三苯氧胺和乳癖消联合治疗乳腺增生病疗效分析 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
1991年6月至1997年6月嘉兴市第一医院收治了560例乳腺增生病患者(均经红外线乳腺扫描仪、B超、钼靶及穿刺等证实).所有患者均口服三苯氧胺和乳癖消治疗.连续给药四周为一疗程的340例为A组,给药8周为一疗程的220例为B组.结果表明:两组的治疗效果均较好,总有效率为93.21%,但B组的显效率高达85.00%,A组的显效率为36.47%,提示服药8周比服药4周效果好.对无效的38例作乳腺区段切除术,病理证实为囊性增生病21例,腺病伴纤维瘤形成17例. 相似文献

目的 观察以厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤为组方穴位贴敷对于老年脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良临床疗效,同时探索穴位贴敷为代表的中医外治法对该类疾病有效性。方法 将北京中医医院延庆医院消化科2020年6月至2022年3月门诊患者为研究对象,依据罗马IV诊断标准及中医证型标准选取大于60岁老年患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组于神阙穴进行药物穴位贴敷,每日1次,对照组于神阙穴进行安慰剂穴位贴敷,疗程为2周,治疗前、后2组患者按照症状分级量化表分别评分,比较2组患者的评分结果,并计算有效率。结果 治疗组患者除1人脱落均完成治疗,对照组脱落2人,疗程结束后,2组症状分级量化评分汇总后分别为(4.28±0.84)、(6.36±1.34),总有效率分别为(68.9%,32.1%),各项结局指标组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显尤于对照组,治疗组未见明显不良反应。结论 以厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤为组成穴位贴敷对老年脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良具有一定临床疗效。 相似文献

目的:观察穴位埋线治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:将60例腰肌劳损患者随机分为治疗疗组、对照组各30例。治疗组以肾俞(双)、大肠俞(双)、阿是穴等进行穴位埋线,每周一次;对照组外贴复方南星止痛膏,选局部压痛处,每次24小时,隔日1次。两组均3周为1疗程,治疗两个疗程后评定具体疗效,并在停止治疗满3个月后随访其远期疗效。采用症候积分进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组治疗前后的腰部证候积分与对照组相比,差异具有非常显著性意义(P0.01),穴位埋线组的近期疗效和远期疗效与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05、P0.01)。结论:穴位埋线治疗该病的近期及远期疗效均优于对照组,且结果表明穴位埋线具有治疗次数少、疗效稳定持久的特点。 相似文献

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease shares many features of metabolic syndrome and its presence could signify a substantial cardiovascular risk above and beyond that conferred by individual risk factors. This study is an attempt to investigate the association of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with carotid intima-media thickness and plaque as surrogate measures of increased cardiovascular risk. The study was conducted on 645 non diabetic, non alcoholic subjects in the age range of 20–60 years. Metabolic syndrome was assessed by using ATP III and ADA (2005) criteria. Anthropometric factors—waist circumference and blood pressure were measured. Fasting serum samples were analyzed for glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol and its fractions, insulin, alanine and aspartate transaminases, gamma glutamyl transferase and free fatty acids. Insulin resistance and secretion were calculated by homeostasis model and insulin sensitivity by QUICKI index. Liver ultrasonographic scanning was used for assessing fatty liver. Carotid atherosclerosis was assessed by B-mode ultrasonography of common carotid artery and internal carotid artery. The prevalence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease was 15.6 % in non alcoholic population and 68.5 % of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease had metabolic syndrome, which was associated with hyperinsulinemia, insulin resistance, insulin insensitivity along with elevated levels of waist circumference, blood pressure, triglyceride, FFA and decreased HDL cholesterol. NAFLD patients had markedly greater carotid intima media thickness than non NAFLD subjects with MCIMT of 591.6 ± 108 and 489.5 ± 132.4 μm (P < 0.001) and plaque prevalence of 19.2 and 2.2 %, respectively, thus the carotid intima media thickness is associated with NAFLD. 相似文献

