Analyses of body fluids in clinical chemistry laboratory are subject to a number of interferences that affect the analytical accuracy. The interferents arise from exogenous sources like drugs and additives as well as such endogenous sources like lipemia, hemolysis and icteria. Our studies demonstrate matrix interference in the form of analytical blas between serum and aqueous matrix calibrators. The clinical chemist should constantly be aware of this factor. Correction of interferences is recommended as an integral part of the quality assurance program.  相似文献

基于Cu~(2+)对鲁米诺-MnO_4~-化学发光反应的抑制作用建立了血清铜含量的化学发光分析法.测定铜(Ⅰ)的检出限为8.6×10~(-9)/ml,线性范围为1.0×10~(-8)~2.0×10~(-6)g/ml;对含1.0×10~(-7)g/ml cu~(+2)的水溶液进行10次重复测定,其结果的变异系数为4.3%.将本法应用于人血清中铜含量的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

Poison has long been a common murder weapon, but in early nineteenth-century Britain toxic substances were readily available and little attention was paid to toxicology. In 1820 the use of poisonous substances in food manufacture was exposed and it was also realized that medical jurisprudence, including toxicology, was already well advanced in some European countries. Better training in these subjects for British doctors was begun, led by three prominent physicians, Robert Christison, Alfred Taylor and Thomas Stevenson. The professions of analytical chemist and Public Analyst were enhanced and the importance of chemical evidence in poison trials was established.  相似文献
