从"共同福利"看高校与学生法律关系的二元模式

本文拟从"共同福利"理念分析高校与学生法律关系二元模式的必要性,通过对高校学生管理中平权性法律关系和隶属性法律关系的清晰界定,进而指导高校以不同的法律视角来区别对待学生管理工作中的不同问题,实现学生个人权利与社会利益的均衡发展,并最终构建出"和谐校园"的建设图景。
