薄膜电极材料超级电容性能综合实验设计

设计了薄膜电极材料的制备及超级电容性能研究的综合性实验。运用电化学沉积的方法制备Co(OH)2薄膜电极材料,采用FESEM对基底与薄膜进行形貌表征,通过差热-热重对薄膜的热稳定性进行分析,重点考察了两种沉积温度对薄膜超级电容性能的影响。结果表明,50℃沉积温度下电流密度为4 A/g时,比容量可达2780 F/g,且分散阻抗较低。该实验原材料简单,过程容易实现,且涵盖薄膜材料制备、表征、性能分析等多个知识点。     

牛黄解毒片薄膜包衣工艺条件的研究

探讨牛黄解毒片薄膜包衣的最佳工艺条件.采用正交试验设计法,以外观合格率、崩解时限为考核指标,确定薄膜包衣的最佳工艺参数为:乙醇浓度70%,料液含固量solid contents in feed liquid为1∶8,进风温度为75℃,料液流量为150ml/mjn.此工艺稳定可行.     

Ar/O_2比和基片温度对射频反应磁控溅射法制备钢基SiO_2薄膜亲水性的影响

在工作气压为1.9 Pa的氩氧气混合气氛中,改变氩氧的流量比和基片温度,采用射频反应磁控溅射法在不锈钢基片上制备了二氧化硅薄膜试样,并对薄膜的微观表面形貌和薄膜的亲水性进行表征.结果表明,在氩氧分压比为64和基片温度为90℃时制备的SiO2薄膜亲水性能最佳.     

含氮氟化非晶碳（a-C：F：N）薄膜电学性能的研究

用射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积（RF-PECVD）法制备氮掺杂氟化非晶碳（a-C：F）薄膜，用电桥测试薄膜的介电常数．研究不同工艺参量对薄膜电学性能的影响．结果表明：掺杂氮、高射频功率、高沉积温度以及热退火都导致薄膜介电常数上升．     

常压MOCVD法制备TiO_2薄膜及性质研究

利用常压MOCVD法在Si及Al2O3衬底上制备了TiO2薄膜.研究了沉积温度和退火温度对TiO2薄膜结构和形貌的影响,以及TiO2薄膜的光学性质.研究发现,沉积温度为600℃时,制备的TiO2薄膜结构为锐钛矿相,薄膜质量较高.TiO2薄膜在1 090℃高温退火后,薄膜结构完全转变为金红相.TiO2薄膜在可见区域有着高达90%以上透射率,在紫外区域有着强烈的吸收.     

CuAg对玻璃衬底沉积VO2薄膜结构与光电特性的影响

二氧化钒(VO₂)薄膜作为一种可循环相变材料,非常有前景作为节能材料用于智能窗的设计.论文采用脉冲激光沉积法通过控制衬底温度可以在非晶玻璃衬底上沉积结晶度良好的VO₂复合膜,研究CuAg缓冲层对沉积VO₂薄膜的结构及光学性能的影响发现：缓冲层沉积厚度会影响VO₂薄膜结构,也会对薄膜的光学性能有不同程度的调节.当CuAg缓冲层厚度为10 nm时,复合薄膜的光学性能最好,在发生绝缘态-金属态相变时,既能提高可见光透过率,又能降低近红外光透过率,还能保持太阳能调节率在一个高的参数值.     

淀粉溶液极化薄膜的正交实验结果分析与验证

对电化学沉积淀粉薄膜的沉积参数进行了系统地研究,并采用正交试验对电化学沉积淀粉薄膜的工艺条件进行了优化;然后选取一组最佳电化学沉积工艺参数,制备了淀粉薄膜样品;最后还用扫描电子显微镜(电极离子M)、X--射线衍射仪(XRD)以及对制备的薄膜的性能进行了袁征,研究表明,制备的淀粉薄膜的化学计量比接近1:1,其性能较好.     

MoS2/SiO2/Si异质薄膜器件的制备与NH3探测性能实验研究

采用磁控溅射技术，通过改变制样工艺条件在SiO₂/Si基片上沉积MoS₂薄膜，以形成异质薄膜器件，并对其微观结构、形貌特征和NH₃探测性能进行表征和分析。研究结果表明，在室温条件下MoS₂/SiO₂/Si异质薄膜器件表现出了明显的NH₃响应性能，并且器件的响应与薄膜厚度和沉积温度存在关联，最高可达230%,远超过单一薄膜。同时，器件的响应速度较快，响应/恢复时间为7.4 s/24.8 s。进一步通过构建界面能带结构图，对器件的气敏机理作了深入阐释。     

ZnO薄膜的电化学沉积及其性能研究

以透明导电玻璃(TCO)为衬底,用硝酸锌水溶液作为电解液,采用阴极电沉积法合成了ZnO薄膜.通过改变电解液浓度、温度和沉积电压等实验条件,系统研究了锌氧化物薄膜材料的电化学沉积过程.用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、紫外-可见光谱法等技术对沉积物的形貌、结构及光学性质进行了表征.结果表明,通过控制电解液的浓度和温度及沉积电压等反应条件可以制备出不同形貌的ZnO薄膜.XRD结果表明,所得的ZnO纯度高且呈六方纤锌矿结构;光谱法研究表明,该薄膜在344 nm和552 nm处有两个吸收峰,禁带宽度为3.25 eV.     

热泵驱动废液浓缩处理装置性能研究北大核心

为激发并提升学生毕业设计过程中分析与解决工程实际问题的能力,对已有热泵驱动废液浓缩处理装置性能进行研究。研究结果表明,装置浓缩量和浓缩效率与液气质量流量比和废液温度有关,当液气质量流量比为1.1、废液温度为42℃时,浓缩效果最优,浓缩量可达22.65kg/h,浓缩效率可达74.71%。
