内蒙古树木腐烂病病原菌的分子鉴定

树木腐烂病是造成大量树木死亡的重要原因,鉴定病原菌的种类是防治树木腐烂病的前提条件。本研究对一种内蒙古树木腐烂病的病原菌（CFSZ 23606）的LSU与ITS基因序列进行PCR扩增并测序,运用NCBI网站的Blastn工具分别对其进行序列比对并通过MEGA-X软件构建系统发育树。分子鉴定结果显示此种病原菌为普尔曼隐球壳Cryptosphaeria pullmanensis,与形态学鉴定结果相吻合,从而为内蒙古树木腐烂病病原菌的鉴定与防治奠定了基础。

对全省养殖对虾的主要病害和特发性综合症多次调查研究表明，危害最大的主要病害有班节对虾杆状病毒（MBV）、育苗期的发光细菌病和特发性综合症或原因不明的疾病（红腿综合症、外污着生物症、水疱病和斑点病）     

苹果炭疽病和纹病病菌田间散发规律及两病药剂防治试验研究

１９８８－１９８９年，选择新乡市效区重病园，应用空中捕捉了、花后果实大袋、病枝淋洗及多菌灵、百菌清等五种农药四种搭配方法对苹果炭疽病和轮纹病Ｐｈｙｓａｐｏｒａ ｐｉｒｉｃｏｌａ Ｎｏｓｅ进行防治。结果表明：（１０苹果自花后至收获期均可受到两病孢子的侵染；（２）病菌灵、百菌清等五种农药交替施用的防效最好，相对防治效果为９８5.     

皖北地区小麦条锈病的抗性鉴定

小麦条锈病是世界范围内最重要的小麦病害之一,小麦抗条锈病种质资源的发掘与鉴定是培育抗条锈病新品种的前提条件.为了解皖北地区小麦品种对小麦条锈病的抗病情况,本研究利用小麦条锈病优势生理小种条中33,对皖北地区60个小麦品种（系）进行苗期和成株期条锈病抗性鉴定.结果表明：在苗期接种鉴定中,有11个小麦品种（系）表现抗病,49个小麦品种（系）表现感病,分别占供试材料的18.3%、81.7%.在成株期接种鉴定中,有29个品种（系）表现抗病,31个小麦品种（系）表现感病,分别占供试材料的48.3%、51.7%.苗期和成株期的鉴定结果,为皖北地区小麦抗条锈病育种的亲本选择提供借鉴与参考.     

两种农药对核桃腐烂病伴生病原菌的抑菌作用研究

腐生细菌泛菌(Pantoea sp)是核桃腐烂病发生中的一种重要的伴生细菌,对核桃腐烂病的发生发展具有重要的促进作用.通过滤纸片法研究了两种常见的农药石硫合剂和农用链霉素对泛菌的抑制作用,结果表明,石硫合剂和农用链霉素对该菌的抑制作用较强,且具较好的剂量效应.     

“克黑净”在杂交稻制种中的防效研究

用“克黑净”（主剂为粉剂,辅剂为水剂）、灭黑灵（粉剂）、三唑酮（20％乳油）、多菌灵──硫磺合剂（40％）四种药剂对杂交稻制种田进行稻粒黑粉病防治药效试验。结果表明：以“克黑净”防治效果最好,其次是灭黑灵、多硫合剂、三唑酮。
