瑜伽运动对不同肥胖程度女大学生血液生化指标的影响

目的:对40名安徽科技学院非体育专业女生进行瑜伽锻炼,比较锻炼前后各项血液生化指标的变化,探索长期系统的瑜伽运动对不同肥胖程度人群的血糖、血脂、血浆载脂蛋白等的影响,评价瑜伽运动对于减少体脂,改善血液环境的作用效果.方法:本实验对两组受试者进行为期8周,每周3次,每次持续90min的相同负荷瑜伽教学实践,教学内容为:瑜伽拜日式24式+初级瑜伽10式.教学实验期间,所有被试者不参与任何其他体育活动及体育课程,饮食、学习、上课、生活作息时间基本保持不变.结论:8周的瑜伽运动锻炼能够有效地降低肥胖人群的体重,降低血糖浓度,调节血脂代谢水平,促进机体的健康发展.
