图书馆工作的重复性、枯燥性使得馆员容易产生职业倦怠感。馆员一旦出现职业倦怠就有可能会消极对待工作,这样势必会影响图书馆发展。文章选取285篇CSSCI期刊的相关文献为样本,通过高频关键词词频分析、共词聚类分析、多维尺度分析以及中心度分析,梳理出国内图书馆馆员职业倦怠研究的主题与趋势。相关研究结果表明,职业倦怠、图书馆、高校图书馆、应对策略是目前国内图书馆馆员职业倦怠主题研究的热点,青年馆员、心理干预、快乐工作是其未来研究的重点。文章还就如何减少图书馆馆员职业倦怠现象提出了合理的建议。
