本文以杭州市建筑企业专业技术人员为例,通过问卷调查收集数据,分析组织因素对专业技术人员(知识型员工)培训效果的影响。研究结果表明,上级支持、同事支持和管理沟通对知识型员工的培训动机有正向影响,并通过培训动机的中介作用显著影响培训效果;培训决策权的集中程度对培训设计有负向影响,管理沟通对培训设计有正向影响,且二者通过培训设计的中介作用显著影响培训效果。建议企业从上级支持、同事支持、管理沟通和分权决策四个组织因素出发,通过建立培训支持体系、培训合作制度,以及营造学习型文化氛围等管理方式的改进,提升知识型员工的培训效果。  相似文献

在同一套评价指标体系内,对于参加高职培训的学员而言,只要不存在恶意的倾向,在总体上基于参训学员主观判断而所实际打出的分值会趋于相近或相同,这一结果显示出参训学员所打分值的内在统一性。文章运用统一性检验方法,以江苏省高等职业教育教师培训中心为案例,对高职教师培训机构培训效果有效性进行了评价,从而为高职教师培训机构培训效果的有效性评价提供新的思路和方法。  相似文献

A possible path towards preserving and remediating driving skills while aging is driver training. Previous studies have yielded mixed results with respect to various types of interventions, such as classroom-based training, on-road driving classes and functional abilities training. The present study-incorporated training features found to be effective in previous older driver training studies, into both a computer-based and driving simulator-based intervention. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of both training formats on general driving ability and specific aspects of driving in older drivers at risk of reduced driving abilities. Additionally, the effect of training on perceived task demand was studied, and learning capacity was considered as an influencing factor on training effectiveness. A total of 31 older drivers were randomly assigned to three groups: driving simulator-based training, computer-based training, and an active control group. The participants completed a cognitive assessment including evaluation of learning capacity and a self-assessment of task demand in various traffic situations. Additionally, participants took a driving simulator assessment. Knowledge of road signs, general driving and specific aspects of driving (i.e., average speed, response time to hazards) improved with training, although improvement was found to be evenly strong in all groups. Learning capacity did not influence training effectiveness, and no difference was found in perceived task demand before and after training. The proposed methodology to evaluate training effectiveness, focusing both on clinically relevant and detailed transfer effects can serve as an example for further studies in the field of driver training.  相似文献

新教师园本培训的实效性是一项重要的工作,也是教师专业成长的重要渠道,但同时也是一项让人容易把握不住的工作。通过对A连锁私立幼儿园的59名新教师的问卷调查及对3名新教师和两名园长的深入访谈,得出园本培训流于表面化和形式化,其实效性的缺乏势必影响新教师今后的职业生涯及其专业成长。为此,文章通过对新教师园本培训存在的问题进行因素分析,试图为当前绝大部分幼儿园面临的新教师园本培训缺乏实效性问题提供一些思路。  相似文献

本研究通过书面问卷、访谈等方法,有代表性抽取本市(县)农村中小学教师为样本对浙江省"农村中小学教师素质提升工程"培训实效性作调查研究。旨在深入、真实、全面地了解一线教师对培训实效认可度及其原因。为各级师资培训机构更有实效地开展教师教育培训提供参考。研究结果表明:"工程"取得了显著的实效,但同时存在实效性欠佳的一面。培训实效同参训者对培训的心理期待、内容、方式和组织、培训者水平、校本培训、评价等相关。  相似文献

Most training units fail to evaluate training effectiveness in terms of return on investment (ROI). In this article the argument is made that this is a result of using an inadequate evaluation paradigm. The author suggests a paradigm that is based upon a common cost‐benefit framework. As such, the alternative paradigm a) will be more understood and accepted by other managers in the organization, b) will enable the evaluation of the full scope of training activities all within one framework including effectiveness, cost, quality and efficiency‐related activities. In order to measure effectiveness we have to broaden the definition of the term performance improvement. The definition should relate also to the cost of behavioral change. In addition, we have to differentiate between evaluations of training effectiveness and consulting effectiveness. These two changes will enable us to link directly, training activities to performance improvement. Training results will improve human capital and could be measured in ROI terms.  相似文献

本文试图描述和评估一个学期的策略培训对学习者目标语学习过程所产生的效果,并且对培训的长期效果进行检测。本研究的受试者被分为实验组和对照组,实验组学生参加策略培训,而对照组仍按原教学计划上课。研究结果表明策略培训可提高二语学习者策略使用和学习成效、改善学习情感,同时也分析了妨碍学习者策略应用的因素。  相似文献

Project-based training in an industrial environment is considered for engineering students prior to their graduation. The relevance or effectiveness of such training is deliberated by correlating the training need assessment and its fulfilment as a case study. The need and effectiveness are studied as for the students' choices and preferences of project work, methods and inputs used and technical skills enhanced during training. 新型农民培养是中国社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。本文以安徽省阜阳、滁州和马鞍山为例,从培训需求、培训内容、培训组织和培训效果四个角度构建培养模式比较的指标体系,采用主成分分析模型,对新型农民培养问题进行实证比较研究。实证研究结果表明,农民的职业结构和受教育程度是影响新型农民培养效益的重要因素,新型农民培养效益与农民家庭年收入存在正相关关系。  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of elementary school interns trained in a summer program by the Stanford microteaching approach as compared with interns who received conventional classroom observation and student teaching experience. Contrary to expectation based on previous research findings, microteaching was not found to result in significantly higher ratings of teacher effectiveness either immediately after or a year after training. However, it was concluded that microteaching is an effective training strategy since it achieves similar results when compared with conventional training methods but in only one-fifth the time and with fewer administrative problems. An incidental finding was that pretraining ratings of teaching performance based on a brief videotaped lesson were generally good predictors of later ratings of teaching effectiveness.  相似文献

This study aims to compare the cost‐effectiveness of an online teacher training method with a face‐to‐face training method in teaching ‘ICT integration in the school curriculum’. In addition, the study explores the possibilities of a school‐based voluntary training method in supporting other approaches to ICT teacher training. The analyses of various quantitative and qualitative data showed that online teacher training was more cost‐effective than face‐to‐face teacher training, mainly due to the lower opportunity cost of the participants. The voluntary teacher training revealed the possibility of providing cost‐effective training, especially in the actual application of ICT in classrooms. Based on the results of the study, factors affecting cost‐effectiveness of the teacher training approaches are discussed and further research areas suggested.  相似文献
