改革高等教育,培养高层次创新人才

文章针对我国高等教育、尤其是高等工程教育中存在的教育投入不足、培养目标不够明确、专业划分偏细、工程教育重“知”轻“能”、工程人才培养质量欠佳等问题,结合西安交大的一系列改革实践,就如何在党的十六大报告关于走新型工业化道路的号召指引下,改革高等教育、尤其是高等工程教育,培养高层次创新人才发表了看法。     

中国特色新型工业化道路对矿业高等教育的启示

新型工业化道路对矿业类人才培养方案改革提出了前所未有的新要求。矿业高等教育体制改革后，矿业高等教育发展一度处于低潮期。当前，“高举矿业发展大旗，坚持矿业与安全特色不动摇”成为矿业类高校的发展共识。矿业高等教育的发展战略选择包括特色发展战略、多科性发展战略、创新型人才培养战略及主动服务国家自主创新战略等等。     

宜宾市走新型工业化道路的对策探讨

党的十六大报告提出了我国要走“新型工业化道路”，这为宜宾市的工业化道路指明了方向。从宜宾市工业化的进程和现状来看，与新型工业化的要求还有很大的距离。宜宾市走新型工业化发展道路．既要补工业化的课，加快工业化进程，实现追赶式、跨越式发展，又必须把握新型工业化的内涵，结合自身实际，处理好工业发展中的各种矛盾。     

"应用型本科教育":内涵解析及其人才培养体系建构

发展应用型本科教育是高等教育发达国家和地区在知识经济社会和高等教育大众化背景下的共同选择和普遍趋势。依据世界高等教育发达国家的经验以及我国走新型工业化发展道路的多样化人才的现实需求,发展应用型本科教育在我国是大势所趋。文章在分析了应用型本科教育内涵的基础上,界定了"应用型本科教育"概念,并在此基础上致力于建构创新性的应用型本科人才培养体系。

走新型工业化道路是实现小康社会重要的战略措施之一。本文在对新型工业化道路的内涵和特征予以界定的基础上，阐述了目前影响我国走新型工业化道路的主客观因素并进行了分析，提出了在全面建设小康社会过程中推进新型工业化道路建设的具体思路。     

中国高职教育如何回应新型工业化

党的十六大报告提出在全面建设小康社会的过程中必须“走新型工业化道路”。要充分发挥高职教育在新型工业化中的作用，必须转变高职教育的观念，在研究传统工业化社会高职教育的一般规律的同时，要关注新型工业化对高职教育发展提出的新要求，重新审视高职教育的功能，调整高职教育的人才培养目标，为中国的新型工业化提供技术，人力和智力支持。     

新型工业化与高职课程体系的重构

走新型工业化道路要求为经济社会发展提供人力资源保障的高职院校培养高素质的劳动者。然而,现行的高职课程体系不能适应这种新的要求。本文从分析新型工业化对劳动力素质的要求入手,探讨了与新型工业化要求相吻合,有利于技能人才培养的高职课程体系。     

改革高职人才培养模式 加快新型工业化进程

走新型工业化道路，开发人力资源是关键。高职教育要适应新型工业化的发展，必须对人才培养目标准确定位，以市场为导向打造特色专业，以职业能力为主线改革课程体系，突出实践教学环节，实行“双证”并重，加强校企合作和“双师型”教师队伍建设，构建全新的高职人才培养模式。
