网络婚姻是以网络为媒介构成的一种婚姻关系。文章认为,网络婚姻具有虚拟性、非伦理性和非道德性、非对称性和便利性等特点,网络婚姻与传统婚姻在构成要件、存在方式、程序、本质等几方面存在较大差异,网络婚姻无论对成年人还是未成年人都有相当大的危害。因此,在网络婚姻的法律规制及管理方面,要完善现行《婚姻法》的相关规定,要完善相关离婚案件及离婚损害赔偿的法律规制,要强化对网络婚姻的社会管理和约束。     

The managers guide to understanding,detecting, and thwarting computer crime: An international performance issue

Cyber crime poses an ever‐growing international threat to businesses. Organizations need to address this threat through a performance intervention by making managers aware of the reasons cyber crimes are committed so that they can detect and prevent them. This research details the primary types of cyber crime, describes and suggests managerial defenses to cyber crime, and reviews the importance of synchronized international legislation in the fight against cyber crime.

Cyber Bullying @ Schools: What do Turkish Adolescents Think?

Cyber bullying is an emerging form of peer bullying, becoming prominent especially over the past decade. The aim of this study was to investigate through interviews the perceptions of Turkish high school students about cyber bullying. The sample consisted of six male and one female high school students all aged 15 years who identified as being active in cyber bullying. Findings were grouped under four main headings; acts of cyber bullying, reasons for cyber bullying, characteristics of cyber bullies and victims, and suggestions to prevent cyber bullying. The results were discussed in the light of relevant literature.

Cyberbullying,revenge porn and the mid‐sized university: Victim characteristics,prevalence and students' knowledge of university policy and reporting procedures

In this study, we provide a snapshot of cyber abuse behaviours among students at a single, mid‐sized public commuter university in the United States. The goal of this study is to provide helpful information that can guide universities when creating cyber‐civility policies, information that is currently lacking in Higher Education. We examine recent university cases and relevant laws related to cyberbullying and revenge porn, survey student characteristics that are associated with this type of victimisation and make suggestions for language universities should consider when drafting their cyber abuse policies. Finally, we address the role of the university in protecting potential victims, training students on policies and reporting procedures, and intervening in incidents related to these types of cyber abuse.     

An Investigation of Cyber Wellness Awareness: Turkey Secondary School Students,Teachers, and Parents

Abstract

Cyber wellness includes the knowledge, skills, and values geared toward the protection of Internet users as well as proper and responsible technology use. Using the survey method, this study investigated the cyber wellness awareness of secondary school students and teachers as well as parents’ perceptions of their children’s cyber wellness. Six thousand eight hundred thirty-nine (6,839) students, 749 teachers, and 4,916 parents participated. Cyber wellness survey forms for students, teachers, and parents were distributed to seven school districts. Results indicated that students had high levels of awareness with regard to Internet addiction, cyberbullying, online privacy, and cybersecurity and medium levels of awareness regarding netiquette, inappropriate online content, and copyright. Additionally, students’ awareness levels differed significantly in terms of gender, class level, Internet use span, and desire for education on safe and responsible Internet use. Teachers had medium levels of awareness with respect to all of the concepts. Furthermore, it was determined that parents considered that their children had medium levels of awareness regarding Internet addiction, netiquette, online privacy, inappropriate online content, copyright, and cybersecurity along with a high level of awareness regarding cyberbullying.
