论体育善治与体育精神

体育善治是最近以来国际体育领域的一个热门话题,原因在于国家或国际体育机构的体育管理者和官员必须遵循和遵守他们所代表的体育机构的规则。而体育领域的欺诈和腐败等行为已被广泛地评论和报道,成为人们关注的热点。其它关于体育治理的问题如体育管理机构与个体运动员以及运动员权利、义务的关系等也需要深入研究。本文对体育善治的主要方面进行分析,讨论体育善治与体育精神的关系,并提出了如何提高体育善治水平的途径和方式。     

体育与哲学

从体育理论的哲学基础、体育学者的哲学质素和体育实践的哲学牵助三大方面阐释了体育系统可从哲学得到的启示。     

体育哲学与二元论--体育哲学研究范式的重建与实践

由于体育哲学诞生以来分析主义哲学的研究范式占据了主导性地位,概念化思维方式影响了当前中西体育哲学研究基本走向与研究内容,从而导致了体育哲学的生发一直处于与二元论的对峙之中。基于科学研究范式理论的视角转换,在现象学范式下二元论转变为积极推进体育哲学研究范式变革的反常现象。借助现象学的理论襄助,体育哲学在经过"普通现象学转化"与"普通现象学-知觉现象学""普通现象学-历史现象学"两条前后相继的思想通路后,形成了新式体育哲学研究范式的框架与研究范例,使体育与二元论紧张关系逐渐疏解,并在知觉与记忆两个层面进行重建,形成了体育哲学的现象学范式的理论核心、解释性原则与应用性方法,进而实现体育哲学在研究视角、研究路径上的变革,形成中西交融的体育哲学研究学脉基础。     

The Philosophy of Sport

Philosophy as a discipline is typically characterized through the use of rigorous argument and analysis, and the clarification of the meaning of concepts. Philosophical problems are thus resolved, not through the appeal to empirical evidence, but by identifying inconsistent and confusing patterns of thought and reflection. This paper will clarify the nature of a philosophical methodology by explicating the relationship between the philosophy of sport and the core traditional areas of philosophy, metaphysics, epistemology, axiology and logic.

把“极限”这个自然的象征符号转换成文化的符号,不但是体育的本性,也是体育美学的内涵表现。体育不仅仅是人与自然竞争的感性象征形式,还是人的主体性的审美实践形式。体育美学作为一种对超越生命现象进行的文化哲学阐释主要体现为体育的悲壮美和崇高美。     

Reflections on tie Philosophy of Sport In Australia

With recent controversies surrounding the eligibility of athletes with disorders of sex development (DSD) and hyperandrogenism, as well as continued discussion of the conditions transgender athletes must meet to compete in high-performance sport, a wide array of scholars representing a diverse range of disciplines have weighed in on both the appropriateness of classifying athletes into the female and male categories and the best practices of doing so. In response to cases of high-profile athletes’ sex (and gender) being called into question, the International Olympic Committee, the International Association of Athletics Federations, and the National Collegiate Athletics Association, among others, published or updated policies addressing who is eligible to compete in the women’s sport category and under what conditions. This paper addresses the areas in which philosophical reasoning and ethical analysis can contribute to reopened debates about the surveillance of the women’s category in sport. Emphasis is placed on determining where the onus of responsibility should fall for ensuring the new policies are followed.     

Social Philosophy of Sport: A Critical Interpretation*

In this article I argue both that an understanding of sport’s general character as competitive play can help us to read Homer more insightfully and that this reading can boomerang back to us to further illuminate the sport as competitive play thesis. My overall method is that of (Rawlsian) reflective equilibrium. The three sections of Homer that I examine are the Phaiacian games in Book 8 of the ‘Odyssey’, the Patroclos games in Book 23 of the ‘Iliad’, and the Penelope games in Books 21–22 of the ‘Odyssey’.
