针对传统高校网络容易受到外界攻击的缺陷,提出了一种关联云计算的高校网络恶意攻击检测模型的设计方法.利用分布式计算、网格计算、虚拟化技术、软件即服务和云计算的关系,探讨在云计算关键技术的基础上秉着将云计算应用于高校网络恶意攻击检测的理念,采用各项可行的技术研究构架基于云计算的高校网络攻击检测平台.实验结果表明,该系统提高了高校网络的抗攻击能力,减少了被入侵的次数,能够很好满足实际的要求.

知识生活型规律模型

为了揭示知识在知识群落内的生存类型规律;依据知识DNA跨域映射思想,采用仿生学演绎与实证研究两种方法,以生物生活型规律为原型,跨域映射提出了知识生活型规律模型,包括思维影响力,知识生活型及其概念、类型、规律与模型,又经实际案例验证,该规律模型揭示了知识在知识群落内的生存类型规律;然后,提出了在知识群落、知识挖掘、知识可视化、知识转化等方面的应用前景,并提出了隐性知识可视化的崭新课题。该结果是基于仿生学发现的重要基础理论与启发性新观点,适用于知识创新与知识管理相关研究领域,具有突出的科学意义与应用价值。     

矿产勘查的融资方式研究

在许多发达国家,矿产勘查项目融资方式早已实现了以市场融资为主,矿产勘查所需的资金主要来源于风险投资、债务融资和公开上市三种方式。考虑到矿产勘查融资的市场化运作成为今后我国矿产勘查领域的发展趋势,本文对这三种融资模式的特点分别进行了分析,并指出在不同的勘查阶段,勘查公司应当根据其项目风险的特性选择合适的融资方式。同时,通过制定相关的法律法规和投资政策,鼓励社会富余资金进入探矿权市场,可以有效地带动我国探矿权市场化投资体系的形成和发展。     

The neural bases of vitality forms

Unlike emotions, which are short-lasting events accompanied by viscero-motor responses, vitality forms are continuous internal states that modulate the motor behaviors of individuals and are devoid of the autonomic modifications that characterize real emotions. Despite the importance of vitality forms in social life, only recently have neurophysiological studies been devoted to this issue. The first part of this review describes fMRI experiments, showing that the dorso-central insula is activated during the execution, the perception and the imagination of arm actions endowed with different vitality forms as well as during the hearing and the production of speech conveying vitality forms. In the second part, we address the means by which the dorso-central insula modulates the networks for controlling action execution and how the sensory and interoceptive information is conveyed to this insular sector. Finally, we present behavioral data showing the importance of vitality forms in social interactions.     

科技资源配置的新问题和对策分析

国家科技资源配置存在急点、难点、热点、疼点,创新成效差,统筹乏力,资金投入不足,存在科技体制障碍。科技资金投入要建立制度保障,国家财政科技经费拨款占国家财政总支出的比例要达到5.5%左右,要建立对企业R&D投入冲抵所得税的税收制度。国家创新体系建设要有统筹管理部门,国家科技计划要统筹管理,突出重点,釆用基金制度管理国家科技计划,政府职能部门应从项目的直接管理中解放出来。     

Systemic technology innovation management and analysis of other forms of IP protection

Industry 4.0 and the pandemic have caused recent changes in innovative development, economic situations, and restrictions in various companies and regions of the world, with new stricter legislation related to working conditions, hygiene standards, and health requirements. New technologies are a challenge to the transformation of problem companies and regions, as they often significantly impact economic development. Technological emissions, growing information on dementia among young people, cyber risks, and the risks of so-called advanced technologies (e.g., bio- and nanotechnologies, Industry 4.0 tech) may raise societal concerns about technological progress. This study is part of our long-term research into technological innovation in different companies and regions. Its primary goal is to methodically emphasize the importance and role of the systemic management of technological innovation in companies and regions and analytically compare the innovation success of differently developed regions from a global perspective¹. This research deals with an important aspect of technology management, namely, the processes of technological identification and the protection of related intellectual property (IP). The primary research question is: How has technological development been distributed across different regions over the last two decades? We hypothesize that Asian countries are increasingly moving away from Europe and North America in terms of technological innovation, other forms of technological IP protection, and overall access to innovation, while the focus is on the development of three non-patent forms of technological innovation protection: industrial designs, trademarks, and utility models. The results of our study reveal a significant difference in the approach to technological innovation management and the form of IP protection between so-called advanced and problem companies and regions. This study was conducted between 2018 and 2022.     

中文建筑科学类期刊网络化、数字化及新媒体技术应用现状分析

【目的】通过对建筑科学类期刊网络化、数字化及新媒体技术应用情况的调查与分析,了解优秀期刊与普通期刊发展进程上的差别,旨为推动我国科技期刊的数字化、网络化、多媒体化整体发展做出贡献。【方法】 利用网络搜索和微信关注等方法,通过搜索期刊官网和微信公众平台,辅以文献阅读法,掌握32种优秀期刊、193种普通期刊的网络化、数字化及新媒体技术的应用状况。【结果】 建筑科学类期刊中的优秀期刊普遍重视网络化、数字化以及新媒体技术的应用,期刊官网和微信公众平台是最典型的表现,分别担负着期刊PC端和移动端宣传推广功效,并形成了互为补充的态势,而普通期刊在此方面的表现却较为逊色。【结论】 占我国科技期刊数量比很高的普通期刊必须加大网络化、数字化及新媒体技术的应用工作,尤其要重视期刊官网和微信平台的构建与维护,并要重视加入综合性中文期刊数据库工作,以全面推动我国科技期刊数字化、网络化、多媒体化整体发展进程。     

新形势下中小学财务管理存在的问题及解决措施

教育投入是全社会关注的热点问题,中小学校的财务管理面临办学资金多、渠道广、规模大、资产多的新形势。目前财务管理存在着会计基础工作薄弱、资产管理不完善、预算缺乏计划性和准确性的问题。解决的措施,首先要编制好部门预算;其次是严格审批报账程序;三是加强财产物资的管理;四是加强预算外资金的管理,防止私设“账外账”,从而降低办学成本,提高教育资金使用率。
