公文“意见”的写作思维初探

“意见”作为针对工作中的重要问题提出见解和办法的新增公，具有针对性和重要性，总理性和操作性，规范性和条理性体意识，体写作思维意向。意见正的写作思维操作以逻辑性为特征，主要通过因素分析，性质分析，措施分析，功能分析，程序分析等技术生成观点，材料和结构，而以因果分析为体思维技术，成为措施，程度等一系列分析的基础和决定因素。因果分析对背景和功能的把握，则为意见写作的策略思维提供了依据。     

公共性：公共政策分析的一般范式

公共性是公共政策形成的逻辑起点，是公共政策分析的理性取向，公共性是公共政策的元属性，一般表现为公正必,平性和公开性三个基本维度，是公共政策问题分析，制定分析，执行分析，评估分析的价值基础和精神内核。“公共性”的缺失必然违背公民意志，损害公众利益，扭曲公共政策，因此，对公共性的认识和理解是公共政策研究的必然要求，是公共政策分析的基本前提。     

滴定分析实验设计教学初探

滴定分析是分析化学中最常见和最重要的方法之一，在教学中如何使学生能够熟悉和掌握滴定分析理论和操作技能，能否在实际分析工作中正确运用滴定分析方法显得尤为重要。滴定分析实验设计，给学生提出了更高的要求，学生必须在课外查阅有关的文献资料，有利于强化其理论知识。在此基础上，根据教师下达的分析课题并在教师的指导下，设计出合理的分析方案和实验操作步骤。在实验中，学生根据自己的实验设计进行操作，必然对每一个步骤和细节的原理及要求有更深的体会。通过滴定分析实验设计教学，使学生能将理论学习和实验操作有机结合起来，取得了较好的教学效果。     

案例教学的角色问题

以往在管理人才的培养方面，注重理论分析和宏观教育，忽视实际操作和微观指导，使管理人才投入社会后对现实的适应性达到不到企业的实际要求，如今，管理教育引入大量的案例教学，将学生带进企业，将企业引进课堂，通过结合管理理论的分析和讨论，使学生体验丰富多彩的管理情景，树立管理权变论的理念。但是，如果不明确案例分析教学中的任务，不注意案全钵身、教师以及学生在教学中的角色问题。案例分析就达不到其应有的教学效果。目前的主要问题是：案例简单地迁就理论教学，教师过多地干预分析过程和分析结果，学生的分析停留在方案统一性和标准符合上，最后整个案例分析教学又回到传统意义上的简单“举例说明”。为此，有必要认真确定案例、教师、学生在案例分析中的角色。

分析语言就是分析语言的形式和意义。语音形式和语法形式处于不同层面。语言意义应包括语法和语义。语法·语义是统一体，语法不包括语义，语义也不属于语法。语法和语义有共同点，也有相异点。语法分析或语义分析，既要看到它们的共同点，也要看到它们的相异点。语法分析不能撇开语义不管，语义分析也不能撇开语法不管。
