目的:探讨去甲肾上腺素对人THP-1细胞CD137、IL-6及HMGB1表达的影响.方法:加入101μmol/L的去甲肾上腺素处理THP-1细胞1小时.运用逆转录多聚酶链反应检测其CD137、IL-6及HMGB1mRNA的表达.结果:10μmol/L的去甲肾上腺素能上调THP-1细胞CD137及IL-6mRNA的表达,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);但对HMGB1mRNA的表达没有影响.结论:去甲肾上腺素上调THP-1细胞CD137及IL-6mRNA水平.

Ki-67、VEGF、CD34表达与病理类型相关性的研究

目的：探讨Ki-67、VEGF、CD34在乳腺癌中的表达及与病理类型之间的相关性。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法对79例乳腺癌和34例乳腺良性病变的Ki-67、VEGF、CD34表达进行检测。结果：乳腺良性病变中的Ki-67、VEGF、CD34阳性率分别为53．1％、78．6％和100％；乳腺癌中的Ki-67、VEGF、CD34阳性率分别为75．6％、80.9和100％。乳腺良性病变中Ki-67、VEGF的表达水平与乳腺癌中的表达水平之间存在明显差异，CD34不存在明显差异；Ki-67、VEGF的阳性率和表达水平在低度恶性肿瘤与高度恶性肿瘤中存在明显差别．并且与肿瘤分化程度密切相关，CD34的阳性率和表达水平在低度恶性肿瘤和高度恶性肿瘤中不存在差异；Ki-67、VEGF阳性率和表达水平在淋巴结未转移组和转移组之间存在明显差别．VEGF表达与淋巴结转移之间存在密切相关．CD34阳性率和表达水平在淋巴结未转移和淋巴结转移组之间不存在明显差别；Ki-67与VEGF、VEGF与CD34表达之间存在密切相关。结论：Ki-67、VEGF、CD34与乳腺癌的病理参数之间存在密切相关，联合检测是制定乳腺癌治疗方案和预后估计的重要依据，是对传统的激素受体检测的有力补充。

骨的霍奇金淋巴瘤病理诊断及临床分析

目的:骨霍奇金淋巴瘤极少见,通过对4例骨首发霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床病理总结及文献的复习,提高对本病的认识.方法:对4例以骨症状为首发的霍奇金淋巴瘤进行临床病理、免疫表型的检测及文献复习.结果:(1)临床情况:4例患者分别于2008-2015年进行病理检查,其中男性3例,女性1例,发病年龄从16~33岁,中位年龄21岁.4人以无明显诱因出现椎骨疼痛为主.起病相对缓慢并逐渐加重(约半年),CT、MRI显示椎骨有破坏取病理活检,当地医院2例诊断骨结核,1例诊断骨的嗜酸细胞性肉芽肿,1例诊断骨的炎症性改变及淋巴瘤等不同意见,但治疗效果不佳.(2)免疫组化:经多家免疫组化室间重复最终结果CD30+、CD15-、CD20-、PAX5弱+、ALK-、S-100少数+、CD1a少数+、CD68-、CD3-、Ki-67不定.(3)经国内淋巴造血专家会诊提示为淋巴造血肿瘤,检查有无淋巴结病变后,进行全身检查,发现颈部及纵隔淋巴结肿大,肿大淋巴结活检最终确诊为霍奇金淋巴瘤.结论:骨的霍奇金淋巴瘤非常少见,形态复杂,易漏诊和误诊,诊断时注意检查淋巴结纵隔等处有无病变.
