工业机器人综合了机械、自动化、计算机等多学科技术,是智能制造系统中的重要单元。在课程实践中,将工业机器人作为一种机电产品进行系统设计和控制操作。基于ABB六轴工业机器人实验平台,以企业工程应用和自主设计任务作为创新性设计实验项目内容,进行工业机器人三维建模、控制系统设计、程序开发和动作执行。在工业机器人课程中应用后,取得了明显的效果,有助于学生更好地掌握工业机器人基本理论和项目开发,培养了学生的设计开发能力、实践动手能力和创新设计能力,并能使学生更好地理解工业机器人单元在智能制造系统中的作用。  相似文献

机器人技术已成为生产力发展中不可或缺的力量。尤其是在工业和制造业领域,机器人的程序化工作方式凸显了它的优势,对于机器人的使用已成为当今社会一大发展趋势。与此同时,机器人发展所带来的伦理问题也日益明显,特别是在医疗和军事领域,机器人的应用带来的伦理影响引起了人类很多的反思。基于此,对机器人从伦理角度进行限定,或者从根本上来说对其设计者、制造者和使用者进行伦理和道德的培养和提升才是机器人未来发展的根本之道。  相似文献

针对当前工业机器人人工示教时编程效率较低的问题,提出了基于DXF文件实现离线编程的方法;介绍了由AutoCAD软件绘制的直线、圆弧任意组成的二维连续轨迹模型,直接生成机器人的作业程序的实现步骤;根据DXF文件中圆弧信息的特点,给出了提取圆弧作业轨迹数据的算法,并通过离线编程具体实例,验证了该项技术的有效性。  相似文献

某校工业机器人实训室的Ⅰ期实训设备为5台华中数控HSR612(Ⅰ型)工业机器人,能完成工业机器人的基础操作与编程实训任务。具体的实训项目有写字描图、圆球搬运、物料码垛、机械装配以及模拟冲压。除去模拟冲压有1个数字信号与PLC进行通讯,其他任务均为机器人单体任务。由于单体机器人实训已经不能满足学生对机器人工作站,机器人生产线知识掌握的需求,故计划将其中一台机器人进行功能二次开发(智能颜色识别分拣系统),在不影响原有功能的基础上,增加新的功能,使机器人单体实训变成机器人小型工作站实训。  相似文献

This study examined whether developing earlier forms of knowledge in specific learning environments prepares students better for future learning when they are placed in an unfamiliar learning environment. Forty‐one students in the fifth and sixth grades learned to program robot movements using abstract concepts of speed, distance and direction. Students in high‐transparency environments learned visual programming to control robots (eg, organizing visual icons), and students in low‐transparency environments learned syntactic programming to control robots (eg, text‐based coding). Both groups received feedback and models of solutions during the learning phase. The assessment midway showed students in both conditions learned equally well when solving problems using familiar materials. However, a difference emerged when students were asked to solve new problems, using unfamiliar materials. The low‐transparency group was more successful in adapting and repurposing their knowledge to solve novel problems that required the use of unfamiliar high‐transparency materials. Students in the high‐transparency group were less successful in adapting their knowledge when solving new problems using unfamiliar low‐transparency materials. Both groups then proceeded to learn in the opposing transparency environments. The posttest revealed the benefits of initial learning in low‐transparency environments as students performed better on repeated and new inferential problems across virtual and physical platforms.  相似文献

The design and implementation of autonomous robots provides experience with engineering problems as well as with hard problems in artificial intelligence. Our aims in this article are fourfold: First, we describe how the use of robots complements traditional classroom lectures for the teaching of important concepts in a graduate‐level AI class. Second, we discuss the use of robots as a multimedia tool for capturing student interest and facilitating the self‐guided exploration of AI concepts. Third, we relate readings and robots in the curriculum and show how the robots aid understanding of philosophical issues in AI. Finally, we describe the robot kits and the organization of the class, present several completed projects by student teams, and report some of the feedback given by students who completed the course. We also analyze the successes and failures of the first two courses offered and describe the changes made for the recently completed second course.  相似文献

Social robots are being adopted in PreK-12 schools around the world and have the potential to initiate far-reaching changes in education. Analysis from high-quality field studies is essential for educational researchers, administrators, and practitioners to make informed decisions about using these robots. We identified 23 studies between 2000 and 2020 that examined social robots in classroom settings. The 23 studies illustrated the feasibility of using social robots in natural school settings but revealed how difficult it was to obtain long-term, highly autonomous interaction between robots and children.The studies varied considerably on key conditions (e.g., length of deployment, the autonomy of robotic action, and length of interaction time). The studies did not demonstrate that social robots are more effective than human teachers (or even other forms of technology), and only occasionally explored important ethical and safety issues.  相似文献
