广西宜州桑蚕产业发展的思考

宜州是目前国内最大的桑蚕生产(种养)基地,具有良好的自然条件和一定的区位优势,但宜州桑蚕产业的附加值并不高。在分析宜州桑蚕产业化现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了优化人才结构配置,提高产业的技术创新能力,建立和完善市场监管、风险分化机制,改革经营体制,推动循环经济和产业生态化,实现可持续发展的一些建议和措施。     

广西桑蚕产业科研创新发展对策研究

广西在发展桑蚕产业过程中进行了一系列的科研创新,拥有了首个产业技术创新战略联盟和＂桑蚕产业人才小高地＂,并拥有了一批桑蚕产业发展的专业技术人才。但是,桑蚕产业专业人才依然缺乏,桑蚕产业科研体系不健全,产学研合作不紧密。文章通过借鉴国内外桑蚕产业科研创新的先进经验,提出加大专业人才引进和培养的力度,加强产学研合作并建立企业技术中心,建立完整的桑蚕产业科研和技术推广体系等对策。

黄山谷在宜州的两首词

山谷词至贬蜀中时为之一变，至羁管宜州又一变。对山谷在宜州所作词的研究历来薄弱，殊不知词是山谷宜州贬滴生涯的文学创作之代表性体裁。其中《虞美人·宜州见梅作》、《南乡子·重阳日，宜州城楼宴集即席作》既是其宜州词之代表作，也是其一生词作之代表，最体现其晚年心境。从此二词中可见出，去国十年不断地强化和深化了他的幻灭和孤旅情怀，使他产生无奈，无助与无人解语的孤寂心境。这种心境有精神上无归之漂泊感，自伤的失落感，也带遗世独立之想。总之，这是山谷一生中的特殊时期，对人生之感悟已臻于深切，在落寞与孤怀的情感征状中，伴有深深的宿命感。这时的词确实体现了前贤所说的“苍老”的特征，值得重视和深入探讨。     

湖州桑蚕业的历史发展及其原因

“宜州管下羁縻都黎县印”考

1979年出版的（上海博物馆藏印选）刊印了一方南宋官印：方形，印面篆书阳文：“宜州管下羁縻都黎县印”十字，背面在印钮左右两侧露刻行书“绍兴二十四年文思院铸”十字。书中对这方官印没有作文字说明，从印的形制、印文及印背铭文来看，此印所言“宜州”应是今广西宜州。这方钢印应是研究宋代宜州沿革及其民族历史的重要实物资料。按《辞海》历史地理分册所说，中国古之宜州有三：一是南朝梁大宝初（550年）置，治所在夷陵，即今湖北宜昌西北，辖境约当今之湖北宜昌、长阳、直都等县地，西魏时改称拓州；二是唐乾封（666－668年）中改粤…
