20世纪80年代后美日教师教育改革比较

20世纪80年代以来，美国和日本对教师教育进行了改革。通过比较，我们认为这两国在改革背景、改革重点、改革效应上是不同的，但在改革教师证书制度、教师考试制度、新教师入职教育等方面又有相同之处。     

教师职业发展与教师教育

随着教育在经济、社会中的作用的日益凸现，人们对教师的要求也越来越高。近年来，世界各国非常关心教师职业的专业化发展问题，教师教育工作也成为研究的新焦点。终身教育理念的确立要求对教师教育工作进行全面的审视，教师职业专业化的有关研究要求教师教育工作应遵循教师职业发展的客观规律，在提升教师专业化水平上起到应有的作用。因此，笔者拟从教师职业生涯的成长过程、教师职业的专业化发展阶段以及教师职业角色定位三个角度分析一下我国现行教师教育工作存在的问题，以探索应如何根据教师职业发展的要求对中小学教师进行科学的培养和培训，从而为我们现在进行的教师教育工作提供一些借鉴。     

关于20世纪80年代以来我国教师能力问题的研究及启示

教师能力是教师的基本素质，也是教育教学活动中最具活力的要素。我国学从20世纪80年代以来分两个阶段，从教师的能力结构、教师能力的构成要素与教育效果之间的关系、教师能力的形成和发展等三个方面对教师能力问题进行了深入的研究。在21世纪，我们必须从时代的要求出发，以动态的变化发展观对教师能力问题做进一步的研究。     

初任教师专业发展的理论与实践——《教师入职教育理论与实践比较研究》评析

“振兴民族的希望在教育，振兴教育的希望在教师”。21世纪是信息化、知识化的时代，更是终身学习的时代。世界各先进国家无不在积极寻求促进教师专业发展的途径，使教师的专业潜能得以充分发挥，以提升学校的教育质量，进而能推进社会的发展。一体化的教师教育强调教师的职前培养、入职教育和在职培训这三个阶段的连续和统一，并注重彼此之间的衔接与过渡。初任教师作为教师专业发展过程中的一个特殊群体，其所处的专业发展阶段——入职阶段，是教师专业发展的一个关键时期，更是一个充满困难和考验的过渡时期。任学印博士的《教师入职教育理论与实践比较研究》（东北师范大学出版社，2005年版）一书对教师入职教育的理论与实践进行了系统而深入的比较研究。     

教师的智慧

智慧的教育需要教育的智慧。当我们的教育停留在教师带着知识走向学生的时候，教师的知识是最重要的；但当我们的教育已经发展到教师带着学生走向智慧的时候，教师的智慧无疑就和教师的知识同等重要，甚至更加重要了。当然，智慧和知识是紧密相连的，但智慧毕竟有别于知识。我们的教育必须摆脱对知识的灌输和对智慧的淡忘，从而保有教育的核心价值。我们的教师也必须以高智慧应对时代对教育的挑战，才能完成当代教育改革与发展的历史使命。     

美、英、澳三国教师教育改革新进展及其启示

人才培养关键在于教师的质量。发达国家与发展中国家在教师教育发展方面存在的差距十分明显。近年来,美国、英国和澳大利亚三国在教师教育改革方面都取得了较大的新进展:制定教师教育改革新政策,高度重视教师专业发展,注重教师职前培养、入职教育和在职培训三阶段培养一体化。比较和分析三国教师教育改革的新进展,有助于我们学习和借鉴三国的教育新理念和改革措施,反思自身存在的问题,促进我国教师教育改革。
