对粤北野菜资源作初步的调查梳理 ,以便合理开发利用。通过调查 ,发现粤北山区有着丰富的具有开发价值的野菜资源。在粤北常见的野菜类中 ,人们仅仅食用其中的十多种 (除竹类和菌类 ) ,主要是十字花科、菊科、百合科以及蕨类植物的某些种类。可见粤北野菜资源的开发利用存在着较大的空白点和巨大的潜力 ,应进行适当合理地科学地引用驯化和选育 ,以适应蔬菜市场的新需要。 相似文献

This paper reports research into a project to encourage KS1 and KS2 pupils to eat more healthily by supporting their families to grow their own fruit and vegetables at home. Participants were recruited through a Primary School Trust comprising four primary schools in the North West of England. They were given practical support to enable them to grow fruit and vegetables. The findings of pre-programme focus groups with parents/carers suggested families tended not to eat the daily government-recommended five portions of fruit and vegetables; cost, time and knowledge being the main inhibitors. With resources, knowledge and support most participants were enabled to grow their own fruit and vegetables leading to increased consumption. Availability to and familiarity with fresh fruit and vegetables by tending and growing them first-hand was shown to increase their consumption. 相似文献

AbstractContributing to more sustainable diets is a major challenge for contemporary environmental education. It implies an increase in the share of plant-based foods and of home-cooked meals. Awareness of this is widespread but taking concrete action is not easy. What competences does it call for? To identify them, we proposed an 8-month training course to groups of young adults in France. Their consumption of vegetables and the competences they mobilized were collected at the end of the training and 8?months later. The competences used by the participants with the lowest consumption of vegetables included controlling their food budget, collecting information about processed foods and planning what they would like to eat. The competences used by the participants with the highest consumption included planning meal preparation, being flexible, choosing quality products and mastering the preparation of fresh vegetables. These results are of interest for designing education programmes for sustainable diets. 相似文献

对凤阳市场上销售蔬菜的硝酸盐含量进行了检测,结果表明:根菜类与叶菜类蔬菜硝酸盐含量严重超标,污染等级均在3以上;不同种类的蔬菜硝酸盐含量的高低呈现一定的规律性,由高到低的顺序依次为:根菜类>叶菜类>薯蓣类>瓜类>葱蒜类>茄果类.在调查测定的基础上,进一步分析了蔬菜硝酸盐含量超标的原因,并提出了降低蔬菜硝酸盐含量的对策. 相似文献

以常规施肥作对照,研究了施用专用有机复合肥料对夏、秋、冬三季的不同蔬菜的产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在不同季节不同蔬菜上施用专用有机复合肥料均比常规施肥有一定的增产效果,增产幅度在4.0%-16.8%之间,而在越冬蔬菜和秋季蔬菜上的增产效果尤为明显,比常规施肥的产量差异达显著水平;并且在提高蔬菜的内在品质方面有显著表现,其中番茄、黄瓜中VC含量都比常规施肥有所提高,而NO3^--N含量比常规施肥有显著的降低。 相似文献