Electrokinetic properties and morphology of PDMS microfluidic chips intended for bioassays are studied. The chips are fabricated by a casting method followed by polymerization bonding. Microchannels are coated with 1% solution of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in Tris buffer. Albumin passively adsorbs on the PDMS surface. Electrokinetic characteristics (electro-osmotic velocity, electro-osmotic mobility, and zeta potential) of the coated PDMS channels are experimentally determined as functions of the electric field strength and the characteristic electrolyte concentration. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) analysis of the surface reveals a “peak and ridge” structure of the protein layer and an imperfect substrate coating. On the basis of the AFM observation, several topologies of the BSA-PDMS surface are proposed. A nonslip mathematical model of the electro-osmotic flow is then numerically analyzed. It is found that the electrokinetic characteristics computed for a channel with the homogeneous distribution of a fixed electric charge do not fit the experimental data. Heterogeneous distribution of the fixed electric charge and the surface roughness is thus taken into account. When a flat PDMS surface with electric charge heterogeneities is considered, the numerical results are in very good agreement with our experimental data. An optimization analysis finally allowed the determination of the surface concentration of the electric charge and the degree of the PDMS surface coating. The obtained findings can be important for correct prediction and possibly for robust control of behavior of electrically driven PDMS microfluidic chips. The proposed method of the electro-osmotic flow analysis at surfaces with a heterogeneous distribution of the surface electric charge can also be exploited in the interpretation of experimental studies dealing with protein-solid phase interactions or substrate coatings. 相似文献

Aminotransferase assay is often used as a screening test as well as an endpoint for resolution of disease in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Aim of the study was to evaluate the relationship of transaminase level with metabolic variables and histology in NAFLD. Single center observational study was conducted in a gastroenterology clinic at Cuttack in coastal Odisha. Subjects were consecutive patients presenting with functional bowel disease and undergoing abdominal sonography. All participants were evaluated for the presence of metabolic syndrome (MS), insulin resistance, liver function test and lipid profile. Various parameters were compared between NAFLD subjects and controls. 53.5 % of NAFLD had normal serum transaminases, whereas 20.8 % of healthy controls had transaminitis. NAFLD patients had significantly higher BMI, fasting plasma glucose, serum transaminases, serum triglycerides, serum insulin and homeostatic model assessment (HOMA) IR than controls. NAFLD patients who had transaminitis had significantly higher incidence of MS and higher mean HOMA IR than those without. There was no significant difference in histopathological features between NAFLD with and without transaminitis. To conclude, over half of NAFLD subjects do not have transaminitis while transaminitis is present in a fifth of healthy people without fatty liver. Hence serum transaminase should not be used as screening test for NAFLD. NAFLD patients with transaminitis had a higher incidence of MS and insulin resistance than those without. This paper focuses on four fusion algorithms for the estimation of nonlinear cost function (NCF) in a multisensory environment. In multisensory filtering and control problems, NCF represents a nonlinear multivariate functional of state variables, which can indicate useful information of the target systems for automatic control. To estimate the NCF using multisensory information, we propose one centralized and three decentralized estimation fusion algorithms. For multivariate polynomial NCFs, we propose a simple closed-form computation procedure. For general NCFs, the most popular procedure for the evaluation of their estimates is based on the unscented transformation. The effectiveness and estimation accuracy of the proposed fusion algorithms are demonstrated with theoretical and numerical examples. 相似文献

The paper presents results for the second moment stability of continuous-time Markov jump systems with quadratic terms, aiming for engineering applications. Quadratic terms stem from physical constraints in applications, as in electronic circuits based on resistor (R), inductor (L), and capacitor (C). In the paper, an RLC circuit supplied a load driven by jumps produced by a Markov chain—the RLC circuit used sensors that measured the quadratic of electrical currents and voltages. Our result was then used to design a stabilizing controller for the RLC circuit with measurements based on that quadratic terms. The experimental data confirm the usefulness of our approach. 相似文献
