老年人才组合论

本文对我国日益增多的退休老年人才的开发、组合、利用，及其重要性作了深入研究与论述，对于如何充分开发与利用我国的老年人才资源，促进社会主义两个文明建设具有重要启发作用，不仅对人事部门有重要参考作用，对高等院校大批老年退休教师的开发、利用尤有重要启示作用。     

我国近十年老年教育研究述评

近十年来,学术界对老年教育的定义、属性、理论依据,特点与功能,老年教育存在的问题及对策,我国老年教育的发展历程与区域发展状况研究、国外老年教育经验研究等方面问题进行了研究。这些研究取得了一些成绩,但也存在不足。我们应加强对老年教育价值取向、多学科方法、弱势老年群体教育以及如何在实践中开展好老年教育工作的研究。     

我国老年教育探究

高等院校开展老年教育是我国老年教育的独特形式。考察上海、南京等地部分高等院校办老年教育现状进行调查,找出存在的问题与困难,理性探析其问题对策,从而完善高校举办老年大学的运行机制。这既是我国老年教育事业发展的需要,也是在新世纪、新形势下高校社会服务职能进一步发挥的需要。     

近十年我国社区老年教育研究的回顾与展望

本文从社区老年教育的概念、理论支撑、体系建设、发展模式、功能等方面,对近十年我国社区老年教育研究进行了回顾与展望,以期推动我国社区老年教育研究。     

老年伦理问题初探

我国大城市社会老龄化形成的老年群体及其道德问题提出了老年伦理研究的必要性。老年伦理研究的对象是与老年人活动相联系的各种道德关系,即老年道德关系。老年伦理研究不仅要发掘老年人丰富道德资源的社会价值,更有责任研究如何促进老年人道德观念更新和发展的问题。除了老年人生问题的研究之外,老年伦理学更要着眼于围绕老年群体而产生的各种道德问题。老年道德有其特殊性,包括老年群体道德地位的特殊性、老年群体道德活动的特殊性、老年群体道德心理的特殊性、老年群体道德关系的特殊性等等。     

中国老年教育价值追究及发展趋势研究

随着我国经济的不断发展,以及我国老龄化的问题越来越严重,我国的老年教育得到了突飞猛进的发展,老年教育已经被广泛的推广到广大的社会老年人群中,从而促进了我国老年人群综合素质的提高。本文主要从当前我国老年教育的价值追究分析、我国老年教育的发展趋势研究分析两个方面,针对我国老年教育价值追究以及发展趋势进行了深入具体的研究。     

基于SWOT分析的中国老年文化建设研究

随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快,老年文化热也悄然兴起,老年文化建设的现状和发展已逐步成为全社会共同关注的问题.为便于更全面的了解我国老年文化建设的情况,本文运用SWOT分析方法做了一次大胆的尝试,对我国老年文化建设的环境进行分析,指出其存在的优势与劣势、面临的机遇与威胁.最后针对分析的结果提出了相应的四种发展战略,以期对解决我国老年文化建设进程中出现的新问题有所裨益.     

浙江省发展老年教育的挑战与对策

随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深,加快发展老年教育已成为一项紧迫课题。浙江省老年教育发展积累了丰富经验,同时也面临着资源供不应求、课程与教学较为单一、保障机制不够完善等挑战。为应对挑战,浙江省正在积极健全老年教育管理制度、完善老年教育相关政策、增强老年教育办学灵活性。今后,浙江省发展老年教育应处理好老年教育本体价值与工具价值的关系、老年教育数量与质量的关系、老年教育政府主导与社会参与的关系。

本文围绕"远程老年教育必将引领我国教育事业发展"这一主题,分别从四个方面进行阐述,即远程老年教育承担着引领老年教育面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的重任;远程老年教育将为未来学习型社会打造新颖的老年人学习组织;远程老年教育在教育资源建设上具有特有的优势与潜力;远程教育必将成为提高老年人整体素质、创造晚年幸福生活的最理想乐土。勾勒了远程老年教育将引领我国老年教育科学发展的美好前景。     

老年社会工作研究现状述评

我国老年社会工作起步较晚,目前仍处于探索阶段。在对已有文献进行统计分析的基础上,从老年社会工作的价值理念与理论基础、困境与发展对策三个方面,整理、归纳和评述了已有观点。目前学界对老年社会工作的研究存在以下不足:一是缺乏实证性研究,二是缺少关于志愿性服务的研究,三是农村老年社会工作的研究较少,四是老年社会工作本土化的研究较少。

The Reader Response Approach to Teaching of English Literature

During interview with English majors, it was found that a majority of students expressed disappointment with their experience of English literature classes. Students' dislike of learning English literature appears to be the major problem of teaching English literature in China. Reader response approach is a good way to solve this problem. In this paper, I explain the rationale behind the reader response approach, such as its origin, definition, features, assumptions, and strategies. Then I illustrate how reader response approach works as a teaching strategy by presenting several teaching models. At last I evaluate its usefuiness for teachers and present the advantages of reader response approach in Chinese context.
