高校教师职业倦怠文献综述

通过对收集到的文献进行归纳分析,分别从职业倦怠的定义、教师职业倦怠的概念、国外教师职业倦怠的研究取向等方面介绍了国外研究者对职业倦怠的研究情况,对国内高校教师职业倦怠的现象、成因、干预措施的研究结果进行了分析,综述了国内教师职业倦怠的研究情况。     

幼儿教师工作满意度对工作投入的影响

为了探讨幼儿教师工作投入的现状以及工作满意度对工作投入的影响。采用工作投入问卷和工作满意度问卷,对298名幼儿教师进行调查。结果显示:幼儿教师工作投入水平较高;工作投入在性别、学历、婚姻、园所性质、教龄等人口学变量上差异显著;幼儿教师工作满意度与工作投入呈显著正相关,工作满意度的总体满意度对工作投入及其各个维度具有显著的正向预测作用。     

A 30-Year Scoping Review of the Physical Education Teacher Satisfaction Literature

While stress has always been present in the teaching profession, recent trends such as standardized testing and school and teacher accountability may be making teachers’ work more stressful. Teacher satisfaction research has emerged as a popular lens through which to understand how teachers experience their work. This scoping review sought to summarize the literature related to physical education teacher satisfaction published between 1987 and 2016. A total of 20 articles that reported research from 11 different countries were identified for inclusion. Thematic analysis of the study results led to the construction of four themes: (a) levels of physical education teacher satisfaction vary by level and context; (b) demographic variables do not reliably predict satisfaction; (c) intrinsic and psychosocial variables influence job satisfaction; and (d) the workplace and interpersonal relationships influence job satisfaction. Results are discussed and recommendations provided, particularly related to a theoretical basis for future research and methodological diversity.     

沈阳市浑南新区教师工作满意度调查

为了解沈阳市浑南新区教师工作满意度及影响因素,给学校和教育行政管理部门制定干预策略提供理论依据,采用明尼苏达工作满意量表（MSQ）、工作内容问卷（JCQ）、付出一回报失衡问卷（ERI）、工作倦怠量表（MBI—GS）以及抑郁量表（CES—D）对626名教师进行问卷调查,得出浑南新区教师总体工作满意度得分为69．6±10．9,其中52．2％的教师对目前的工作比较满意,而有47.8％的教师对工作感到不太满意。从而认为沈阳市浑南新区教师工作满意度水平较低;职业紧张和职业倦怠对教师工作满意度的影响较大,离职意愿和抑郁症状对其也有一定影响。     

教师胜任力研究述评

教育国际化进程使教师胜任力研究及模型构建成为教师教育的热点问题。基于胜任力和教师胜任力概念界定、研究对象、模型构建、构建方法等方面的梳理与分析,我国教师胜任力研究存在"水土不服"、模型构建不完善、研究对象受限、缺乏纵向与长期性追踪研究等不足,进而明晰今后研究仍需努力的方向。     

A Study of Teacher Job Satisfaction and Factors That Influence It

Research on job satisfaction, an extremely important topic in organizational administration and social psychology, has a history of nearly sixty years, beginning with the publication of Hoppock's (1935) classic work. The study of organization administration and behavioral sciences started fairly late on the Chinese mainland. There are few studies on job satisfaction, and even fewer in the educational field. This study is an exploration into the current situation using questionnaires and interviews. We propose the following major factors affecting teacher satisfaction.     

民办高校教师工作满意度调查分析——以陕西省为例

本研究借助工作满意度量表的统计分析,发现陕西民办高校教师总体满意度中等偏下,教师离职倾向较高.之所以如此,与民办高校目前仍处于人才就业的次要劳动力市场、当前民办高校组织文化建设滞后、教师对民办高校的心理契约多属交易型或变动型,以及一些民办高校教师功利性的价值观等因素密不可分.从稳定教师队伍、促进教师发展、提升民办高校核心竞争力出发,本研究提出了提高民办高校教师工作满意度的若干建议.

