This article describes a joint attempt by the federal government, a private foundation, several local social service agencies, and a local school district to revitalize an urban high school and its neighboring community. This revitalization was to occur through the development of an information system that would provide high school students, adult learners, and community residents with data on educational and job opportunities in St. Louis. The information system was to be reinforced by counseling and referral services provided jointly by the school system and by local civic organizations.The intended purposes and potential impact of such a project that aims at urban high school reform are discussed. 基于组态理论,探讨影响不同新创企业间绩效差异的多重并发因素和因果复杂机制。利用模糊集定性比较分析方法对237个样本企业进行分析,深入探究由环境层面的2个条件与组织层面的3个条件组成的不同组态与新创企业绩效之间的关系。研究发现:①高创业机会识别、高创业拼凑和高创业学习都是新创企业产生高绩效的必要条件,缺乏高创业机会识别、缺乏高创业拼凑是非高绩效产生的必要条件;②新创企业产生高绩效的驱动机制分为4条路径并概括为3种构型模式;③抑制新创企业绩效水平的路径和促进绩效的路径具有非对称性的特征。  相似文献

Summary The study investigated to what extent conditions that induce cooperation in an activity were present in schools in relation to student discipline. Based on data from a large sample of secondary school principals, it was found that there was considerable disagreement about the quality of discipline and about the behavioral focus of teachers' and principals' concerns. Involvement in making and enforcing rules was differentially distributed, with principals and teachers much more involved than other groups. Involvement was not found to be related to the schools' identified disciplinary objectives.The research described in this article was carried out with assistance from the Virginia State Chamber of Commerce.  相似文献

以2014年至2015年我国中小板上市公司为研究对象,以资产收益率、总资产增长率和净利润增长率等三个指标建立中小板上市公司绩效评估分析指标体系,从风投公司行为特征视角分析首次公开募股(initial public offerings,以下称IPO)前后绩效变化。研究结果表明,风险投资的进入和参与程度能显著影响企业的IPO绩效,同时进一步加强市场监管、发挥风投企业认证功能和鼓励风投公司联合投资可以为中小企业成长发挥增值职能。  相似文献

A new direction?     
Digital literacy is now defined as a key area of competence in the new national curriculum for schools in Norway. For policy makers the terms ‘information society’ and ‘knowledge society’ has been used to argue for implementing new technologies in education, and for improving learning. These views have been highly problematic, partly because they do not take into consideration how new technologies are used by young people, or how schools work as social practices. This article will focus on how we conceptualize a student perspective in schools related to the use of digital technologies. Combining an increased focus on digital literacy in school curricula with an increased focus on student participation challenges our conception of the school-aged learner. In discussing these issues I will draw on results from a number of school-based ICT projects that I have been involved in since 1998.  相似文献

目前,我国约有百余家风险投资公司(基本上有官方资本背景)相继成立,但风险投资业务并没有充分展开,风险投资事业总体上发展缓慢。必须抓住风险资本存在巨大供求缺口这一主要矛盾,以推动风险投资主体结构多元化为当前的发展突破口,积极引导私人、企业、银行、其他金融与非金属机构等共同参与风险投资。文章站在投资者立场上分析了这些市场主体至今不愿涉足风险投资的原因,提出了引导它们共同参与风险投资的对策建议。  相似文献
