教学设计电子绩效支持系统设计研究

在教师教育技术能力远程培训中,教学设计能力的培训仍然是培训的重点和难点.本研究从全国中小学教师教育技术能力培训实际需求出发,提出构建一个具备教学设计方案编写全过程支持功能以及教学功能的教学设计电子绩效支持系统(ID-EPSS).在文献调研的基础上,笔者设计了ID-EPSS的体系结构,并给出了实现ID-EPSS所需的若干关键技术,为今后ID-EPSS的开发打下了良好基础.     

“教学设计”决策支持系统研究

教学设计是面向教学系统、解决教学问题的一种特殊活设计动,是“教学”所内含的一种必要活动。教学设计是一种灵活的系统性活动,它具有一定的模式,需要按照一定的流程进行,而并非是一种纯线性活动,需要针对具体问题设计具体方案。由于实用方法和工具的缺乏,工作在教学一线的教师往往很少进行系统的教学设计,教学设计理论与方法的实际应用仍然是一个亟待解决的问题。该针对此种教育现象,用决策支持系统的理论和方法设计了“教学设计决策支持系统”概念模型,旨在为推动教学设计在教学活动中真正发挥作用提供一种新的可能性。     

浅议信息化教学设计

随着教育信息化的推进,传统的教学设计终将被信息化教学设计所取代.首先简要阐述了信息化教学设计的理论基础--建构主义学习理论,然后比较了在建构主义指导下的信息化教学设计与传统教学设计的区别,最后引入了<全球性挑战--21世纪的水资源短缺、战争和可持续发展问题>案例.

医用电子仪器进行医学信号处理的过程中,前置级放大电路在整体电路中占有重要的地位。运用多媒体技术和EDA软件虚拟电路工作过程和原理,将抽象的概念和设计过程形象直观的展现,有利于电路结构和运用的理解和应用。     

Instructional Issues for Teaching Assistants

This study examined teaching assistants' perceptions of various instructional issues and explored whether their perceptions were affected by nationality, gender, and academic discipline. The study generated significant, positive results. Logistic regression with dummy coding revealed significant predictors of teaching assistants' instructional roles, teaching style, instructional methods, communication strategies, and potential problems. Discussion of the results, implications, and recommendations for future research are included.where she coordinates the campus-wide TA training and development program

复杂科学及复杂性思维引发了教学系统复杂性问题。教学系统复杂性主要表现为为多样性、非平衡性、不确定性、混沌性。复杂性对教学系统具有助稳定、促演化、提高系统能力等作用。教学系统复杂性需要教学控制来解决其面对的矛盾情景,而教学控制需要以新的价值取向为引导,选择合适的方法与技术才能发挥教学系统复杂性的功效。     

Towards methodologies for building Knowledge-Based Instructional Systems

This paper examines the processes involved in building instructional applications that are based in artificial intelligence (AI) and hypermedia (HM) technologies. It seeks to define an initial methodology to capture these processes in a systematic manner, thus laying the foundations for the emergence of an ISD-like technology of design in the field of intelligent tutoring and advanced technologies. The joint consideration of AI and HM technologies in this respect is deliberate, for even if each appears to favour somewhat different instructional strategies from the other (Duchastel, 1990; 1991), the two technologies are nevertheless merging into integrated knowledge-based systems within the scope of computer-hosted training (McAleese, 1991).This section was introduced in Volume 16, No. 2, for such purposes as: rapid publication of summaries of work in progress (normally in the issue following receipt); outlines of projects or research themes in particular institutions; short papers expressing a strongly-held view or highlighting gaps in the literature; and conventional letters to the editor. Exploring User Acceptance of an Electronic Performance Support System

This mixed methods research study aimed to explain and understand user acceptance of an electronic performance support system (EPSS) designed for the Crime Scene Investigation and Identification Units of the Turkish National Police. Quantitative data were collected from 209 police officers through a questionnaire to test relationships hypothesized in the technology acceptance model. At the same time, qualitative data were collected through interviews with 15 police officers to acquire an in‐depth understanding of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the system. This study showed that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude toward using were significant determinants of the acceptance of the EPSS. The findings also presented several user personal, system, and organizational characteristics that were considered as influencing factors for usefulness and ease of use of the EPSS.     

Skills for Instructional Design Professionals

Competent instructional designers must have specific skills to successfully facilitate learning and to improve the performance of individuals and organizations. While some authors and professional organizations have identified the capabilities required for effective instructional designers, only a few have validated these skills by collecting data from actual practitioners. The purpose of this article is to discuss the results of a research study we conducted to identify and empirically validate competencies for instructional design professionals.     

面向高级学习者的教学设计

如何进行面向高级学习者的教学设计,正成为学习科学与教学设计两个领域共同关注的前沿主题.笔者在借鉴国内外大量研究成果的基础上,试图对此进行理论辨析与策略构建.本文的结论是,认知负荷理论是当前广受推崇的教学设计理论,但其局限性在于,它仅面向学习者初始技能的获得,在专家知识发展上的适用性显得不足.因此,认知负荷理论亟待拓宽视野,将专家绩效研究的诸多方法和结论纳入到自身的理论框架中来.通过两种框架的整合来设计教学和培训,将为我们勾勒未来教学设计深入发展的生动图景.     

教学设计和绩效技术并用于企业培训的思考

本文首先概述了教学设计与绩效技术的发展历史关系,然后对两者进行比较,并结合企业培训现状分析,提出将教学设计与绩效技术并用于企业培训,同时分析两者结合的合理性,接着设计出两者并用于企业培训的模型,并时模型进行分析,最后对教学设计与绩效技术并用于企业培训亟待解决的几个问题进行探讨.笔者希望能借本文对现今企业培训有所启示,同时能对教育技术学专业学生的个人发展有所帮助.
