根据两年来的试验研究和大面积实践应用,证明多效唑可有效地抑制花生茎和侧枝的生长,促进荚果发育,提高产量。其调节生长的综合效应优于同类药物B9,多效唑经济有效的使用浓度为100ppm。  相似文献

采用不同浓度的多效唑和丁酰肼对无患子进行叶面喷施处理,研究其对无患子生长的影响.结果表明:多效唑的矮化效果比丁酰肼好,其中0.01g/L多效唑和0.1g/L丁酰肼对无患子的矮化效果最佳,可使无患子生长健壮,株高明显矮化,茎加粗,叶面积降低,叶片明显变厚,颜色更浓绿,叶绿素含量增加.研究结果为合理应用丁酰肼和多效唑控制无患子生长提供了科学依据.  相似文献

为了验证多效唑对大豆品质的影响,我们对生长的大豆通过土施或喷施的办法施以不同浓度或剂量的多效唑,然后再通过生物化学的方法对大豆种子中主要营养物质的含量进行测定,通过与对照组的比较,发现施用多效唑以后,大豆种子中蛋白质、糖、脂肪的含量发生明显变化,从而证明多效唑对大豆的品质有显著的影响  相似文献

研究在盐渍环境(0.8%的NaCl)下,不同浓度多效唑浸种对玉米幼苗生长的影响.结果表明,与对照组(蒸馏水浸泡)相比,经不同浓度多效唑浸种后,玉米幼苗株高矮化,根冠比增大;叶片中叶绿素含量增多,丙二醛含量和过氧化物酶活性明显降低.其中经200 mg/L的多效唑浸种后的玉米,在盐胁迫环境下对植株幼苗的影响最为显著.  相似文献

选用多效唑、麦巨金、矮壮素3种生长调节剂,进行单剂型一次喷施,研究其对小麦茎秆倒伏性能、产量及品质的影响.试验结果表明,3种调节剂显著降低株高,其效应依次为矮壮素>麦巨金>多效唑>对照;基部三节间长度显著缩短,变化规律与株高相同;基三节干重(充实度)与对照差异显著,其顺序为麦巨金>多效唑>矮壮素>对照.3种调节剂喷施有显著的增产效果,以麦巨金最为明显,比对照增产4.3%,多效唑和矮壮素分别比对照增产3.7%和3.0%.对产量结构的效应主要表现在千粒重显著增加,其次序为麦巨金>多效唑>矮壮素>对照.3种调节剂对面粉的拉伸面积、延伸性和最大拉升阻力有显著影响,对蛋白质、沉淀值、稳定时间、硬度、湿面筋和吸水率影响不明显.  相似文献

This paper reports results from three experiments using the Musical Ear Test (MET), a new test designed for measuring musical abilities in both musicians and non-musicians in an objective way with a relatively short duration (< 20 min.). In the first experiment we show how the MET is capable of clearly distinguishing between a group of professional musicians and a group of non-musicians. In the second experiment we demonstrate that results from the MET are strongly correlated with measures of musical expertise obtained using an imitation test. In the third experiment we show that the MET also clearly distinguishes groups of non-musicians, amateurs and professional musicians. The test is found to have a large internal consistency (Cronbach alpha: 0.87). We further show a correlation with amount of practice within the group of professionals as well as a correlation with a forward digit span test.  相似文献

In three years, Stetson University's More Effective Teaching Program (MET) has evolved from a writing‐across‐the‐curriculum faculty development program into a voluntary collaborative learning and teaching project. Based originally on the pedagogy associated with “writing‐to‐learn,” it contains five components that have been designed and adapted to enhance the university as a community of learning and teaching. However, what MET is does not seem as important as the way it has evolved and remained vital. A faculty committee established and maintained MET by using positive wording, tone, and attitudes; by utilizing existing research and assessment efforts to institute each successive program; and by insisting that all elements be conducted as grassroots faculty efforts. As well establishing a diversity of effective faculty development programs, Stetson University has benefited from MET because it has created expectations for the evolution and the improvement of on‐going programs.  相似文献

Instructional videos are widely used to study teachers’ professional vision. A new technological development in video research is mobile eye-tracking (MET). It has the potential to provide fine-grained insights into teachers’ professional vision in action, but has yet been scarcely employed. We addressed this research gap by using MET video feedback to examine how expert and novice teachers differed in their noticing and weighing of alternative teaching strategies. Expert and novice teachers’ lessons were recorded with MET devices. Then, they commented on what they observe while watching their own teaching videos. Using a mixed methods approach, we found that expert and novice teachers did not differ in the number of classroom events they noticed and alternative teaching strategies they mentioned. However, novice teachers were more critical of their own teaching than expert teachers, particularly when they considered alternative teaching strategies. Practical implications for the field of teacher education are discussed.
