利用关键路径算法寻找工程项目中的关键活动具有一定的应用意义。针对项目管理中关键活动的确定和工期估算问题,选择AOE网络的邻接表作为存储结构,分析了AOE网络中寻找关键活动以及确定最长路径的算法,并给出了算法的完整源程序实现。用具体的算法和VC实现证明其可行性,并通过了实例程序的测试。  相似文献

为了提高资源行为动态异构的云环境中工作流任务的调度效率,提出了一种满足公平性约束的云任务调度Qo S算法。算法将工作流任务结构定义为有向无循环图DAG模型,改进了传统关键路径的一次性搜索模式,结合云资源可用性动态可变的特征,以动态自适应方式搜索关键路径,并确定关键任务。同时,在关键任务调度后,局部DAG的关键路径搜索根据资源可用性再次迭代更新,从而动态决策任务与资源间的调度方案。通过仿真实验,构建了3种不同类型的工作流结构作为测试数据源,并与其他6种同类型的启发式和元启发式算法进行了性能比较。实验结果表明,在资源可用性动态改变和工作流规模不断增大的情况下,算法在多数工作流结构中均能得到执行跨度更好的调度方案和更少的调度开销。  相似文献

对于大型的工作流系统,管理者要想准确掌握工程进度,有效地进行工作的计划、安排和控制必须借助直观可靠的分析工具。传统的PERT/CPM网络计划技术无法分析复杂的工作流。为解决这一问题,本文采用了Petri网作为工作流的建模和分析工具,通过引入时间参数,扩展Petri网为TCPN,使得模型不但可以表示相对时间,还可以表示绝对时间。并设计了双向扫描算法使得管理者可以通过模拟运行,准确的测定工期和找出关键路径。本文在最后还提出了几点优化的规则,以供参考。  相似文献

鉴于工程实践中项目的不确定性状态,以梯形模糊数的等效参数形式表达项目各项活动的持续时间,开展基于改进的模糊关键路径法(FCPM)的施工动态规划研究。有机整合向量的范数相似度和方向相似度,提出了向量集成相似度排序算法,有效地解决了关键路径识别中梯形模糊数的排序问题;采用修正的模糊减运算标准算法成功消除了模糊时间参数计算过程中的不可行解问题,并实现了对模糊状态下项目网络关键路径动态变化轨迹的刻画。实证分析证明,改进的FCPM求解施工动态规划问题具有合理性和有效性。  相似文献

针对大型项目网络计划的不确定性,研究了工期、资源不确定的网络计划在费用限制情况下的费用均衡优化问题.利用蒙特卡罗分布,对不确定型网络计划进行蒙特卡罗仿真,进而获得n次仿真结果的代表性样本,从而得到该样本对应的确定性网络,用遗传算法进行求解.克服了传统启发式资源均衡优化算法在大型网络计划中不能保证最优解的缺点,得到一个费用分布均衡的网络计划.且以实例验证了该算法对大型项目的工期资源优化具有实际的应用价值.  相似文献

通过对文献1求关键路径算法的分析,本文提出新的求解思路,采用同步计算比较模式代替原始的单步方式,克服了原始算法中存在的步骤繁琐问题,减少了求解步骤.同时省略原算法中的D、S矩阵,减少数据存储单元,节省空间,改进后的算法计算过程更加简单、有效.  相似文献

The critical path method/program evaluation and review technique method of project scheduling is based on the importance of managing a project's critical path(s). Although a critical path is the longest path through a network, its location in large projects is facilitated by the computation of activity slack. However, logical fallacies in oft‐repeated statements of the relationship between slack and the critical path make it easy to overlook the phenomenon of zero‐slack, noncritical paths. This article points out the fallacies and then describes and illustrates the phenomenon. We conclude with teaching recommendations to avoid suboptimal decisions in reducing project duration.  相似文献

The creation of action research cycles is a fundamental part of action research projects. The aim of this article is to present the methodological challenge that is inherent in designing action research cycles. The article reports on my lived experience as I conceptualised and implemented a structured and systematic way of ordering and reporting the cycles within cycles in a mentoring self-study action research project. The paper discusses the journey that led to structure, and recognises the messiness that preluded this achievement within the action research process. I suggest that messiness is an inherent part of creating action research cycles. The path towards ordered structure is assisted through critical reflective practice and structured mentoring conversations. Of value to both emerging and more experienced action researchers, this article contributes to the practice of doing action research.  相似文献

项目工程工期风险评估是项目风险控制与科学管理中的基础环节。考虑到工程项目建设的模糊性和随机性,文章提出了一种用于工程项目风险评估的区间网络计划方法。它将网络计划评审与区间分析方法相结合,可以相对合理的给出关键线路的判断,从而以区间数的形式给出工程项目完成的日期。它比传统方法更有弹性,更能反映工程项目施工的实际情况,从而为施工单位合理安排施工提供更加可靠的判断。  相似文献

This article is a critically reflexive account of how collaborative processes and democratic relations were negotiated in a doctoral research project which combined elements of institutional ethnography, self-study, and, significantly for this article, critical participatory action research. The critical participatory action research dimension of the project involved a group of academics working in the same university faculty, critically and collaboratively examining their own pedagogical practice and the conditions which constrain and enable critical pedagogical praxis in their setting. The article explores what possibilities for democratic participation were created and limited by the circumstances and conditions that constituted this critical participatory action research. I consider the kind of democratic participation that was possible, what enabled this kind of democratic participation, and challenges that emerged in attempts to realise democratic goals. The discussion highlights some of the complexities of fostering democratic participation in critical participatory action research within doctoral research.  相似文献

Culturally, childhood is often understood as a time of innocence which can mean that issues such as ecological sustainability are considered too problematic for early childhood practice. By drawing on findings from a research project that focused on issues of ecological sustainability in early childhood centres in New Zealand from Western and indigenous perspectives, this article contributes a critical perspective of ecological sustainability as an educational issue in early childhood education (ECE). The article falls into two parts: the first section gives an overview of some of the conceptual and theoretical issues that underpin critical perspectives of childhood, and provides a context for current global ECE discourse, while the second section introduces the research project and discusses the intersections of ‘local’ and ‘global’ in light of teachers’ emerging ‘pedagogies of place’. The intent is to demonstrate that critical engagement with such complex global issues as ecological sustainability generates spaces for new understandings of how ECE can contribute to theory and practice of education for sustainability.  相似文献
