湖北非物质文化遗产“民间绣活”的艺术特征探究

湖北非物质文化遗产"民间绣活"是伴随着生产活动和民族习俗而存在的,其蕴藏着源远流长的历史文化内涵,细腻温馨的人文色彩,质朴自然的楚风楚韵气息,以及独有的气质和情感,体现了人与自然和谐共存的"共生美学观"和"原生态美学观",具有鲜明的地方特色和独特的艺术魅力。     

论湖北民间音乐文化及其保护

湖北民间音乐文化在我国音乐文化史上具有一定的地位,曾经辉煌一时.但是,随着市场经济体制的建立,人们盲目的生产活动或对自然资源的大肆开发,致使民间音乐文化失去了赖以生存和发展的土壤;现代文化的冲击,则加速了湖北民间音乐文化的萎缩;对民间音乐及其文化的挖掘、保护措施乏力,则说明思想观念需要转变;而真正从根本上解决问题,振兴湖北民间音乐文化,则需要从管理上、技术上、经费上等方面采取综合措施.     

河南省非物质文化遗产构成及挖掘保护对策

在河南的非物质文化遗产领域,一是由政府与民间合力打造的非物质文化遗产主流构成,二是数量极大、散落或彰显于民间、为民众日常应用的非物质文化遗产的非主流构成,形成了非物质文化遗产主流和非主流的两个语域中心。宜采取的挖掘与保护非物质文化遗产的近期及长远对策是：加强对河南各地社会主义新农村典型和红色旅游文化的开发、民间民俗文化活动的开发及特殊的民俗活动的组织开发;保护中原文化链,构筑河南“大文化”格局;加强濒危品种保护和传承人培养;把非物质文化遗产保护工程纳入学校正规教育等。     

社会变迁背景下我国民间武术发展的困境与反思

民间武术是我国悠久历史文化宝库中的瑰宝,发展民间武术是传承我国传统文化和弘扬民族精神的重要途径。但是,现阶段我国民间武术发展却陷入了困境。其主要原因有：西方体育文化对我国传统体育文化的冲击;民间武术核心的技击性价值减弱;乡土社会解构对民间武术发展产生的负面影响;国家城镇化建设改变了民间武术赖以生存的地理环境;民间武术固有特性限制了其传承工作的开展。提出建议：充分利用现代传媒宣传民间武术的价值;重视民间武术的生产性保护;强调民间武术的技击性价值;利用好学校体育课堂和青少年体育俱乐部等现代教育阵地。     

文化生态和“生产性”保护下的皖北非物质文化遗产的传承与保护

皖北地区历史悠久,非物质文化遗产种类繁多,但对民间民俗文化和非物质文化遗产的深层次挖掘、整理和保护急待加强。文章以文化生态学和非物质文化遗产的"生产性"保护理论为视角,建构皖北地区的非物质文化遗产的传承与保护体系,以期为皖北非物质文化遗产的传承找到更好的发展之路。     

当代背景下的少数民族文化保护:水族个案研究

水族主要居住于贵州省黔南州的偏远山区,水书、水歌和马尾绣历来被认为是其代表性的传统文化要素,被公认为是水族区别于其他民族的最重要的标志性文化特征。历史上,水书、水歌和马尾绣盛行于水族的各处村寨,但到了当代尤其是到了最近20年间,随着水族社会的内外环境的巨大变化,水族的传统文化遭遇到了前所未有的巨大挑战,如何保护和传承三者考验着当地的民间和政府。本文首先以个案的方式描述、分析黔南州的政府和民间对水书等实施保护的实践与初步的结果,然后加以讨论,试图总结出某些规律,为在新时代背景下保护少数民族文化提供若干借鉴。     

论民间传统文化的现代传承与发展

在经济全球化的背景下,民间传统文化受到了前所未有的冲击与挑战,通过调查当前河南省部分地区民间传统文化的现状,认为造成当前民间传统文化危机的主要原因是:客观上现代文明对民间传统文化和民族心理的冲击,主观上人们在对民间传统文化的保护等相关工作中忽视了科学发展观的指导.由此提出民间传统文化的保护、传承、创新、发展的思路:加强对民间传统文化的宣传,增强人们对民间传统文化的价值认同;以科学发展观为指导,以人为本,不断创新民间传统文化保护与传承机制;注重对民间传统文化的科学研究,促进民间传统文化的可持续发展.     

非物质文化遗产保护的三个视角

当前,非物质文化遗产保护方兴未艾。在今后的工作中,不仅要肯定政府及知识界的巨大作用,还要充分认识到民间社会生存的自然秩序,发挥民间百姓的主体性作用,以确保非物质文化遗产保护工作有良好的民间基础,为此,笔者提出民间“基层社区”保护、民间“文化空间保护”、“民间社会保护”三个关于非物质文化遗产保护的视角。

壹基金羌绣帮扶计划于2008年7月23日在中共阿坝州委、阿坝州人民政府的指导和支持下,由中国红十字会李连杰壹基金、成都高屯子文化机构联合启动。该计划是一项长期、持久的灾后重建援助计划和民族文化保护工程,旨在广泛发动灾区妇女从事羌绣手工劳动,鼓励和帮助其就业．自力更生、生产自救,坚持“授人鱼不如授人渔”的帮扶方针。帮扶计划的实施将对国家级非物质文化遗产——羌绣文化进行保护和拯救,继而加快民族文化产业化进程,拓展产业救灾和科学重建新渠道。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
