河北省中小型企业体育文化发展现状与管理机制创新

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法,对河北省24家中小型企业的体育文化发展现状进行了调查,发现其在发展过程中普遍存在管理体制不完善、管理者体育观念落后、专项经费投入及场馆设施明显不足、体育文化活动组织缺乏积极性等问题.依据当前现状分析了影响河北省中小型企业体育文化发展的主要因素,其中包括管理因素、经济因素、人员因素等,最后有针对性地提出了加强统一行政管理、建立相关行业协会、体育文化活动组织普及化、社会化与特色化等创新管理理念.
