采用两步合成法制备[Bmim]BF4离子液体,作为催化制备生物柴油在教学实验所用的催化剂。实验以大豆油、甲醇为原料,引导学生选择不同的实验条件,按照正交试验法的实验方法,以分组进行实验、最终多个实验小组实验数据汇总。按照建立跨班级、跨实验小组的实验结果的数据库,分析实验规律的方法进行实验教学。探索了离子液体用量、反应温度、反应时间、醇油比等因素对制备生物柴油的影响。确定了最优反应参数为:醇油比为8.3:1,催化剂用量为0.3%,反应温度60℃,反应时间3h。通过教学实践可知,作为全方位开拓培养学生实践能力,以课题研究为导向的实验教学有较好的教学效果。 相似文献

本文对用微化氧化钙催化剂为填料的反应蒸馏法制备生物柴油进行了研究.通过循环使用甲醇来维持高的醇油比,而且降低甲醇的用量,提高转化率.研究了醇油比,反应温度,塔釜温度,停留时间(循环三次)等参数的影响.结果表明:当醇油比是20:1,反应温度为65℃,转化率是81.7%,停留时间(反应时间)是22.5min,不到原来的十分之一,过量的甲醇减少62.5%.催化剂容易分离和更换,产生的废水大大减少. 相似文献

研究了餐饮废油在甲醇钠的催化作用下制取生物柴油的工艺条件,实验表明其酯交换过程的最佳工艺条件是醇油物质的量比为7∶1、反应时间为1.5 h、催化剂质量为废油的1.5%及反应温度为60℃。通过对生成的生物柴油作理化性质检测,结果表明,其质量指标完全符合柴油优级品的标准。 相似文献

The electrodeposition and electrochemical behaviors of rare earths in different ionic liquids are summarized. It is demonstrated that most of the rare earths can be electrodeposited in ionic liquids except cerium. Anion of ionic liquids appears to play a significant role in determining the electrochemical windows, and then deciding whether the corresponding ionic liquids can be used for rare earths electrodeposition. The electrochemical behaviors of the reduction process in ionic liquids are similar to those in high-temperature molten salts. The reduction of RE(III) to RE(II) has different reversibility, but the reaction of rare earths to their zerovalent state is irreversible. 相似文献

以L-脯氨酸离子液为催化剂,对乙酰乙酸乙酯和乙二醇合成苹果酯的催化工艺进行了系统研究.考察了酯醇比、催化剂用量、反应时间、带水剂种类和用量及催化剂重复使用等因素对酯化率的影响.结果表明,n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(乙二醇)=1.0∶1.4,催化剂用量为2.0 g/mol乙酰乙酸乙酯,带水剂环己烷为40 mL,110℃下反应3.5 h,苹果酯收率达到88.9%.反应结束后,通过简单的萃取操作,可使催化剂回收和重复使用.循环使用4次,催化剂的催化活性无明显改变. 相似文献

研究1-甲基-3-丁基咪唑对甲苯磺酸盐([bmim][p-CH3C6H4SO3])离子液体/水体系促进室温下碱催化芳醛与芳酮Aldol缩合反应.实验结果显示,在室温下,离子液体体积分数为25%,离子液体/水体系对苯甲醛与苯乙酮间Aldol缩合反应具有更明显的加速作用,缩合产物收率达到81%以上;该方法具有条件温和、操作简单、反应时间短、产率高等特点. 相似文献

The hydrolysate of waste sludge was used as the feedstock of biodiesel production, and its technological feasibility was investigated. Waste sludge, collected from No.3 Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant of Xi'an, was hydrolyzed in two parallel reactors firstly. Yeast was added into one reactor for bioaugmentation, and the other reactor without yeast was used as a control. Then an acid-catalyzed in situ esterification process was carried out to convert the hydrolysate to biodiesel. The results of hydrolysis showed that the reactor bioaugmented with yeast could promote hydrolysis compared with the control one because of an obvious variance in total suspended solid (TSS), volatile suspended solid (VSS) and soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD). Furthermore, gas chromatography (GC) analysis exhibited that the total volatile fatty acid (VFA) was low in the hydrolysate of bioaugmentation reactor; however, its yield of the fatty acid methyl esters (FAMEs) by in situ esterification was obviously higher when compared with the control one. Therefore, it may be inferred that the hydrolysate of bioaugmentation was mainly inclined to longer-chain fatty acid rather than to VFA. Anyway, an FAMEs yield of 9.24% (wt%) from dried sludge was attained after the 12-d bioaugmentation hydrolysis and succedent esterification. This value was not only higher than that of the control one but also higher than that reported in previous literature. The above results illuminated that it was feasible to produce biodiesel from the bioaugmented hydrolysate of waste sludge. 相似文献

Benzaldehyde 1,2 -propanediol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and 1,2 -propanediol in the presence of SO42-/TiO2 - MoO3 - La2O3. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2 - propanediol is 1: 1.8, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 1.0% feed stock, and the reaction time is 1.0 h. SO42-/TiO2 -MoO3 -La2O3 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing benzaldehyde 1,2 - propanediol acetal and its yield can reach over 77.2%. 相似文献
