The Process of Counseling: A Synthesis

There are many theories of counseling and consequently many approaches to describing the sequence of events that occur during the process of counseling. As a result, there is potential for student counselors to become confused over the process. Among the responsibilities of counselor educators is helping students reduce confusion and increase understanding of the process of counseling. This article proposes a four-stage, 16-phase synthesis to describe the process. The rationale for the synthesis includes the need to (a) increase student understanding of the process, (b) keep the number of phases within reason to increase use of the process, and (c) base the phases on client behaviors, particularly verbal behaviors, that occur during the process.

心理治疗是对主体经验的意义所进行的一种探索。治疗过程的本质是一个对话活动,它通过人与人的会话、通过互主体性的象征活动而发生。在这种关系中,一个治疗师不可能是解决他人困境的专家,他不提供外在的反馈以＂纠正＂当事人的问题。治疗师的任务是使当事人确立一个能够理解自身处境的位置。治疗就是一个让当事人的经验展现和流动的过程。治疗师和当事人的对话互动是自我治愈的一个有效途径。     

心理辅导在学生技能大赛中的作用及方法

在中职学校中,参加各种各样的技能竞赛是重要的一个环节。但是中职学生不是专业比赛选手,因此,有很多比赛对他们来说强度大、时间长,在无形中给中职学生带来了一定的心理压力,有时甚至会影响到学生的临场发挥,导致比赛失利。因此,在赛前对学生进行心理辅导就是一个重要的工作,对学生在技能大赛中取得优异成绩有积极的推进作用。

Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) is a statistical procedure frequently used to test the fit of data to measurement models. Published CFA studies typically report factor pattern coefficients. Few reports, however, also present factor structure coefficients, which can be essential for the accurate interpretation of CFA results. The interpretation errors that can arise when CFA results are interpreted without considering structure coefficients are described, and some examples from current literature illustrating these errors are also presented.