"乡村教师支持计划"是我国乡村教师队伍建设的一项重要举措,我们研究乡村教师支持计划可以反映其影响和实践情况。目前的研究存在高水平学术研究少,系统分析和实践追踪偏少,落地实施的实证研究较少,研究参考性不强等问题。为强化对计划的研究,更好地推进其实践,乡村教师等各类研究者要积极参与,实现研究在场;关注计划实施情况,多开展实证类研究;关注计划实施中的区域差异,强化协同性研究;拓展计划研究的视野,内外结合,不断提高研究立意。     

员工工作激励与工作满意度关系的研究

酒店是中国旅游业的重要组成部分,对促进旅游业的快速发展发挥着极其重要的作用,但是,由于传统经营体制等方面的原因,人浮于事,效率低下以及人事构成复杂等现象仍然存在,特别是员工的工作激励,是酒店人事管理亟待解决的重要问题。本文的研究目的就是借助于一些管理理论和研究方法,分析和了解国有酒店员工对工作激励重要性及满意度的看法,了解对提高国有酒店员工工作满意度产生较大影响的主要激励因素是什么,据此,为国有酒店员工激励提出合理化建议。     

Preschool Teacher Well-Being: A Review of the Literature

Much is changing in preschool education. Current reform primarily emphasizes standardized practice, academic outcomes, and accountability. Little attention has been given to how these changes are impacting the well-being of teachers. The purpose of this review is to summarize the current literature on preschool teacher well-being and identify directions for future research. Accordingly, a thorough search of the literature was conducted and 30 articles attending to issues of preschool teacher well-being were identified and analyzed. The literature was found to be deeply fragmented, rather narrow and limited. One conclusion is that more research is needed that attends more broadly to preschool teachers’ well-being, including self-efficacy, life satisfaction, financial stability, emotional and physical health, and autonomy.     

国外教师质量和教师激励的研究综述

近20年来,国外研究者们对教师质量和教师激励的问题进行了许多研究,这些研究可归纳为:教师质量与教师激励;从学校特征角度讨论对教师的激励;工资对教师的激励作用;一些制度性安排对教师的激励作用。     

教育、工作自主性与工作满意度

教育不但是个人人力资本积累的途径,也会形成个人职业的趋向和偏好。个人在工作中所获得的自主性是评价工作满意度的重要方面,获得更多的工作自主性意味着获得更多的组织信任,能够更自由地安排工作,拥有更多自主学习的机会。由于不同学历层次的人对工作要求不同,所以是否在工作中获得自主性将会对他们的工作满意度和工作绩效产生不同的影响。本文运用北京大学教育经济研究所《中国城镇居民教育与就业情况调查-2004》的数据,通过对正在工作人群的研究发现,在同等受教育程度下,更多的工作自主性带来更大的工作满意度。不同受教育程度的群体,受过高等教育者更看重工作自主性。对他们而言,自主性工作环境带来的效用要高于高工资带来的效用。本研究探讨高等教育在促进人的独立性、学习意识上的长期效应,为认识教育对个人职业发展的影响提供了新的视角。同时在建设创新型国家的大背景下,本研究的结论为如何激励知识型人才,更好的发挥创新性人才的创造力,提高组织绩效提供了有益的参考。     

高职教育满意度研究文献综述

以中国知网收录的有关高职教育满意度的研究文献为依据,分析我国学者对高职教育满意度的概念、测评指标体系、测量模型、测量方法等相关问题研究及进展。在分析的基础上,提出未来高职教育满意度研究需注意的问题。     

论工作满意度的结构

目前对工作满意度的结构还没有一个统一的认识,国内外学者提出了多种观点.通过总结这些观点并在探讨工作满意度的定义与层次性的基础上提出了工作满意度的新的结构模式假设.     

A Review of the Literature on Implications of Teacher Thinking Research for Preservice Teacher Education

Research on teacher thinking has been under way now for well over a decade. Implications of this research for the education of preservice teachers have been considered by a small but growing number of writers. This material appears to have received only scant attention in the literature on reform in teacher education, even though it bears directly on the contemporary search for more effective ways of preparing teachers to be reflective professionals rather than mere technicians. The paper begins with a brief discussion of the nature of teacher thinking research and its conceptual underpinnings. The rest of the paper considers implications and reform in teacher education.
