作为教师,要有教育智慧,教育智慧的全部意义都在于促成学生生发智慧,因此,如何引导学生善于借助自身的"内在力量"来生发智慧、发展自己,就是教师要抓住的本质。激发学生运用非智力因素来开启智力因素,这是教师要习养的一种教育智慧。要准确找到学生智力因素和非智力因素的对应点,要巧妙地铸就非智力因素的钥匙,

一、什么是教育智慧在教师的教育实践中,教育智慧是一种善于根据情况变化创造性地进行教育的才能,表现为教育教学工作中能随机应变,敏捷、果断地处理问题的高度的灵活性,和能够巧妙地、精确地、发人深省地给人以引导、启示和教育的高度的机智。教师的教育智慧集中体现在教育教学实践中,教师作为实践的主体,充分发挥着自己的聪明才智和教育个性,对学生产生着使其心智为之震撼(即所谓“当头棒喝”)的奇妙的影响力量:或激起学生的学习热情,或唤醒学生的美好情感,或引发学生对人生的深沉思考。教育智慧是教师的重要素养。阅读意大利教育家亚米契…

"教育智慧"就是教师在教育活动中的一种系统的、整合性的智慧。具体说,就是教师要具有与时代相通的教育理念,能以新的学生观和教育活动现实实施心理教育,善于和学生心灵对话。教师和学生一个小小的约定,唤醒了学生内心深处的自我约束意识,这样学生不再是被动地接受老师的教育,而是积极地想办法改正缺点,由他律逐渐改为自律,使学生热爱学习,能积极地、创造性地投入学校生活。

强化期望效应教育智慧

在教育实践中,教师对学生抱有何种性质的期望,都会有意无意地以相应的态度、方式对学生施加影响,在他们身上产生不同的教育效果。教师的行为观念、学生的行为反应与期望教育智慧之间存在着循环往复的锁链关系。教师的期望被学生所接收和理解后通过影响学生的学习动机和自我概念促进或阻碍学生的学业成绩。为了发展学生的智力,实现教育目标,教师应当强化“相信学生学得更好”的期望效应教育智慧。
