如何做好高职学生心理健康教育

高职院校十分重视知识传授,更加重视能力培养和人格塑造.高职学生正处于由准成人向成人过度的时期,在此过程中,高职学生的心理状态和个性心理特征影响着其心理健康,因此对高职院校学生的心理健康教育问题进行研究显得尤为重要.     

Better Schools through Health: networking for health promoting schools in Europe

Education and health have shared interests. Unifying these allows schools to become better places to enjoy learning, teaching and working. Health promoting schools have shown evidence of improving the health and well-being of the whole school community. At the European level, the Schools for Health in Europe (SHE) network is one of the most sustainable school networks in Europe and worldwide.
This article explains how health helps to create better schools. It focuses on the advantages of working as a network at a European level with direct links with schools, policy makers, practitioners and researchers. It describes the impact of networking on schools, what changes take place at the school level, and also at the regional and national level. The SHE strategic plan, which is a roadmap for the future development of the network until 2012, is summarised. Some examples of the results of networking are presented, including the work on developing indicators for health promoting schools within the European context.
The article concludes with a report of the 3^rd European Conference on health promoting schools held in June 2009 in Lithuania, with the Vilnius Resolution as its important outcome.

Better Solutions Through Better Requirements: The Link Between HPT and Business Analysis

G2000's HR Execution Excellence was one of the innovative projects to receive the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) Award of Excellence 2016. It is a continuous‐improvement project that applies holistic human performance improvement using an ISPI human performance technology model (ISPI, 2012) to streamline the front‐end and back‐end processes of a retail attendance system (RAS). Thus, it improved one of G2000's strategic capabilities: regulatory and social practices. During the process of developing the strategic capabilities and assembling the right combination of processes, knowledge, skills, and organizational fabric, working group and its system of play become critical. The question is how to reshape the work environment to sustain high performance from the strategic change. One way to position a change agent for success is by managing holistic requirements and intensely promoting and developing the bridge to the future.
