目的探讨IL-18/IL-10比值在急性冠脉综合征中的临床意义。方法选取急性冠脉综合征(Acs)患者126例,采用ELISA方法检测全部病例动脉血IL-18与IL-10表达。并随访观察有无心脏事件再发。结果ACS组再次发生心脏事件43例(34%),83侧(66%)未发生。IL-18/IL-10比值0=0.002)较IL-18(p=0.022)和IL-10(p=0.019)单独评价心脏事件再发更有价值。结论IL-18/IL-10比值可作为预测ACS发生及预后判定的指标;前炎性与抗炎性反应失衡是ACS再发的重要性因素。  相似文献

Metabolic disorders are classified clinically as a complex and varied group of diseases including metabolic syndrome, obesity, and diabetes mellitus. Fat toxicity, chronic inflammation, and oxidative stress, which may change cellular functions, are considered to play an essential role in the pathogenetic progress of metabolic disorders. Recent studies have found that cells secrete nanoscale vesicles containing proteins, lipids, nucleic acids, and membrane receptors, which mediate signal transduction and material transport to neighboring and distant cells. Exosomes, one type of such vesicles, are reported to participate in multiple pathological processes including tumor metastasis, atherosclerosis, chronic inflammation, and insulin resistance. Research on exosomes has focused mainly on the proteins they contain, but recently the function of exosome-associated microRNA has drawn a lot of attention. Exosomeassociated microRNAs regulate the physiological function and pathological processes of metabolic disorders. They may also be useful as novel diagnostics and therapeutics given their special features of non-immunogenicity and quick extraction. In this paper, we summarize the structure, content, and functions of exosomes and the potential diagnostic and therapeutic applications of exosome-associated microRNAs in the treatment of metabolic disorders.  相似文献

Background

A lot of studies have demonstrated that C242T polymorphism in CYBA genes may play an important role in the pathological process of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). However, the results are not consistent. To further evaluate this debate, we performed a meta-analysis to determine the relationship between C242T polymorphism and ACS.

Methods and results

We screened PubMed/MEDLINE, EBSCIO, and EMBASE research reports until Mar. 2014 and extracted data from 10 studies involving 6102 ACS patients and 8669 controls. Subgroup analysis by ethnicity documented a significant decreased risk of ACS for C242T polymorphism in the Asian population under allelic comparison (odd ratio (OR) 0.73; 95% confidence intervals (CI) 0.64–0.83), dominant model (OR 0.71; 95% CI 0.62–0.82), and homozygote comparison (OR 0.57; 95% CI 0.35–0.92). However, in the overall population and especially with Caucasians, no significant association was uncovered. Further meta-regression analysis revealed that the heterogeneity among studies was largely attributed to ethnicity. No publication bias was detected through a funnel plot and an Egger’s linear regression test.

Conclusions

Taken together, our results suggest that the C242T polymorphism might be a protective factor against developing ACS in the Asian population. Further researches will be needed to identify the confounding factors which modified the protective effect of T allele among Caucasians.

Objective: To observe the difference of androgen and inflammatory cytokines level in atherosclerosis and analyse their relations. Method: Both carotid arteries and arteries of lower extremity were subjected to ultrasonic examination by Doppler's method. Those with much atheromatous plaque formation were ranged into case group, and those with normal result formed control group. Total, free testosterone and estradiol were assayed by radioimmunoassay. C reactive protein (CRP) was assayed by nepheloturbidity. Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Interleukin-8 (IL-8), Interleukin-10 (IL-10), Interleukin- 18 (IL- 18), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule- 1 (sICAM- 1) and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule- 1 (sVCAM- 1)were assayed by ELISA. The mean difference between two groups and the correlation between free testosterone and cytokines were analysed. Results: Free testosterone was (6.337±3.371) pg/L in case group and (11.375±4.733) pg/L in control group, P<0.01.No differences were found in total testosterone and estradiol. CRP was (27.294±10.238) mg/L in case group and (12.843±6.318)mg/L in control group, P<0.01. IL-6 was (41.700±31.385) pg/L in case group and (25.396±20.772) pg/L in control group, P<0.05.IL-8 was (89.249±58.357) pg/L in case group and (67.873±31.227) pg/L in control group, P<0.05. sICAM-1 was (470.491±134.078) pg/L in case group and (368.487±97.183) pg/L in control group, P<0.01. sVCAM-1 was (537.808±213.172)pg/L in case group and (457.275±157.273) pg/L in control group, P<0.05. There were no differences in TNF-α, IL-10 and IL-18.Correlation analysis showed that FT (free testosterone) had negative correlation with CRP, IL-6 and sICAM-1. Among them FT had well correlation with CRP, correlation index was -0.678. Conclusion: Free testosterone was in negative correlation with atherosclerosis in old-age male. Free testosterone may have the role of anti-atherosclerosis, and this effect was not achieved by its transformation to estradiol. Low free testosterone level was followed by increased level of inflammatory cytokines. Low free testosterones coexist with inflammation and they both affect the process of atherosclerosis in old-age male.  相似文献

