青年教师是高等教育发展的中坚力量,国外已经逐步形成了一体化的高校青年教师培养体系,英国是较早进入一体化教师培养体系的国家,并通过一系列的措施得以完善,研究英国高校青年教师的一体化培养体系对我国高校青年教师教学能力提升有一定的借鉴和启示作用。     

Peer coaching and pre-service teachers: Examining an underutilised concept

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of peer coaching on the classroom practices of pre-service teachers. Four teacher interns learned peer coaching functions and techniques before participating in coaching cycles with their peers. Pairs of participants reciprocally observed classes, collected data, and held conferences. Multiple forms of data were collected and analyses reveal that training was adequate. Findings show that peer coaching altered current teaching practices, but a trend of making suggestions for improvement without affirming strengths was also evident. Recommendations for integrating peer coaching in the pre-service curriculum are provided.     

Religions constructed as similar or different by teachers of religious education from a citizenship education perspective

The purpose of this paper is to empirically explore and theoretically discuss Swedish religious studies (RE) teachers’ understanding of religions as similar and different. In Sweden, RE is a mandatory subject and presents all the world’s major religions to students. Teachers of RE therefore need to relate to the various relations between the religions. A qualitative interview study with Swedish RE teachers (n?=?7) in Swedish secondary schools was performed to determine how they conceptualise religion and present ‘religion’ to their students. The teachers (m?=?3; f?=?4) were chosen from schools with a variety of ethnically homogenous and heterogeneous compositions of students. The teachers’ conceptions of ‘religion’ can be described according to two main categories: as something universal or as something dependent on the cultural context. These two main orientations are described more closely in this paper. The teachers’ conceptions are also discussed from the perspective of possible consequences for educating citizens in the Swedish school system. It is suggested that RE teachers’ conceptions of religions as similar and different facilitate and constrain identification and encounters with others as religious subjects.

讲授是教师教学的主要形式,主要运用语言对教材文本进行理解和传授。而在解释学中,理解是对文本的解读。透过解释学的视野,讲授被赋予新的蕴涵,具有理解的特征,即都是为了达到共同目的——生成意义,创造一个意义世界,构造师生有意义的生活。在讲授教学法屡遭责难的今天,从解释学的视角审视讲授,定会给人焕然一新的感觉。

激励对于人的行为起着至关重要的作用,激励理论的目的就是调动人的积极性。激励理论主要有需要层次论、双因素理论、需要理论、期望理论及公平理论等。开展思想政治工作是我们党历来倡导的经验和方法,同样需要采取激励方法,包括言行激励、目标激励、信任激励、物质激励、榜样激励等。     

高职教师动力激发状态实证分析

高职院校教师动力激发状态调查显示:教师的工作积极性激发以部分调动为主,占到60%强;没有调动的占25.9%,加上完全不调动的,共占到30%强,但他们有积极性于教学与科研的本职工作,对此有很强的行为动机;积极性完全调动的只占到6.67%,感到满意的需求因素很少,感到不满意的需求因素反而很多;有较强烈、有独特的个性需求偏好.高职教师动力激发与需求满意度之间、激励措施之间有直接关系.     

湖南省高职院校青年教师激励现状调查与分析

调查显示,高职院校青年教师的激励需求由个人发展、直接报酬、间接报酬、尊重认可、工作氛围和人际关系等6个因子构成,高职院校目前的激励水平与青年教师的期望存在较大差距,不同人口特征群体对激励因素重要性评价存在广泛而显著的影响.针对此,高职院校应制订和完善各种激励政策,建立系统激励体系,正确认识和实施物质激励,加强教师的职业生涯规划指导,增强激励的针对性.     

Teaching the teachers: emotional intelligence training for teachers

A growing body of research in recent years has supported the value of emotional intelligence in both effective teaching and student achievement. This paper presents a pre–post, quasi-experimental design study conducted to evaluate the contributions of a 56-h “Emotional Intelligence” training model. The model has been developed and studied in an attempt to address educators’ growing needs to practice and implement “emotionally intelligent” learning environments. One hundred eighty-six teachers from ten elementary schools in Israel participated in this study. Findings indicated an increase in emotional intelligence and empathic concern from the beginning to the end of the course. Further regression indicated that both expression and regulation of emotions predicted empathy at the end of the course. Participants’ reflective assignments indicated an increase in self introspection, emotional awareness, emotional regulation and understanding others.     

The courage to be: the impact of Lebensphilosophie on Danish RE

The article deals with the impact of Lebensphilosophie on Danish RE in the elementary and lower secondary school – an impact which is subjected to a critical analysis with special attention given to anti‐intellectualism, criticism of reason and criticism of modernity as well as the romantic view of the child. The thesis of this article is that there is reason to be critical of the use of Lebensphilosophie in RE. The Danish Lebensphilosophie is primarily based on the thinking of K.E. L?gstrup – a thinking where the concept of creation is central. This means that there will often be connotations of the theology of creation in Danish RE, which is problematic given that the subject, since 1975, must be non‐preaching. In order to shed light on Danish Lebensphilosophie, I will start with the pioneer of Danish Lebensphilosophie, the theologian N.F.S. Grundtvig, who influenced L?gstrup. The article introduces some of the central themes of L?gstrup’s thinking. Following this is an exploration of his educational thinking and its influence on RE. The last part of the article deals with the recontextualisation of Lebensphilosophie within RE.

学术界有必要对西方美学和文艺理论中“天才”理论的发展和演变轨迹进行认真的梳理和评价。古典天才观将天才归因于“灵感”、“神启”,现代的天才观则把天才归结为人的无意识。天才论探讨过程中的合理性因素在于：它从一些独特的方面涉及对文艺创作主体性的研究,由创作心理的无意识探讨而触及创作才能和艺术规律的研究。这对当前艺术创作中缺乏对艺术必要的尊重和随意性现象的纠正具有启示意义。     

Preparing pre-service teachers for culturally diverse classrooms: a conceptual model

Society in the USA has become increasingly diverse, with schools across the nation serving student populations that are culturally and linguistically very different from the European-American majority of the past. It is imperative that pre-service teachers are effectively prepared for diverse learning environments. This article describes a conceptual framework that has been found to be invaluable towards achieving that end.

台湾技职教育师资培育策略及启示

对台湾技职教育师资培育的历史发展、内容以及实施等进行了分析,总结出可供中国大陆职教师资培育借鉴的经验,即：科学化、具体化的职教师资培育政策设计;实施“教师赴业界研习方案”和“双师制度”,实现校企优势资源“双向”沟通;建立、健全职教师资专业标准,引入产业界专家入校任教等。     

Towards integrative religious education in Belgium and Flanders: challenges and opportunities

This article describes the way in which religious education (RE) has been organised in Flanders and Belgium, and gives attention to the problems and challenges that arise these days. We argue that the Schoolpact of 1958 which implies separate RE in different religions in public schools needs a revision. Therefore, we propose an alternative system, within the boundaries of the Belgian constitution that makes room for integrative RE as a new compulsory school subject in all schools.
