是在人员构成、组织结构上，对我国高校大学生的就业指导工作都有较大的指导和借鉴意义。本通过对比分析提出对策，对这一跨世纪课题作一些探讨。