There were no differences in TNF-α, IL-10 and IL-18. Correlation analysis showed that FT (free testosterone) had negative correlation with CRP, IL-6 and sICAM-1. Among them FT had well correlation with CRP, correlation index was −0.678. Conclusion: Free testosterone was in negative correlation with atherosclerosis in old-age male. Free testosterone may have the role of anti-atherosclerosis, and this effect was not achieved by its transformation to estradiol. Low free testosterone level was followed by increased level of inflammatory cytokines. 为了解决基于启发式算法的资源分配和任务调度过程中由于没有考虑任务间的相互依赖关系而出现的任务死锁问题,提出了一种基于蚁群系统的改进算法.首先阐述了如何将分配调度问题映射到任务资源分配图的优化选择问题上和如何将信号量机制引入到最优任务资源分配图中来解决死锁问题.其次说明了基于蚁群系统如何利用网格信息素系统模型实现该算法,涉及任务资源分配图的构造,以及通过蚁群的正反馈和分布式并行计算机制优化任务资源分配图.最后模拟试验结果说明所提出的算法可以有效地解决网格中任务死锁问题.  相似文献

This paper sought to explain how the student engagement construct could be reconceptualized so to increase its capacity to explain course-specific academic progress.To do so, we proposed that agentic engagement should be added as a new engagement component while the status of emotional engagement should be reconsidered. In two longitudinally-designed studies, secondary-grade students self-reported four aspects of their course-specific classroom engagement (behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and agentic) throughout an 18-week semester, and these scores were used to predict their objectively-scored course achievement (Study 1) and end-of-semester gains in perceived academic progress and perceived autonomy-supportive teaching (Study 2). In both studies, multilevel regressions showed that agentic engagement explained independent variance in the outcomes, while emotional engagement (and cognitive engagement) did not. These findings highlight the need to add agentic engagement and to reconceptualize the role of emotional engagement, so the discussion offers a reconceptualized model with greater explanatory power than its 3-component (behavioral, emotional, cognitive) predecessor.  相似文献

文章以清洁级纯系雄性SD大鼠为实验模型,应用组织病理学、RT—PCR技术,研究高脂饮食诱发动脉粥样硬化过程中血管内膜细胞大电导钙激活的钾通道(large conductance Ca—activated K+ channels,BKCa)、中电导钙激活的钾通道(Intermediate condutance Ca—activated K+ channels,IKCa)基因表达的动态改变情况,从基因表达水平探讨高脂饮食诱发动脉粥样硬化的作用机制。同时指出,IKCa可能为动脉粥样硬化的早期启动因子,此观点有助于动脉粥样硬化的早期检测与防治。  相似文献

目的阐明半相合供者淋巴细胞输注(DLI)抗中、高危非霍奇金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)的机制。方法通过预实验确定输注最佳时间及最佳浓度,并检测此条件下加入去CD8^+T细胞和去CD4^+T细胞半相合DLs培养后细胞的凋亡率及培养液中白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的浓度。培果在最佳输注时间(培养后24小时)、最佳浓度(2.5×10^5/ml)下加入去CD8^+T细胞半相合DLs进行培养,淋巴瘤细胞凋亡率(17.6±2.5)%与对照组(4.6±1.2)%及加入去CD4^+T细胞半相合DLs(5.2±1.6)%相比较,有显著性差异,而且加入去CD4^+T细胞半相合DLs的培养液中IL-2浓度显著高于加入去CD4^+T细胞者和对照组。结论CD4^+T细胞在移植物抗淋巴瘤效应中可能起着比CD8^+T细胞更重要的作用,在临床使用中,选择性去除CD4^+T细胞,可减少或减轻移植物抗宿主病(CVHD),并且不影响移植物抗淋巴瘤效应。IL-2在半相合DIs发挥移植物抗淋巴瘤效应过程中可能起着重要的作用。  相似文献

目前妊娠期糖尿病的发病机制尚不完全清楚,随着研究的进展,免疫炎症假说日益受到学者的重视.妊娠期糖尿病的发病与病人体内的促炎/抗炎细胞因子平衡失常有关,该平衡倾向于促炎细胞因子的分泌,而抗炎细胞因子在疾病的发生、发展中可能发挥保护作用,文章综述了促炎细胞因子(TNF-6、IL-6、IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-17、IL-1β)和抗炎细胞因子(IL-10、IL-37、IL-4)在妊娠期糖尿病发生、发展中的作用,以及它们在临床筛查和诊断中的应用,以期为妊娠期糖尿病的预测和防治提供参考.  相似文献

在朝核问题的解决上,中国有自己独特而切身的国家利益。在各方的努力下,朝核问题六方会谈所通过的三个重要文件使朝鲜弃核"路线图"日趋明朗。中方坚持推进朝鲜半岛无核化目标,积极劝和促谈,与各方保持良好合作与沟通,使半岛无核化进程取得实质性进展。六方会谈进程中,中国外交所发挥的主动积极、协调斡旋、平衡制衡、灵活机智的作用越来越得到国际社会的一致认同和赞赏。尽管朝核问题的解决不容过分乐观,但朝核问题已经并将继续取得进展,而六方会谈则有可能转化为构建东北亚和平机制的有效途径和合理形式,中方将在此过程中继续发挥积极和建设性的作用。  相似文献
