正NLRP3炎性小体的激活驱动tau蛋白病理发生nature封面:tau蛋白(蓝色)在神经元内的聚集。nature杂志第7784期封面文章报道了NLRP3炎性小体的激活驱动tau蛋白病理发生。NLRP3炎性小体是一种参与人体天然防御的蛋白复合物,其在小胶质细胞内的激活对于β淀粉样蛋白斑块的形成至关重要。NLRP3炎性小体也会帮助驱动tau缠结的形成。研究表明,tau缠结在β淀粉样蛋白激活小胶质细胞和NLRP3炎性小体后形成,这验证了阿尔茨海默病的淀粉样蛋白级联假说。研究人员还发现,tau蛋白本身可促进该炎性小体的激活,这有望为理解其他神经退行性疾病带来重要启示。 相似文献
